Rymlig lägenhet i ett fantastiskt läge vid stranden, nära Plaza de Torreon. Fantastisk havsutsikt. Nytt luftkonditioneringssystem (kyler på sommaren, värmer på vintern) installeras i loungen och alla sovrum i dec 2017. Boendet rymmer upp till 4 personer i två dubbelrum och ett dubbelrum. Det finns två badrum, inklusive badrum till sovrummet, båda har duschkabiner. Det finns en 21 "platt-TV med brittiska kanaler. Vodafone höghastighets fiber internet, och en rad engelska böcker tillgängliga att läsa. Köket är modernt och välutrustat, inklusive en ny tvättmaskin, ny diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Sängkläder, handdukar och badlakan tillhandahålls. La Cala restauranger, barer, glassbar och stormarknader är alla bara en minut eller två bort, liksom La Cala Beach Boardwalk spår som nu sträcker sig 6 km till Puerto Cabopino. Tillbringa dagen på stranden och lunch i strandbarer eller pop tillbaka till lägenheten för att uppdatera och ta en siesta. Njut av att titta ’världen gå förbi’ från balkongen och se solnedgången över Medelhavet. Det finns många golfbanor inom några km. Strängt rökfria eller husdjur.

Apartment in La Cala de Mijas

The apartment is located right in the heart of La Cala facing the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has every appliance that you could possibly need together with a well equipped kitchen. The property manager, Charlotte, was very helpful and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. We will certainly be booking it again next year.

La Cala beachfront apartment.

Another fantastic stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. So relaxing and the view is just amazing. Beautiful area lovely for golf, walks, restaurants, bars & nice little shops. We will definitely be back. Love it.

Perfect in every way!

Had a wonderful holiday, made extra special by being in this superb location, right opposite the beach. La Cala is our ideal holiday place, which still retains its Spanish “feel”, with lots of nice eating places (would recommend El Oceano for a treat). There is a lovely promenade walk for the early evening, a great beach and on a good bus route if you crave shopping! We had a car and found lots of places to visit not too far away. The apartment is exceptional. It is spacious, traditional Spanish but with all the necessary “mod cons” and more. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with a full size fridge freezer, washing machine etc. The bedrooms have more than enough clothes storage, the bathrooms have both got excellent showers and the lounge is very comfortable with a fantastic view through to the balcony where we spent lots of time just watching the world go by, there was lots to see & the location really is stunning! There’s a large selection of books to go at and British tv should you need your regular “soaps” fix! Everything is very clean and tidy. We have stayed in many apartments in Spain over the years, this is definitely the best one. Wish it was mine!

Great apartment

The apartment is very central, if you want to be close to the beach, shops and night life it's ideal. The view of the beach is outstanding, the rooms are spacious and clean with all the furniture and appliances required for modern day living. The ensuite bathroom is light and airy, my only criticism is the lighting in the second bathroom, it needs updating as it is very dark especially as there is no window. I would highly recommend this apartment and it would be on the top of my choice list as a place to stay when I return to La Cala.

Great Holiday. The beach front location of this apartment with sea views was unbelievable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend enough. We hope to go back next year!

Optimales Apartment in toller Lage in einem netten Ort mit einem schönen Strand

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung liegt ganz zentral an der schönen Promenade nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Man braucht kein Auto, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter Chris ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und beantwortet in kürzester Zeit aufkommende Fragen. Wir bedanken uns bei ihm für seine Gastfreundschaft und kommen gerne wieder.

A well presented apartment

A lovely welcoming property in the heart of La Cala.

We really enjoyed our time at the property, finding it to be very clean, welcoming and ideally situated to the waterfront, walking distance to cafes, shops, bars and the promenade. Rooms were of a good size, there was plenty of hot water. Appliances were all there for a convenient stay. The only recommendation that we could make would be to provide a better quality of utensils and a few extra items of crockery. We have since booked to go again next year!

Excellent location, lovely balcony with great view.

Very well equipped & spacious apartment in a great location. The village has plenty of bars, restaurants & supermarkets. The walk along the seafront is lovely & the balcony of the apartment is great to sip a drink & watch the world go by. We had a great time in this lovely apartment & look forward to returning. The owner was helpful & everything was as described.

Beautiful beach front apartment with stunning views!

Apartment had everything required. A lovely & very well stocked kitchen with EVERY item required plus dishwasher washing machine (tho didn’t use) too busy enjoying the views and the area!. Comfortable beds & immaculate. Great showers. Just a beautiful apartment in a lovely area. Husband & son & family been going to Cala Di Mijas golfing for years but my first visit & I was delighted to be there in this delightful find!! We have already booked for next year! Love love love this place. Thank you Chris for all of your help & very quick responses. Your apartment is beautiful. ❤️ It.

Perfect location

This is an excellent apartment. It is very well equipped, and the furniture and fittings are of a high standard. The view from the balcony is amazing and the sun shines on it all day. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. I can highly recommend a holiday in this lovely place.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and our visit was late November/December and we had some lovely weather. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Everything worked. The beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The WiFi was fast and the TV programmes good. All the kitchen amenities were excellent. We will definitely return next year.

Perfectly located, well equipped clean functional apartment

Right off the beachfront square surrounded by a good selection of restaurants this property is ideal for those without transport and great for those that do as the location is easy travelling to many destinations. We loved the balcony looking directly on to the beach and seafront. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well appointed with tasteful furniture. Excellent showers with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen if needed but it's so easy and nice to eat out with so much good quality choice nearby. Can definitely recommend highly. I also consider this offering to be excellent value for money. Very friendly Housekeeper nearby if needed. Very welcoming and came to say hello and if we were happy with everything.

Emplacement parfait

Cet appartement est parfaitement situé. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est à proximité. Ce village est très agréable à vivre et les plages sont belles et larges. L’appartement est parfait et tout matériel nécessaire est disponible. Les propriétaires fournissent vraiment pleins d’informations utiles ce qui permet de vite prendre ses marques dans ce second chez soi. Chris and Jo, thank you for everything, we had an amazing holiday!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our parents fell in love with La Cala 35 years ago when they stumbled across this hidden gem on a camping holiday. They purchased a holiday home in the area the following year and relocated twice until they realised their dream of owning a beachfront property in the heart of the village.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Everything is on your doorstep, you can stay for weeks without needing to leave the village. Our excellent property manager lives locally and is on hand to quickly deal with any questions or problems.
