Highly recommend

Great stay. House is located in a quiet gated community within about 200 yards from the pool/hot tub and an 8 minute walk to the private beach. Also really close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Would book again for sure!

Quiet,comfortable beach home

This home has an unusual bedroom layout with one bed blocking closets, but it was roomy and comfortable for 4 adults and two teens. The walk to the pools and beach is short and easy.

Nice house and location.

Nice location and not to far of a walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. There were a few things that the house didn’t have in the kitchen. No 9x13 and no muffin tin. Overall nice property for the price.

Overall good experience

House was very nice and clean there was some wear and tear just like any normal house. The location was great, beautiful neighborhood and it was a very short walk to the beach. The pull out in the living room and the master bedroom bed really need to be changed out as they are very worn down and can be uncomfortable. We only had one request that need to be attended to and the southern team were very quick to resolve it. After we had left the house we did recieve an email stating that we were being charged for damage to the drywall that was already there when we arrived. It took a couple of calls and emails with proof to verify that it was in fact already there but we finally got the issue resolved and our money back. Overall the experience with the house was great and the experience with the southern team was ok. I would definitely stay again and give them another try.

Property very nice with everything we needed. Agent, Go Southern, dreadful.

Agent, Go Southern, worst company I have ever dealt with in the US. Booking confirmed, all payments made, guest portal with all key codes provided. On arrival key code for property would not work. After hours of chasing found out that Go Southern had disabled due requirement for paperwork that had not been requested. No communication to explain prior to our arrival. Agent had no interest in helping. Refused to send any one out to help. Spent hours in a location I didn't know trying to resolve. Agent couldn't show less interest if tried. No apology, no response to complaint. I won't book another property which is managed by this company.

Coral Cove Review

This house was a great place to stay with family and friends. Enough space for everyone. The front porch was nice to sit on in the evenings and the back porch was great for grilling out.

Nice house, good location, nice neighborhood with two pools, basketball court, tennis, grills.

The only bad thing about this rental is they do not allow rented golf carts. Some of the owners have golf carts but they don’t allow you to rent one and bring it to the house. That is the only complaint that we have about renting this house.

Miramar getaway

Our vacation was wonderful, but just too short! The house was perfect for us. We would have liked a screened porch, and to be closer to the beach, but maybe next time!!! We will definitely be back! Ellen Howe

More than I expected

I have visited Destin several times, but this was my first time staying in a rented home. When we arrived at the home, it was much bigger than we expected. The rooms where set up nicely, and everything was convenient, just like at home.

Coral Cove Vacation

I thought the Coral Cove was very nice and clean! We really like the Maravilla we have stayed in Condos many of times😉This will be the first time we had gotten a Cottage/House I only have a couple things to say I think they need to get some nicer kitchen pots and pans (very old) and some other maintenance done But other than that we enjoyed it very much

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Cove. The house was as expected and the pictures are accurate. It was a short walk to the beach and the community pool. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue that maintenance addressed immediately. We had six people (two of which were small children) and there was plenty of room.
