Very cute cottage in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from a private, neighborhood beach. When we went for a walk, we found everyone very friendly. Great location for us and very easy to get around to local attractions.We would stay there again.

My Aunt and I were totally thrilled with our stay in a quaint cottage on the beach. Great location for vacation, watching the sunsets very enjoyable in this friendly neighborhood. The host was attentive and the place was well prepared for our stay. I highly recommend this lovely little place,

Amazing little cottage for 2. Just enough house and beach is truly a short walk to a private beach. This is what sells it for us! Cute little kitchen, but lots of restaurants close. Liquor store (another important place for us), grocery store and everything you could need literally a few minutes away.Second time we've stayed and will absolutely come back! Best little cottage for 2. A slice of heaven!!!

The cottage was cute and conveniently located. However the listing said there would be a full kitchen and all that was there for knives was a dull paring knife which made it difficult to cook.

Beautiful beach cottage

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the Connecticut shoreline!

Great place to spend the 4th!

Both of the properties were perfect for us! Very clean, exactly as listed and beach was super close. The whole neighborhood was extremely friendly. Had a great time.

Peaceful retreat

We had a lovely visit to Clinton. Our little cottage was just perfect for two people. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the people are friendly. The beach area is clean and not crowded at all. The area has many unique shops and restaurants, and it's not "touristy". Overall, this cottage was ideal for our CT vacation.

Location and neighborhood were great. Quiet, no crime most of the neighbors were permanent residents. Superficially everything was clean. As we were settling in we noticed a few things that were overlooked. I think we were the first guests of the season and no one had deep cleaned. No worries though. We cleaned most of the problem spots we found. The freezer needs to be defrosted desperately.

Excellent Place and Location! Awesome Time!

My husband and I wanted to surprise his family as they were staying in their own rental one street over from this one. They were so happy to see us and we had a awesome time! This cozy cottage as PERFECT! And it was decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Plus every amenity you needed was there! Everything was Perfect!  - Dee
