Great stay for a big group!

This unit is perfect for a large group and setup well for everyone to have their own space. It is well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking, making margaritas and then resting up after beach time!

Amazing Condo

We loved this place! Perfect location. Great wrap around balcony and lots of outdoor seating. We loved the 4 master suites - was perfect for 4 couples. All the kitchen amenities, pool table, and extra refrigerators was a bonus. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay, there were a few small things that came up but the owner communicated in great time and helped. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the family. We would come back and rent again.

The Perfect Getaway

The room at Las Palomas was more stunning in person than we could imagine. We had multiple family members and they did not want to leave!! The view from the balcony was breath taking! We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The host was great providing relevant information before our stay!. Truly spectacular!

Perfect for Multiple Families

We loved everything about the property. We stayed with another family and the space was perfect for 9 people. The host was super attentive with communication. The view was amazing. We had everything we needed for an amazing week!

Another great 4th of July vacation in Rocky Point

Second time our family has vacationed at this condo for our annual 4th of July vacation (away from work and school). Was another great stay and very relaxing. Can hear the waves clearly and the balcony has best view of any condo we've stayed at in Las Palomas. Plus, with a wraparound balcony there is always one place that is in the shade no matter the time of day so no worries about sunburn.

Great family beach vacation!

Absolutely our favorite beach spot! Beautiful sunset views and an incredible condo. There is no better spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails than the balcony overlooking the ocean. Our family loves it there! The owner, Doug, is very helpful and always makes sure our stay is perfect!

Great stay at a known property

Perfect Rocky Point Get-away

Perfect setup for 4 couples+. All accomodations even better than advertised. Setup for cooking, entertaining, and sleeping is perfect. Oceanfront enjoyed both inside and out. Look forward to coming back!

Anniversary celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Las Palomas. Your home was perfect - we enjoyed playing pool, cooking meals, and most of all, spending quality time on the huge patio looking at the ocean. Everything was well stocked - we had all we needed +. Wonderful trip, highly recommend.

AMAZING STAY

We absolutely LOVED this condo it was well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Everything was in excellent condition and clean. The owners were super responsive and easy to communincate. The views and space in this unit are phenomenal. We traveled with 10 total and all fit comfortably. Will definitely look to stay in this unit again.

Perfect beach getaway

Absolute perfection. Perfect for 4 couples+. Definitely as advertised. Setup for cooking, entertaining, and sleeping is perfect. Oceanfront, Play pool, excellent set up for cooking, everything you need plus icemaker! Owners very responsive and so much pride of ownership. Hope to make it for a 3rd stay next year!

We absolutely loved this property! The viewings on the large, wraparound patio were amazing!

Our visit to Las Palomas was wonderful from start to finish. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The instructions on check-in were very detailed and we had no issues. The property was exactly as we expected, and the layout was great! We loved that it had a pool table and games available to play. The rooms were large, and the beds and furniture were great! The patio is awesome, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there ALL the time- morning, sunset, evening- it was great to be so close to the ocean! The pool was very nice and the proximity to the beach was fabulous. We would definitely visit this rental again in the future! Thank you!

The best of the best

My wife and I have stayed at Las Palomas many times, but always in a much smaller condo, as we could never afford to stay in a unit like this one on our own. But this time we got together a bunch of friends and neighbors so we could all split the cost, and boy was it worth it! Huge space, amazing views, everything we needed and more... what's not to love? The only negative was that it was all over way too fast - I wish we could have stayed much longer! I hope we get more opportunities in the future to stay in this condo!

Amazing!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here in this condo! It was everything we wanted and more! We wanted a place where our whole family could be together and have enough space to move around and not be squished. Everything about this condo is beautiful! It’s so clean and well kept. The huge kitchen and island were perfect for us! The balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite part. Being able to sit and watch the ocean all day was so peaceful. The pool table was a plus as the guys loved doing that everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be returning again! Thank you Mike and Lori for making a family vacation so easy and memorable.

Las Palomas is by far the closest and most premier property in Rocky Point. Decorated impeccably. Multiple large screen TVs and 180 degree view of the Sea Of Cortez. You can't get closer to Sandy Beach than this condo.
