Best Location

Must say a big thank you to the owner for a very last minute booking as there was a gas leak at our orginal booking. Contact with owner was fast and efficiently The location of this property can not be beaten there is no where so central in st ives, every one around was so friendly Compact house but everything we needed was there - no complants from us

Exceptional host

The Cottage is in a prime Location it is such a lovely area of St Ives, Close to the harbour car park & the beautiful beaches are just a short walk away & about 5 minutes into town . The host Robert is Exceptional making sure you are okay and you have everything you could possibly need We will definitely Stay there again .

Lovely stay in perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect for our young family (including our pet dog) and the location is fantastic, right in the middle of the Downalong and close to our favourite beaches, restaurants and town. Robert was an excellent host and was very friendly and helpful in all correspondence. Thank you! We would definitely love to return.

Very nice cottage in St ives

We had a great stay in the little cottage. We are a family of 4 with a dog. It is on the small side for us but had all the things we would want and the location is perfect.

Perfect property in the best location

My family and I stayed in Roberts property for a week and it was perfect! The location is ideal, right in the centre of St. Ives and the cottage itself was gorgeous. The place was immaculate and have all the facilities needed. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to get away and we will looking to booking again for the future. Thank you Robert :)

October week in St Ives

The property was super clean, central and perfect for a weeks stay in Cornwall. Could not fault the property. Everything provided including all cleansing products. Heating, hot water and fresh. Perfect

Lovely cottage. I didn't know it was on three floors so was a struggle with a blind dog.

It was clean and tidy. We took insurance out incase of any breakages. We came across breakages that we hadn't caused, I.e. clothes maiden.

Great week and base!

Lovely location, surrounded by idyllic streets, very close to beautiful beaches and the busy vibrant harbour. Great clean, quirky house though would say you can only house 4 almost fully grown people, 6 would be a squash.

Nce house near the horbour

Nice house on three storeys. Within a couple of minutes walk to the pier and harbour, with lots of the pubs, restaurants and shops very close by. Ideal location.

Great cottage and accommodation

Amazing cottage, just a 2 min walk to one beach, a 5 min walk to another and 30 seconds from the harbour. Only issue is the parking, however that’s the same for the whole of st ives, although the island car park is just down the road you will struggle to get in there. Best thing is to park at the top of the hill by the leisure centre. On the day of arrival drive to the cottage and drop your things, then drive up the hill. Apart from that minor annoyance it was amazing.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location!

Just minutes from the beaches and cafes in a peaceful quiet location.The cottage is extremely comfortable and cosy with a lovely lounge area. Wonderfully clean and very tastefully furnished with everything you could want . We will definitely book again!

6 Bethesda Place St.Ives - Cosy and Charming

The cottage was very conveniently situated for all of St Ives' beautiful beaches and facilities. Just a 2 minute walk to the haven of The Island the views from which are 'out of this world'! The property is well maintained, spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished.Robert provided an exemplary service and I would heartily recommend the property to family and friends. There are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby but a special shout to The Digey (cafe for a great breakfast) and Porthgwidden Beach restaurant. The Sea Room on the Wharf also very good!

Lovely Homely Stay

The cottage was located in a brilliant location just a 3 minute walk to the Island Car Park and the wonderful beach's and the Island mound - perfect for that early morning and evening dog walk. Just 1 minute to the essential shops of the gorgeous St Ives Town. The cottage was of a high standard everything you could need for your stay. Very comfortable bed and sofa's. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook for your family and there was an excellent washing machine. Lovely location, lovely cottage my dog and myself would definitely return, particularly out of season as the cafe's relax their dog policies and let you and your pooch in to sample their lovely food and drinks.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful cottage in the heart of this lovely town. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Tucked away behind the harbour it felt like a peaceful haven, but only a couple of minutes walk too the harbour, beaches and the shops/restaurants. You couldn't ask for more...thanks Robert for all your help and advice before our stay.

Lovely Cottage!

We were delighted with this lovely cottage, with its bright contemporary interior, tasteful furnishings and everything you could need. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beaches and harbour. Highly recommended!
