Det vackra badrummet har en underbar dusch med keramiska plattor. Det finns en stor 50-tums HD-TV med frÀmsta kabel och trÄdlös höghastighetsinternet, DVD / mp3 / mp4 / USB-spelare och ljudfÀlt som kan anvÀndas för att ansluta musik frÄn din telefon via Bluetooth eller kan anvÀndas med TV: n eller DVD-spelare. Jim and Mona’s place is a great location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Very clean and updated. We had great weather and are looking forward to our next trip back to St. Pete Beach.

Mother’s Day getaway

My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying on St. Pete Beach and the condo was perfect for our 3 day trip. Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the access to the beach and swimming pool could t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Perfect little place for a beach get away. We live such busy lives we really just wanted to shut down for a few days. This trip allowed us to do just that! Right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. Pool was refreshing too.

Great property but minor hiccups

The owner and the property was great. Perfect location and good for two people. The only issue we had was the cleaning people didn't let us in on time and then pressured us to leave early. Thankfully the owner was quick and supportive as this wasn't really their fault.

Nice time at St. Pete’s!

The location and pool were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance and having the beautiful beach across the street was a definite plus especially since it is such a busy time of the year. The condo itself was adequate for two people and had everything you needed. Our only small criticism was that the bed was very soft , might be our preference or maybe needs updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jim and Mona!

Great place great location

We have stayed in this area for three years now. This vacation goes down as one of the best. Our studio condo was very roomy and in the very good location. The people in the condo complex were wonderful. We loved hanging out in the pool area with them. We would’ve gladly rented this again next year if it was available.

Paradise in St. Pete

The property is in an ideal location. The heated pool, the 2 minute walk to the beach, the local walking distance restaurants and farmers market, kite festival, sunset s, ease of driving to nearby areas, made even better by the friendly residents, who have happy hour daily at the pool area, all are welcome! We had an amazing vacation and hope to return

My husband and I purchased the property in 2015 because we had visited St. Pete Beach many times and fell in love with it. After our visit in June 2015, we decided to start looking for a place of our own. You could call us beach bums because we love the beach. We are hoping to visit several times a year and share our unit with our guests the rest of the time.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After looking at several properties, we really liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that we could see it from our front windows. The condo was completely remodeled prior to the purchase and very nicely done. Also, the pool is right outside the main door, only steps away. After staying in many different units over the years, and being exhausted after climbing stairs with all of our beach gear, we decided that the first floor would be much easier. Now we just clean off at the shower at the pool and jump in to cool off and there are no stairs to climb. Also, the condo is not off the main drag, Gulf Blvd., so it is quiet and Upham beach isn't nearly as crowded as some of the big hotel beaches. At the very end of the beach, there is a beautiful garden, that we call The Secret Garden. A wonderful place to watch the sunset. All the years that we have visited St. Pete, we didn't realize it existed. Apparently, it is well kept secret. We've been told by renters that they love the quiet location. If you want hustle and bustle you can walk to the restaurants and clubs on the beach or head to Gulf Blvd. The atmosphere of our condo is very friendly and everyone knows each other. It is not a huge complex. We are very happy we chose the Friendly Native.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The uniqueness is that the condo is in such a great location. There is a small parking lot to cross, but no busy street. The beach is only steps away and it is very close to so many places to visit on the beach including Jimmy B's, which was voted one of the best Beach clubs in Florida with live music every night. Upham Beach is such a beautiful place and there are lots of shells to be found.
