Stora solnedgångar i Mexikanska golfen åtnjuts från den stora, delade balkongen. Beläget i vackra Pass-A-Grille på St Pete Beach. Cirka 30 mil sydväst om Tampa.

Nyrenoverad, smakfullt möblerad och fullt utrustad för din semester njutning, studiolägenhet med dubbelsäng. Njut av en otrolig vit sandstrand - perfekt för strandpromenader och skal, eller bara arbeta på en fantastisk solbränna, titta på pelikanerna dykar i vattnet för mat och delfinerna som spelar (det är ungefär lika tufft som det blir).

Inom ett kvarter kvarter har vi flera restauranger. Tampa flygbuss kommer till vår dörr för hämtning och leverans.

Vår balkong är ett utmärkt ställe att slå tillbaka, koppla av, ta av stress och se vattnet flyta förbi. Så ta med din önskade dryck och kom med oss för att slappa, grilla och titta på de vackraste solnedgångar du någonsin kommer att se.

s. s. fiske är tillgängligt dygnet runt från havsväggen på Pass-A-Grille Way (1 kvarter öster om lägenheten) och bryggan vid Mexikanska golfen ligger 6 kvarter söder om lägenheten. Merry Pier tillhandahåller också djuphavsfiske. Mittemot Merry Pier ligger SeaHorse Restaurant som har de bästa grisarna på denna sida av Mississippi!

Location Location Location!!

Super cute and cozy efficiency condo! The deck was our favorite spot. Super chill and quiet. If you are looking for a low-key relaxing beach vibe, this is the place. Gloria was a great host! Will definitely be back!

Cute condo with ocean view

The condo was cute and had a balcony with ocean view. It was quiet at night and we did not have any issues at all while there. Brass Monkey is right next door and a few other restaurants in walking distance. It is a very nice area!! Gloria is very quick to respond to any questions and is a wonderful host!

Great place right by the beach

Very clean and complete with all the amenities. It rained in the afternoon to evening one day and I was able to relax and feel like I was home in the room. Super close to restaurants, shops, and bars... Within a few yards, actually. I highly recommend the place.

Perfect!!

The stay and accommodations were as described in the listing. Gloria was phenomenal and the communication was timely and very informative. Location could not be beat, withe plenty of restaurants within walking distance, beach within crawling distance and very quiet location!! We will be coming back and visiting again!!

A little slice of paradise!

Location, location, location! You simply cannot find a more perfect location than this little gem! The perfect place to watch the Pass-a-Grille sunsets, a delightful beach with the most amazing emerald water, and practically a block within everything the area has to offer. Super responsive and accommodating host. This little efficiency had everything needed to unwind, relax, and enjoy the salty air!

Family Wedding

The property is awesome. Everything we needed in our room was at our fingertips. The property manager was so pleasant and helpful. The balcony view was breathtaking. The room was very clean. The only thing we missed was a pool, but the beach is right outside your door. We would definitely recommend this studio when you visit. Brass Monkey close by and very good food and service.

It was a great location. Cute clean unit right across the street from the beach. There were great quality beach chairs and umbrellas that belonged to the unit. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved the vibe of the neighbourhood.

200% recommend

Our trip was incredible. The beach is just outside the studio door, 15 steps to the shared balcony and right across the parking lot when you want to go. There are restaurants, coffee shops, local owned beach shops, a beach grill cafe with occasional live music and much much more, all next door and within walking distance. The ferry to an amazing (affordable) experience at Shell Key Island is just at the end of the avenue. The host was excellent at communicating and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for just my partner and I. Everything you need for a perfect vacation or stay.

Check in: We did not know room number. 2 Recliner Chairs: Not comfortable, both were broke and did not recline. Had to have been broken from previous stays. Tub faucets need to be replaced. They didn't turn off properly and leaked if not noticed. Remote a/c complicated. Table under pull down bed is broke. Location was fabulous. Tk You.

This truly is a piece of paradise

The owner Gloria is wonderful to work with. Very responsive, and made me feel at home the moment I arrived. The condo is a studio - one room with a queen size bed that folds down from the wall. When the bed is stored, there's a flip-down small dining table. This is a small place for one or two people, and contains everything you need to call it home. The location is amazing. The beach can be viewed on the shared balcony, and is mere steps away. Cross the sparsely traveled street, and there you are. The condo unit door has a combination lock, which I did not realize how convenient those are. With literally just a bathing suit on and nothing to carry, I walked barefoot to the silky sand and was in the water seconds later. Others staying at the same condo complex were all very friendly and the area extremely safe. Pass-a-grille is a low-key, quiet place. No high-rise buildings looming over the beach. No speeding cars, foul language, public drinking, loud music, or any of the other rabble rousing that is typical of many beach areas. The beach is uncrowded, the water warm with lots of fish to see, and the sunsets spectacular. While in the water three dolphins and two manatees swam to within a few feet of me. As they are protected species, I did not touch them but being so close was incredible. The result added up to be the most relaxing time of my life. I love Pass-a-grille, and loved staying in this condo. Rent from Gloria. You will be glad you did. I will be back!

Studio is small, but has everything you need. Space is utilized well. Has shared balcony facing the ocean. Chairs and beach towels were provided.

Great getaway!

We had a relaxing getaway! Gloria was great to work with and very helpful. The place had everything we needed and the beach was just steps away. Very clean and close to everything. Really don't need a car as you can easily walk eveywhere.

Relaxing & Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have all the kitchen necessities for making a few meals. Loved having the chairs, umbrella and even some floaties available. Close to all the restaurants and beach, excellent location! One of the easiest and most relaxing vacations we’ve had. Thank you!

Great place in Pass a Grille

Every thing you need in the best location in Pass a Grille. Just right for 2 to enjoy a week at the beach. The balcony is great for watching sunsets and the location is convenient for everything with an includes parking pass. Highly recommend.
