Denna bedårande lilla studiostuga ligger i en privat förening med strand bara 200 steg bort! Fastigheten har en Queen size-säng och rymmer max 2 vuxna. Rummen inkluderar ett fullt utrustat pentry, komplett badrum med dusch, TV med DVD-spelare (ingen kabel), gratis wifi, luftkonditionering, en söt liten däck med cafébord och stolar och parkering utanför gatan för en bil. Sängkläder, handdukar och solstolar ingår. Det finns högst två gäster och ett fordon som helst när som helst, detta är inte en plats för underhållning.

Wonderful location for beach enjoyment! Cozy, clean and comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short relaxing getaway! Quiet neighborhood setting and close to nearby activities and restaurants. Hope to go back again!

Location and neighborhood were great. Quiet, no crime most of the neighbors were permanent residents. Superficially everything was clean. As we were settling in we noticed a few things that were overlooked. I think we were the first guests of the season and no one had deep cleaned. No worries though. We cleaned most of the problem spots we found. The freezer needs to be defrosted desperately.

Great getaway

Had a perfect getaway to this cottage. The Host was very helpful with recommendations. In a great location for a quick walk to the private beach and easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

Great location, very cute cottage!

I had a wonderful stay in this little cottage. I rented for a weekend work trip. The cottage was clean and well appointed, the neighborhood/neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

The property is exactly as described. Clean,comfortable & short walk to beach. Very nice neighbors. Tanya left booklet with suggestions for restaurants & things to do, very helpful. We loved the restaurants Tanya listed as favorites. Absolutely will book again.

Extremely charming

The cottage is exactly as advertised. It is perfect for two people to enjoy the area and the beach at the end of the street. Tanya was very responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. Would surely stay again.

Just perfect

A lovely cottage, furnished with everything we needed, just a few steps from a small beach at the end of the road. And, there is a lovely 10 minute walk to the town beach, too. Host was very accessible, but we didnt need to contact for anything. Neighbors are friendly, great little surrounding community and close to grocery stores. Many fun things to do in the area!

Summer Vacation

My husband and I stayed a week at this property and had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for us, it was clean, nicely decorated and had enough linen for two. The place was also only a few houses from the beach. The beach was gorgeous and private, with water warm enough to swim in. We also couldn’t believe all the restaurants, movies and shopping close by. The owners were very reachable and checked to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m sorry we ever stayed here now

Let me start by saying this was a trip long overdo due to an accident that happened in my family. We had waited a long time to get away to a quiet place that was reasonable and be stress free. Tanya was good with communication for booking. When we arrived and finally settled in I noticed the toilet did not look clean at all and the bathroom sink had soap marks that were never washed away. Being that Covid is still going I can’t say it didn’t make me a little unsettled but I cleaned it and moved on. The next morning we saw hurricane Ian was going to turn up in the path we had to drive home too so we decided to leave a day early to stay safe. I did inform the host that we would leave and did reach out to see if she could help with the fee a little for the second night since unexpected events had happened. Honestly I would have just appreciated understanding but instead got a remark that she couldn’t be blackmailed for a good review. That her reviews speak for themselves and good luck with that! Wow! That was such a kindhearted remark from a host. So my review is- the place is very dated,; they leave the windows open to air out the mustiness; the neighbor stares out the window as your settling in, the sheets and bedding were clean but the bathroom was lacking. It is small which is fine but needs updating. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and have never been treated by a host with such a harsh statement. Stay if you choose- you are the customer but as for me, never again. I would go back to all the other homes as they deserved a 5 star rating. This one- not so much.

Very cute cottage in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from a private, neighborhood beach. When we went for a walk, we found everyone very friendly. Great location for us and very easy to get around to local attractions.We would stay there again.

My Aunt and I were totally thrilled with our stay in a quaint cottage on the beach. Great location for vacation, watching the sunsets very enjoyable in this friendly neighborhood. The host was attentive and the place was well prepared for our stay. I highly recommend this lovely little place,

Amazing little cottage for 2. Just enough house and beach is truly a short walk to a private beach. This is what sells it for us! Cute little kitchen, but lots of restaurants close. Liquor store (another important place for us), grocery store and everything you could need literally a few minutes away.Second time we've stayed and will absolutely come back! Best little cottage for 2. A slice of heaven!!!

The cottage was cute and conveniently located. However the listing said there would be a full kitchen and all that was there for knives was a dull paring knife which made it difficult to cook.

Beautiful beach cottage

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the Connecticut shoreline!
