Vårt hem har central värme och luft med takfläktar i varje rum. Den har en queen size-säng i alla sovrum med extra sovande på en full storlek futon i vardagsrummet. Solen och vardagsrum är separata och möjliggöra för dem som kanske vill läsa eller besöka medan andra titta på 50 tums tv i solen rummet. Den extra stor skärm veranda erbjuder bekväm plats för 8 och är den perfekta platsen att njuta av en god bok, stora konversationer eller bara koppla av efter en dag på stranden eller sightseeing. Besökare på vårt hem har gett veranda ett 5 betyg.

Huset ligger i en lugn del av ön och erbjuder ett brett uncrowded strand. Och du är bara en kort bilresa från prisbelönta Charleston och Mt Pleasant.

För din bekvämlighet en utomhusdusch har varmt och kallt vatten.

För familjer med barn Recreation Center på ön är ett måste. Fullt utrustat lekplats, basket domstolar, tennisbanor.

Hushållspapper finns. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej. Du kan beställa dessa sängkläder från IOP Cleaning & Mgt Co (843-886-6387). Se till att du ringa i förväg så att de kommer att få dem levererade innan ankomst.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had everything we needed, there was plenty of room for our family of five, and it is SO close to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay! Very close to the beach and had everything we needed. Property was clean. Bringing our own sheets and towels was not ideal but it worked out okay.

Still the perfect getaway

I love staying at this property and truly feel like it is my home away from home. So comfortably appointed with the lovely porch and yard. I go for walks on the beach, which is so easily accessible from the house. Betty is always a wonderful host. I look forward to my next stay.

A classic oasis on a happening isle

Last month I spent a week at this cottage with my wife, two children (3 and 6), and in-laws, and I couldn't be happier with our choice. The house is older and modest in size (especially in comparison to the endless mansions on the Isle), but very well maintained and comfortable. The massive covered porch was a huge highlight; despite having to chase around two rambunctious kids, I was able to find the time to doze on one of the lounges once or twice, much to my delight. The large front yard and oak-covered backyard created a perfect Southern vibe, and my six-year-old had enough space to play football and wiffleball.The location was also unbeatable. The path to the beach is just a few hundred feet away, and the park/playground are just over a mile, aka a very quick bike ride. And then there's Sullivan's Island (ten minutes) and Charleston (25 minutes).

This little gem is my home away from home. I love this beach cottage—well appointed, comfortable, close to the beach with the ideal porch and backyard to enjoy. Definitely will stay again—as I have year after year.

Comfy Cottage

Beach getaway

This adorable beach retreat had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation at the beach. Just steps to the beach and well-equipped for a day on the beach. Even wagons to haul all the chairs and games supplied.

Family beach getaway

This was the perfect house for a much needed family getaway to the beach. We had our two adult sons and their girlfriends with us for the week. The house was roomy enough for the six of us, with plenty of places to relax, a beautiful yard, and was right across the road from a public beach access, which allowed us to run back and forth to the beach all day. Great house and great stay!

Relaxing, Quiet and a short walk to the Beach

Everything this small beach house had to offer was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the side screened porch was a great place to relax and visit with family and friends. Will certainly return !!

Worked great for our family - peaceful, clean and so close to the beach!

We loved the location, trees, screened in porch and location. We had grandparents, kids and grandkids all together here everyone had a place to be comfortable. Also super close to Wild Dunes for the wedding we were attending. Betty was a Great Host! The house has a cozy feel and was very clean.

A perfect retrear

I love this property, having stayed there multiple times and already booked my next stay. Such a comfortable beach cottage with all the touches of home. I love the porch, where I enjoyed breakfast each morning. Lovely landscaped garden. Just steps away from beach access yet on a quiet street. An easy walk to the marina too. Great property owner—very responsive and caring. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay !

My family and I throughly our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal or bake . I was able to prepare meals with ease The property inside and out is well maintained. We enjoyed sitting our time sitting in the screen porch area The walk to the beach was convenient I highly recommend staying at this house ! My family and I would stay there again Thank you Betty ! Great location

We brought our three screen zombies here and had a great “unplugged” week together. The beach is such a short walk from the house, and the beach equipment provided by the owner made it extra fun. When not at the beach we enjoyed playing croquet in the backyard and sitting out on the large screened porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay and beautiful home!

The host Betty was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. The home is charming , very clean, plenty of space, and equipped with beach supplies for the short walk to the gorgeous beach. Great location, just a shirt drive to the grocery store, rec center, and restaurants. Thanks again Betty for all the help. We loved it! Will definitely stay again!

Peaceful, Clean and Convenient

I was in the IOP on a three generation trip with my mom and 21 year old daughter and we all thought this cottage was absolutely wonderful. Even after reading all the reviews, I was shocked at how convenient the beach access is to the cottage. You can see the beach access from the beautiful screened in porch! The cottage is fully equipped with beach towels and chairs, full kitchen, outdoor shower, etc. We would love to stay there again!!

Wonderful beach retreat

We had a wonderful time at this home! The house was clean, welcoming and the perfect size for our small family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing! We were able to set up early each morning and come and go as needed throughout the day. The screened in porch was a big hit with extended family that came to visit. The screened in porch was great to enjoy the outdoors free from mosquitoes. It was a great week!

Isle of Palms vacation

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at your home! She had not seen the ocean in 10 years and this was the perfect getaway! My mother has some mobility issues so the one level layout of your home was great for her. We cooked some marvelous meals thanks to the kitchen. Fantastic proximity to beach access. Will recommend this property to others. Thank you again for everything!

We purchased this home in 1994 and knew it would be our place to relax and forget the stress life brings. When you come across the bridge onto the island you see a large expanse of ocean with cargo ships heading in and out of the harbor and shrimp boats trolling. Spectacular view every time. There is no better feeling than heading to the beach with our two grandchildren - 13 and 11 and watching them play in the water and sand. Maybe someday they too will bring their children back to enjoy.
