Distribution of the villa:



With 290 m2 of housing, the villa is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor there is a dining room divided into two rooms, a sofa, TV and wood-burning fireplace area, and an area with a dining table next to the fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a glazed terrace with views to the pool.

On the upper floor and up a section of 7 steps we find a bathroom with a bathtub, a room with two single beds and a second room with a double bed.
