Denna rymliga 3 sÀng ligger pÄ sjÀtte vÄningen i Phoenix VI i Orange Beach, AL 3 Bath bostadsrÀtt tio med fantastiska bekvÀmligheter och hisnande utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Denna lÀgenhet Àr en hörn enhet med stora golv till tak glasdörrar och fönster i vardagsrummet och matsalen. Njut av avkoppling efter en rolig dag pÄ stranden med en bÀddsoffa, stora stolar och stor platt-TV. Vi har ett fullt utrustat kök med apparater i rostfritt stÄl och uppgraderade bÀnkskivor i granit. Matplatsen har plats för 6 vid bordet och 2 till vid öbaren.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, plattskÀrms-TV plus en vacker utsikt frÄn golv till tak glasdörrar pÄ baksidan bukten och marinor. Det lyxiga Master-badrummet har en tvÀttstÀll med dubbla handfat, duschkabin och separat badkar. Detta Àr en mycket privat master svit och du kommer att njuta av denna utsikt och ganska tid borta frÄn allt.

Det första gÀstrummet har 2 queen size-sÀngar, platt-TV och eget badrum. Detta Àr en av de enda lÀgenheterna i byggnaden som har 3 badrum. Det andra rummet har en Queen size-sÀng plus en platt-TV.

We enjoyed this property

We were very impressed with our accommodations. We very much enjoyed the patio space overlooking the beach and pool area. The layout provided plenty of space for my family of four.

Beds were comfy. Overall condo was ok for the week. However, it didnt meet our expectations based on pictures and description.There are a few items in the condo that need maintenance attention.Doors, toilet paper holders, lights, ceiling fans. Every inch of space was used for furniture made the condo feel cramped.The shower in the master bedroom is too small and badly designed.

Nice place

Over all everything was good, had an issue with tv and called maintenance, they came right up and took care of it. The condo was very nice but could use a few updates. Beds were comfortable.

First time at Orange Beach

The condo has nice decor and attractive furnishings. It is just like the pictures. The bedding is pretty and comfortable, along with plenty of extra blankets. Ample furniture and space for everyone . The sofa is well used but clean. The two decks and views are terrific! The Pheonix VI staff were polite and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. The pool is NOT heated so be prepared. We rented beach chairs and umbrella one day. That was an easy process too. We used Surfs Up dolphin cruise. Highly recommend it. Very affordable. Make sure to check out the Hang Out; we were there twice! Cleanliness was mediocre. Unfortunately, the need to turn these Vaca rentals so quickly results in subpar cleaning. However, the bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. One bathroom sink was backed up and the jets in the spa tub didn't work. We reported it and a work order was initiated without issue. Definitely would come back and recommend.

We had a great time! Everything was pretty much as described.

We had a great time! The queen bed seemed more like a double. And the buttons on the washer were messed up/ still able to use washer though. All in all the condo was as described. The views were breathtaking!😊

Unclean condo!

It was disappointing to find such a dirty master bedroom. The comforter was stale and unclean smelling, the ceiling fan above the bed had caked on gray dust and the whole condo was gritty with sand upon arrival. I suggest checking with the cleaning staff. Extra blankets were on the floor of the closets as well as pillows.

Great Location and Condo

The location was so convenient to restaurants and things to do. The size of the condo and bedrooms were spacious and all too. However, the condo was not clean when we went in. I was very disappointed in the floors and bathrooms. However, once house keeping was called they came and cleaned it. Overall stay was fabulous and I would definitely rent it again.

Warm and inviting!

This condo was very warm and inviting! There were 6 adults in my party and we were very comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing at check in & the beach was beautiful! The entire facility was clean as was the condo. I will definitely return!!

Condo was just as advertised. Appreciate the no check-in, go straight to your condo and enter the security code access. Very much loved the dedicated covered garage parking spot right near the entry and the luggage carts!

It was good

Unit was good, not great. Ceilings were dirty and there was a bit of mildew and mold in the bathrooms and kitchen. Third bedroom did not have a bathroom connected to it. Overall it was good. Would stay at this unit again if I could not find another place.

2021 Stay

The condo was very nice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath which was perfect for our group. The ice machine is an added plus - so convenient when preparing for the beach.

Perfect location

The family, 6 adults and 3 children, enjoyed the perfect weather, Aqua waters of the Gulf, sandy white beaches and the pool. The unit had a nice deck that overlooked the Gulf and the pool which we would have loved using more often, however we had many smokers on nearby decks. Units and facility are supposed to be smoke free!! Location of the unit is perfect as you can walk to restaurants, coffee, donuts, ice cream and even Alvin’s!

Desperately needs a deep cleaning

The location and amenities were great and as described however the unit desperately needs a deep cleaning. This was our family’s second vacation to Orange Beach within the past 10 months. We were looking forward to yet another wonderful visit however this one was a little disappointing. The check in was easy and we loved the parking in the garage near the entrance. There were carts at the entrance that made unloading easy. Things took a turn when we entered the unit unfortunately. This unit must have been sitting empty for a while because it was filthy. The kitchen counters were dirty, there was hair in the restrooms and beds, and it was dust everywhere that triggered my family’s allergies. I immediately started cleaning (I always bring cleaning supplies especially now with COVID). This is not what I planned after a 7 hour road trip. The bed linen and pillows were stained. After bleaching all bed linen, some stains still remained. I requested new pillows from housekeeping and they arrived within the hour which was great. The remotes, tables, ceiling fans, and lamps were covered with dust and hair. Even the washer and dryer needed cleaning. It was quite disgusting! The building was crowded but was understandable due to spring break. We found out that the roof was being replaced while we were there and of course the crane was outside the master bedroom’s window so it was fun waking up at 6:30am to loud crane noises and trucks. Kinda wish we were given a heads up. Also, the neighbors above us were extremely noisy the first night until 3am but I let the front desk know the next day and that problem was solved for the remainder of our trip. No maintenance issues. Overall, the property fits the description and is in the perfect location BUT more attention is needed with cleaning and sanitizing the entire unit from floor to ceiling.
