VÄr byggnad har en vacker strand mot pool med vattenfall, en inomhuspool, flera badtunnor, tennisbanor och ett trÀningsrum med bastu.

Denna lÀgenhet har nyligen renoverats och har mÄlats om frÄn golv till tak med extra kronformning och stolskena. Den har nya köksskÄp, bÀnkskivor i granit, apparater och Àr fullt utrustade med alla nödvÀndigheter som brödrost, mikrovÄgsugn, mixer, mixer, gott om tallrikar, glas och redskap. The rental process was easy, tge information was very clear. Everything went seamlessly. The condo was very clean, the view was fabulous!Thw only part that was very slightly confusing was finding where to discard our garbage when we checked out. We did find the chute without having to wander too far, but info about where that is located would be helpful.

Great place - would have been better if they had a 1/2 bath for the kids that slept on sofa bed instead of them having to use the BR bathrooms. Could use better furniture on patio but overall was a nice place.

Long weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was perfect! There are lots of restaurants. However, there is a nearby Publix, and the condo has a great kitchen for cooking. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. Check-in and communication were both great. I saved this one to my favorites trip board.

Fun week

The condo was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The building itself was also very nice, centrally located, and beach access was quick and easy. The pool was very nice too.

Great place

We had a great visit to this property. We were a little reluctant because it’s part of Phoenix and just thought it would be overcrowded because there are several of that brand but it really wasn’t. The unit was nice and we’d go back again.

Happy Place

This was our first time at Orange Beach and we had such a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. The 2nd bathroom toilet had a broken handle. I didn’t even report it cause I decided we could all use the main bathroom so I didn’t have to deal with it, but we came in one day from the beach to find a note on the door saying it had been repaired. I’m guessing the previous guest had reported it but I was happy to have the second commode up and running. Besides that very minor inconvenience we had a magnificent time and will for sure be returning!!!

Perfect condo

We had the best time. This unit was even better than the listing portrayed. We stayed in a unit a few doors down from 1109 last month and the difference between them was night and day. This unit is tastefully renovated and decorated. I felt it was as clean as one can get in terms of high traffic rooms. I’m not sure who cleans it (cleaning service or an individual), but they do a wonderful job. The kitchen was stocked well with any item you’d need to cook. The master bed is a little firm for my preference, but nothing to turn anyone away. The guest room was adorable and my kids loved the paddle headboards. The mast shower is awesome. We appreciate that the condo looked well kept. No stained and worn out furniture like most units. The property is kept clean & felt safe. I feel like it’s located in a quieter part of OBA but close to anything you’d need. Wonderful unit. Thanks for letting us make memories!

Great Orange Beach Stay

This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was in a great location and loved that it was on the beach. We were impressed by the availability of multiple good-working elevators as well! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic

We loved it. The facility and unit was very clean. The pools were great never really crowded. The beach is super close. Everything was very convenient. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My family and I will be rebooking in the future.

Very nice!

The unit was nicely furnished, clean and great view of the water and poolside. My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master. There’s a deep impression on the right-side of the mattress. We requested a couple more towels for the room and were told there would be a $25 charge. That seemed excessive. We declined.

The unit is well stocked for cooking and dining. The beach view is perfect. Sheets, towels, and mattresses are old and worn. Other than that, a lovely stay!

Great stay in Orange Beach

This condo unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean with every amenity we needed and the beds were beyond comfortable!! This was in a great location on the beach close to so many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Relaxing weekend

Nicely appointed condo. Great view. Buy 3 smart remotes and get someone to program them; at least 2 remotes and as many as 4 for each TV- Come on!! Use some drano in the master bath and hire a plumber to replace the faucets in the kitchen and the bathtubs. They are ridiculous.

Pleasant stay

Clean and comfortable stay, beautiful view. All amenities were perfect. The included parking space in the parking garage was a great perk for it too staying cool and out of the sun. Love orange beach and would definitely stay in this unit again
