Detta 3 sovrum 2. 5 bad nyligen ombyggda hem är perfekt för både små och stora grupper och sover 14 bekvämt. Bara ett kvarter till stranden, kan du höra havet medan du kopplar av på det stora däck.

Huvudnivån innehåller en öppen planlösning perfekt för underhållande. På övervåningen finns tre sovrum, inklusive ett sovrum med king size-säng och privat badrum. Sovrum 2 och 3 har båda queen size-sängar. Dessutom finns det ett stort bonusrum med fyra enkelsängar (perfekt för barnens spelrum också).

Huset är nyligen renoverat med alla helt nya möbler, madrasser, sängkläder och köksredskap. De tre bilgaragen inkluderar en ping pong och Foosball bord. Stort däck är komplett med utemöbler och grill.

Detta hus ligger i Kiwanda Shores gated community i Pacific City. Det har stor tillgång till stranden till en lång sträcka av vacker sandstrand som slutar på Cape Kiwandas berömda Pelican Pub på gångavstånd! Pacific City är en underbar strandstad som är en perfekt plats för surfing, fiske, crabbing, vandring och ett strandälskares paradis.

Great stay at the coast

The rental was wonderful and close to the beach. We appreciate all the great communication with the property manager and would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed!

Property was incredibly comfy. Amazing layout worked very well for our family. We had a wonderful stay and was very impressed with the cleanliness, distance from the AMAZING beach and quick response when we had any questions! The ping pong table was a huge bonus for the kids! Really hope to come back!

Sisters coast trip

Beautiful home just a couple blocks walk from a nice Long Beach. Had a wonderful time. The house is very well set up.

Easy stay with family

This was a lovely house. Easy enough walk for my two kids < 5 to the beach. Toys were a hit. Beds were fairly comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Overall it was easy to check in and start the vacation. Only 10-15 min walk down to Kiwanda Cape and Pelican Brewing. Absolutely stunning views as well!

Family celebration of life

Great place for families

The only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness and checkin process was that we had a hiccup checking in and the property not being ready for us. However, the owner has quick to make it right with us and get the house turned over swiftly, which we really appreciated and only caused a minor hiccup.

Perfect getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our group's beach retreat. Lots of games to keep people entertained and just a quick walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was quick to respond and accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

Great property, great host.

The property worked out very well for our family Christmas - 12 of us, ranging from 4 years to grandma! The weather was ugly so outdoor play was not an option, but the house has enough space so the littles could spread out and run around a bit. Kimberly & Nic were super to work with, very responsive.

Great for our running camp

We enjoyed this house very much. Kimberly was great to work with and made us feel welcome. The home had so many places to gather as a group or if you wanted a quiet place for solitude. We had better weather than expected in February and made good use of the large deck, ping pong and foosball table. We would love to return to this house again for next years camp!

Perfect spot!

We had a large group rent several houses at Pacific City for a family wedding at the beach. All the houses were within blocks of each other, close to the beach. Nic was great with his communication. No issues!

Great Vacation House
