Detta 3-sovrum, 2-bad enhet pÄ Phoenix East har en av de bÀsta utsikterna pÄ stranden. Den hörn pÄ andra vÄningen har en wrap-around balkong med Gulf Front utsikt över stranden hela vÀgen till Phoenix West och österut till soluppgÄngen över bryggan. Njut av lunch pÄ balkongen pÄ den nya kuben matbord med 4 stolar eller sola pÄ schÀslong.

Inuti finns det massor av uppdateringar som gjorts i oktober och november 2015 och april 2016. Köket har nya bÀnkskivor, en ny diskbÀnk, renoverade skÄp att gÄ tillsammans med nya vitvaror frÄn förra Äret. BÄda badrummen har nya bÀnkskivor, nya sÀnkor, renoverade skÄp och nya armaturer.

Det stora sovrummet svit har en king size-sÀng och tillgÄng till en privat balkong pÄ norra sidan. Den första gÀsten sovrummet har ett par queen size-sÀngar, och det tredje sovrummet har ocksÄ en dubbelsÀng. Alla rum har nya platt-TV och befÀlhavaren och andra sovrummet har skÀrmarna nyligen monterade pÄ vÀggen. Varje rum har en DVD-spelare. Alla rum har stora garderober och massor av lÄda utrymme.

Vardagsrummet och matsalen har alla nya möbler. Den nya matbord stolar sex med 4 stolar och en bÀnk. Plus, 9 fot bar plats ytterligare 4 personer. Vardagsrummet Àr rymligt med en ny soffa, soffa, stol, soffbord och sidobord. I vardagsrummet finns ocksÄ en ny 43-tums TV med en Blu-ray / DVD-kombination. Alla rum Àr inredda i blues och jordtoner och har nya bilder och tillbehör.

BekvÀmligheterna inkluderar: tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i lÀgenheten, strykjÀrn och strykbrÀda, hÄrtork i bÄde badrum, packa 'n play för spÀdbarn, inomhus / utomhuspooler, badtunnor, bastu, trÀningsrum, tennisbanor, badminton domstol, barns stÀnk pad, shuffleboard domstol och nyinstallerade grill.

Perfect for our family

This location was great for the ages of our kiddos (7,5,2) everything was within a 10 min driving distance. There were things to do just to take a break from the sun and heat. Loved that the majority of the pool was under 4 foot deep. Getting to the ocean is a bit of a walk but the bridge going out was very nice with multiple hoses to rinse off at. Cindy (the host) was very organized and quick to respond to any needs or questions I had.

Great Condo near the jetty

The condo was clean and well equipped. The host had excellent communication and i would stay here again. Great location, near Zekes, and good restaurants. We always love staying at the Pheonix VII. Grounds are clean, indoor pool is warm, and the beach is beautiful.

Great time in Orange Beach!

Family Vacay

This condo worked perfectly for our family! Our kids had their own bedroom with a TV, where they could relax, while we had our own space. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great to everything as well! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice getaway

Great place! Location was great. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked. Communication with host and check-in was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice layout/location

Excellent floor plan. Felt very roomy. Loved the balcony and really appreciate the tall chairs to have a great view over the railing. Beautiful view throughout the day. Owner very responsive. Close to restaurants and shopping but at the same time feels private and not crowded.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time to this area to meet family and friends. The condo was exactly as described, great decor and all the items needed to make a great stay. Perfect location and the view was amazing. The only complaint is having to pay $55.00 for a parking pass, it should be included with the stay. Otherwise amazing place!!

Perfect condo for our group of 4

Check in and check out couldn’t have gone smoother. Very clean and convenient condo. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to have more bath towels. We had to wash them a few times to make it through the trip with clean towels. I suggest bringing extra toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. Would book here again!

This condo was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. It has a wonderful view of the gulf with a nice patio table for outdoor dining or reading. The owner was very responsive to any text. I would highly recommend this place!
