We were a group of 19 ranging from adults to very young children. First impressions were positive right from the start with excellent communication and prompt replies to any questions and queries we had. On arrival Filipe was there to meet of of the group and left us an excellent welcome pack. The villa was spotless and contained everything we needed. The heated pool was an excellent temperature and well worth the extra cost. Towels were provided and we even had some midweek cleaners come in which was a nice surprise. The gym was well equipped with good quality equipment provided. There is driveway parking for 3 cars howevers urbers are everywhere in the area and are cheap and easy way to get around. Everyone in the group had an excellent time and nobody had a bad word to say about the villa or the location. Thank you Filipe.

The villa was hired for a family holiday to celebrate a 60th birthday. From start to finish the holiday was brilliant. Filipe the host was incredible with helping out any question & query we had in the run up to the holiday & while we were there. The villa was everything we could have hoped for. The facilities available such as the gym & games room were well used by the young adults in the group. The welcome pack given on arrival was so well thought out and the extra special something in the fridge really set the 60th celebrations off in style. I can’t recommend this place more highly

We had a wonderful multi-generational family holiday, 17 of us, age range 74 to 1. The villa was everything we expected and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area and beer tap. (190 euros well spent). Felipe was a great host - we had a couple of small problems on arrival and Felipe was there immediately to sort them out. Supermarkets, beach, restaurants etc within easy reach. Only slight negative was that the kitchen, although well equipped, did not have air conditioning so very hot to cook in there in August. Overall excellent.

Such a great villa for large groups. The outside facilities were amazing and Filipe couldn’t have been a more helpful host. We used Ubers a lot as we didn’t have a car. There isn’t much walkable, but Ubers were incredibly easy. The pool being heated was a lovely touch, even in the summer heat. Filipe gave us all the information we needed prior to our stay to make the whole experience stress free. He also really helped us out on our departure day too!

An excellent villa, accommodation was really good, being able to dump our things from 1100hrs was really helpful, which got better as we were allowed access to the pool area from 1400hrs. The space and range of facilities suited everyone in the party. The only comment we made was we would have preferred to have had a toilet outside the villa as young ones had to keep getting dried off to go to the toilets in their rooms. But the whole family want to go back.

Gorgeous villa

Overall this villa is a gorgeous house and a nice place to stay. Location is good in a quiet neighbourhood and 3min drive (15 min walk) to the beach. Around 1 km to nearest shop (Lidl) and market place. All bedrooms has air condition. All eight bedrooms in the main house has its own bathroom. The two bedrooms in the seperate guest house shares a bathroom, this bathroom holds a slightly lower stadard than the rest. Cleaning was very good and cleaning staff came by severall times to keep it fresh. Garden and pool was also maintained during our stay.The two fridges in the kitchen with ice cube machine was great. Also another two standard fridges in the gym room outside. Two large gas stoves charcoal BBQ. Only one oven unfortuntly. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and utensiles.Kitchen and living room a bit small for 20 people, but the outdoor area with swimmingpool, gym, volleyball course and outdoor dining area makes up for this. Plenty of sun chairs and sitting arangements outside makes good use of the space.Garage space for two cars. Its nice to have two washing machines (and one dryer) for longer stays.We had a lovely stay at this villa.

70th Birthday Celebration

We have just returned from a weeks stay for a 70th birthday as 8 adults and 6 children aged between 2 and 17 and what a fantastic time we all had. The weather was amazing, so the pool was a big part of our holiday, due to us going in May we decided to have the pool heated and it was just a perfect temperature. Although probably a bit on the smaller side for the size of the villa the children (and adults) had a great time cooling off / playing in the pool. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for those seeking shade. The gym at the villa was a massive hit with the older teenagers and adults - enough equipment in there to have a decent work out, which was great. Lidl is close by so easy to do a big shop, lots of bars and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes drive away, Ubers are great, quick and very reasonable for those not wanting to drive. Definitely recommend for a larger group family / friends get away.

Great location

Great location near the beach. Every room had a bathroom. Volleyball field and fitness room as well as a beautiful outside grill/kitchen area was awesome. If the weather is great the location is unbeatable. In bad weather the kitchen to take the meals is not super, but possible. Unfortunately we had a somewhat bad smell in 2 bathrooms, probably due to public drainage. But this is often the case in Portugal when it rains a lot. Filipe was super responsive and unexpectedly we even had a cleaning team coming in the middle of the week. Which was great.

Great Large Family Gettaway

The Villa was perfect firr a large family group. 13 Adults & 4 kids. Lovely pool for kids & adults to play in. No laps in this one! Rooms big and comfortable. Furniture is basic but fine for kids. Beds were excellent. Cleaning was great. Indoor & outdoor towels were great. Fantastic Beer tap which was well apprieciated in the heat and good calue. Annex was perfect for Granny & Grandad as far enough away for no moise or early morning kiddy visits.Filipe was welcoming and attentive when we had a problem. Location was great walking distance to the beach & Lidl shop. Great for little kids as a big enclosed garden with steps into the pool and a beach volly ball court which was good for sandcastles. I would go again with the family.

Fantastic villa

There were 20 of us including babies and adults. Filipe was a brilliant host - a nice guy and attended to any needs very quickly. The Villa was very clean and had brilliant facilities for the whole family - volleyball table tennis a fully equipped gym and various toys etc for the kids to play with in the pool The pool looked a bit small on the pictures however in reality it was absolutely fine. It was in a quieter area although Vilamoura was only 10 mins in a taxi, Lidl was about 5 mins as was the waterpark George who was recommended by Filipe was brilliant he organised all of our taxis to and from the airport and any time we wanted to go anywhere he was there. Overall one of the best holidays we have had with the family High recommend coming to the villa absolutely fantastic

Family holiday

Beautiful property, great pool (worth paying the extra for the heating). Excellent facilities for a large group. Local beaches very nice. Only a 12 minute walk to a large Lidl for groceries. Neighbouring house is being renovated so some noise but not something to impact the overall scores for the villa.

9 mature male golfers stayed at the Villa. Owner was great and responsive to a small electrical problem. Villa was clean, facilities were great. We will definitely be back.

Great house,big garden,nice bedrooms with good bathroom.swimmingpool was heated,very nice for the children,they loved it.There was a lot of toys. There goodbe a bit of restore,kitchen,some airconditioners outdoor table and the pooltable. Over all we had with 17people a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful. The property was quiet, child friendly and secure. The pool was warm which was brilliant for April. Plenty of room, brilliant for large family groups. My only criticism is a new pool table would be nice and outside paths a bit rough but I believe there is work being done as we speak. Would definitely go back

Fabulous place!!!

Can't say enough positive things about our visit. Firstly, Filipe was such a great host, communication was perfect throughout, offering fantastic advice on how to get the most out of the trip and area. We chose not to hire cars and we definitely didn't need it. Filipe got the transfers arranged through George (the driver), which was always available all the stay whenever we went out to the marina. The location is great for a short walk to the beach, where we found a fantastic beach bar Temperus! The property is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location as you were in the middle of the nature as most of the area is a reserve, where you find lakes, pine trees, surrounded by the beautiful Vale do Lobo Golf course. We spent most time in the pool as weather was fantastic for this time of the year and we asked Filipe for the heating pool which we got advantage of! The rooms were all spotless, facilities easy to use. The kitchen is superb!!! Really fully equipped!!! The bedrooms are very spacious and theres very good quality mattresses too, we were very impressed with the villa's installations. The property is facing south so we enjoyed sun all day, perfect place! Our boys enjoyed the gym a lot, every morning there they were working out, truly a fabulous time. Hopefully we will be back this year!!!

Super location and super property!!!

We had an incredible family holiday at the villa! Great villa with lots of space and room for everyone, the photos don't do this place justice! We were 19 people and 3 generations, there's plenty of space inside and out for everyone. The pool is gorgeous and kept 6 little ones busy. Lots of space to eat as a family outside, there was 2 large tables that sits 20 people, the BBQ that we used everyday with the beer tap feature, that was a real bonus! The kitchen is very very well equipped, everything that we needed was there. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very modern and spacious, most have balconies too, theres plenty of outdoor couches and side tables, fantastic! There is a wonderful Piri-Piri Chicken restaurant at 900 meters and next to it the supermarket! The area is very quiet, perfect for a truly relaxing time. We didn't rent out cars, Filipe organised our transfers, recommended supermarkets, he's always available for any info that we needed. Be sure to follow Filipe’s local recommendations guide and book earlyThe kids didn't want to come home! This stay was superb!!! I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Amazing holiday!!!

We had an amazing time at the villa! A great holiday for our family! The bbq area is lovely and with Lidl nearby it was easy to stock up on all the groceries and necessities for the holiday. The facilities are 5 star, the pics are great but seeing it is even better, Filipe has updated the villa with a fantastic volley ball court and all the outdoor couches and sun loungers were a higher standard than what we see on the pics, Filipe you have to update these old pictures for new ones, you've done great there!!! These pictures simply doesn't do you justice! The living area is very spacious, the kitchen is super well equipped! The football table was a big hit with the adults and kids! Nice and sheltered and provides a great break from the sun for the kids. Everything is within 2/10 min from the villa… restaurants/supermarkets/marina etc Couldn’t fault any of the Villa… Filipe is a great host and is very helpful on arrival and keeps in touch if you need anything throughout your stay. We had a great holiday, we will definitely be back!!!

Toller Beachvolleyballplatz, sehr schöner beheizter Pool, als Service vom Vermieter gab es eine Zapfenlage für frisches kaltes Bier. Klasse!!

Fabulous property in a great location

Great property with so much space. Filipe sent over loads of useful information before our stay and sorted it out so we could leave our bags early at the property. The bed rooms are all very spacious with ensuites. Kitchen has everything you need. BBQ area is great and the fitness room is very well equipped. Filipe was easy to get in touch with whilst we were there. There was a problem with water pressure one day - one whatsapp message and we had a reply withing ten minutes that the council were carrying out work and the problem would be resolved soon and it was. The beach is ten minutes walk and is lovely and about 15minutes away is BJ's beach bar that serves delicious fresh fish and makes great cocktails - make sure you book if you want to go on a Saturday lunch time! Final mention goes to George - the driver that Filipe recommended - an absolute gent who was incredibly reliable and nothing was too much trouble.
