Denna privata casita är ett hem hemifrån. Det är ett sovrum med en drottningssäng, badrum med dusch och bubbelbadkar. Separat vardagsrum med utfälld soffa, HD-tv, kabel och trådlöst internet. Litet kök med två brännare, helt nytt kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det får härligt naturligt ljus och folk säger att det är väldigt tyst. Poolen står till din tjänst, men den är ouppvärmd, så isbjörnar kommer att njuta av den mest av allt!

Vi är i en fantastisk Scottsdale plats. Vi är mindre än 2 miles från 101 motorvägen. Cirka 20 minuter från Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, cirka 10 från Salt River Fields vårutbildningscenter och Top Golf. I den andra riktningen är vi cirka 8 minuter från Phoenix Open (Waste Management Open) och West World där Barrett Jackson bilshow hålls. Vi är mycket nära en mängd vandringsleder i hela Sonoran Preserve. Och varje tänkbar shoppingmöjlighet, hög till låg är inom några minuter.

Vi befinner oss i ett vackert område med vandringsleder och tillgång till livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger i närheten och drogbutiker.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Scottsdale. The Ford’s Casita did not disappoint! Quiet neighborhood and if we needed anything Dennis and Kristi were right next door.

Fabulous!

Peaceful quiet property. You have a little courtyard all your own. Dennis and Kristi are right there if you need them, but give you privacy if you don't. Highly recommend!!

The casita was perfect for what we were doing which was golfing, hiking and going out.

Our hosts Dennis and Kristi were super nice, welcoming and accommodating. The unit is nice and like the description says close to golf and hiking trails. We really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful, serene stay at Rosalie Place

Our hosts, Dennis and Kristi, have perfected the art of providing a warm, welcoming place to stay while offering complete privacy and serenity. The Casita was even better than we expected, perfect for the two of us. Close to golf, shopping and in a great location. I felt 100% safe walking the neighborhood and we hope to return!

Nice stay in Scottsdale casita

We had a very nice stay in a well maintained clean casita in a beautiful quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. Close to grocery, restaurants, hiking, etc. Hosts were very gracious, communicative and supplied all we needed for a wonderful time in AZ.

Perfect home for the two of us!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our stay while attending the Final Four. The house was very clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. Dennis and Kristi were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations about the area but did not intrude on our privacy. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Arizona.

Perfect little landing spot for a Spring Training getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway. Dennis was a joy to deal with before and during our trip. The house was exactly what we needed....quiet, clean, and comfortable! We will definitely be back next year! Had a blast!

Great accommodations and amazing hosts!

The casita was perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. The rooms were very clean and bright with lovely furnishings. The neighborhood was beautiful and in a great location for walking and visiting the many interesting places in the area. Dennis and Kristi were terrific hosts and made sure that anything we needed was provided. They were definitely a big part of why our stay was so memorable! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Above and beyond our expectations!!

Dennis and his wife were wonderful! They communicated everything with us so well, their home was beautiful and comfortable, like a home away from home! Safe neighborhood close to so everything but off busy streets so you're not getting disturbed! Perfect for a couples retreat! We will absolutely be booking with them our next stay in AZ!

Scottsdale - Casita

The homeowner's Casita was perfect for my stay in Scottsdale. It is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The 101 is close by. Whether you need to go to the airport, one of the many golf courses, Scottsdale Quarter, or Old Scottsdale, the drive to any of these locations ranges from 10 to 20 minutes. Even though the Casita is located on the homeowner's property, it is very private and the owners are very warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Rosalie Place

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Dennis and Kristin’s casita! Dennis met us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the casita and beautiful outdoor patio. The casita was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, pears, and granola bars! There were plenty of towels for our week’s visit, a large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, both a coffee maker and a Keurig, and a selection of teas, coffees, and K-cups. There was also a selection of flavored waters in the refrigerator and pantry. We enjoyed getting to know Dennis and Kristin; they were exceptional hosts! They were happy to recommend great restaurants nearby (Pita Jungle and Dos Familias). The location of the casita was perfect for us! It was close to shopping and restaurants, and the highway was convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noises. If you are visiting the area we highly recommend Rosalie Place! We hope to return there again!

Lovely casita in a quiet upscale neighborhood.

I chose this property because of its location and good reviews. Dennis and Kristi were vivacious and lovely hosts. They kept in good contact and were responsive to messages. Our check-in went smoothly. Dennis even helped us carry in our luggage. I walked into the casita and found it to be prettier than the pictures I had seen. There were snacks and cool drinks provided along with a nice bottle of wine. We even had our choice of coffee makers. The property was located in a quiet, upscale, secure neighborhood. It was very easy to find and there was easy access to the major thoroughfares in the area. We didn’t have any problems but felt that they would have been quickly resolved if anything arose. We enjoyed private use of the pool area and were provided with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.
