Välkommen till Sand Seair, ett nyrenoverat strandhem som är perfekt för stora familjer som vill ha tillflyktsort från allt, koppla av på stranden hela dagen och varva ner om det nyligen uppdaterade pooldäcket på eftermiddagen. Sand Seair är ett 5 sovrum 4. 5 badrum hemma, som ligger i Inlet Beach, med utsikt över bukten och en privat pool.
Sand Seair har ett privat sovrum på 1: a våningen med en king size-säng och badrum. Den första våningen sovrummet har en privat tillgång till den nyligen uppdaterade pool / spa och pool däck. På andra våningen finns huvudentrén till hemmet, formell matplats, vardagsrum, rymligt kök och vardagsrum. På andra våningen finns också ett tvättstuga och badrum. Sovrummet, som ligger på tredje våningen, ger en king size-säng och ett stort privat badrum med duschkabin och separat badkar. Ner i salen, på 3: e våningen, är ett stort barnrum med 2 anpassade uppsättningar av våningssängar i full storlek! Våningssängrummet kan bekvämt sova upp till 8 barn. Den 4: e sovrummet, som ligger på tredje våningen, har en king size-säng stor balkong med utsikt över bukten. Det femte sovrummet ligger i vagnhuset, anslutet till huvudbyggnaden med balkong, och inkluderar en queen size-säng, bäddsoffa, pentry och badrum. Vagnhuset kan nås separat via egen ingång på första våningen bredvid poolen. Superb Customer Service!!

Michelle and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out when we experienced a booking mishap through our credit card while trying to use our points. During a busy weekend, they found us a beautiful house to stay in close to where we wanted to be. They worked past closing to make sure that we were set up for our vacation. Because of their hard work, we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend with family. Highly recommend this company!!

Wonderful stay at Sand Seair

We loved our stay at Sand seair! There was plenty of space and we also enjoyed the pool and firepit in the backyard. Also, it was a close walk to the beach.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this house! Plenty of room for our family traveling together over the holidays. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and comfortable. Very close to everything in the area but offers a bit more privacy form all the hustle and bustle. Loved the golf cart and the bikes! It's a little close to 98 so you can hear some street noise occasionally but it was never disruptive. The back yard is a lovely oasis with nice lighting, a warm pool and fire pit. Our family ranged in age from 7-77 and it was a wonderful stay for everyone! Paradise was also very responsive and helpful every time we had questions! Highly recommend.

This property is AMAZING!! It's so cute, tons of space, perfect pool/backyard, great location and everything we were hoping for! Communication with the property management team was excellent and the property was super clean. Couldn't recommend more, 100/10!

Amazing place - will look to book again

Sand Seair had everything for our family! The pool was nice and we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The golf cart was very convenient to make drop offs to the beach. We had a great time.

Perfect vacation week

This property was actually better and nicer that the pictures showed. The location is awesome. The use of the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. We would definitely book here again.

Beach house

The house was beautiful and everything we needed! We loved having the golf cart to ride back and forth to beach! Only thing was wish it would have been little closer to beach! We had a great vaca and a wonderful time

Excellent, would highly recommend

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Seair. The layout was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The location was good and golf cart made it easy to get everyone and our stuff to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. We would definitely recommend Sand Seair!

Great house!

Perfect house to host our family over the thanksgiving holiday! Having the golf cart was great, that is hard to find a house that includes one. House very updated and well stocked, there's even beach chairs and toys to use which was awesome! Owners very responsive to our needs. Very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

Although the house was lovely the pictures on the VRBO website made all the rooms appear much bigger than they actually were. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having 2 dining areas. The golf cart was very nice to have. The pool area was a hit with the little kids in our group. We loved the back porches.

Above Average

We had a wonderful time at Sand Seair! Great location, clean home, pool etc was perfect!! The only issue we had was the appliances are older and the kitchenware was outdated. Cutting knives etc. were extremely dull but this issue would not hold us back from coming back again!

Such a great time!

We loved our visit at Sand Seair! The accommodations were perfect and they had everything we needed and more. Paradise Properties was such a wonderful management company and went over and above to make sure our stay was great. We've encountered lots of management companies in our time at Rosemary and have always had average to poor experiences. Working with Paradise Properties was the opposite experience. They were wonderful!

Beautiful Home

We had a great Labor Day weekend get away with friends. We really enjoyed the home. It is convenient to the beach (1.5 blocks away) and the golf cart was fantastic. We had a few minor issues - the main floor (2nd) temperature was always hot and the first and third were freezing. The kitchen is small. The first floor toilet didn’t flush well. The hot tub was not hot. The grill almost caught fire due to lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. There was a sewer smell outside some of the time.

Good

TV in family room worked 1st night. We reported it & was told needed new box & would not get it tell Monday. Would have been nice to have all week for morning cartoons for grandkids. Internet was very spotty also. Pool was cloudy all week & 1st day extremely hot. House very nice, pool area & golf cart were plus. Cooked in all week, kitchen accessories were not best. We would probably not return.

Cleaning

On the surface, this location looked clean but once we got in was a different story. The floors were very dirty, the pool was not clean, found previous guest panties in the drawer, found trash under the bed, and some of the beds had no sheets. When we reported the bed and floors the housekeeper waited until we all sat down for dinner to arrive. They brought a flat sheet only for the king bed ( we didn't know until they left because we made the bed) and we couldn't let them clean the floors because we were eating.

Great location

Everything was good with a few exceptions. The exterminator needs to hit the place a bit more frequently because we saw about 7 roaches. I was disappointed that no one told me the washer was not working until Monday morning when they were sending a guy out to work on it. Then it was still not working and was supposed to be fixed Wednesday, but never came and then showed up Thursday afternoon unannounced with a new washer to install. Glad someone was there...I must say we were offered laundry service and took advantage of it, but had packed clothes with the understanding we would have a washer and dryer. We couldn't use the bikes because the tires were flat.

Kickoff to summer

Overall this was a nice house in a good location. 30A is fantastic. The access to the beach was great. Just a block away. The golf cart is great to have so that you can travel up and down 30A. Inlet beach is on the end of 30A so the golf cart is important to get to The Hub and to other areas. We also rented bikes to get around which was fun. The house has tons of beach stuff which my kids loved. Chairs and toys galore. The house is starting to show its age a bit but the kitchen is really pretty and there is plenty of space for a large family. We found a couple of palmetto bugs in the house throughout the week. Woke up one morning to one sitting on my toothbrush. The pool also wasn’t working well when we got to the property which was disappointing as we where all pretty excited to use it. The owner evidentally forgot to turn it on and the previous people had made it very dirty so it took a while to get it clean. Property management communicated well through it all and everything worked out. Overall it was a great week there and the house worked out.

Amazing house!

We loved our stay at Sand Seair! The check-in process was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. The house is absolutely perfect for multiple families or a large family to stay. There was plenty of room and the heated pool/ fire pit/foos ball table was an added bonus. The decor in the house is perfect for a rental house. It's tasteful, current and makes you feel at home. The beach access is just a few blocks away so it was very convenient to walk to. We were also grateful for the included golf cart and being able to drop off toys/kids at the beach entrance, drive the golf cart home and then walk to meet everyone. Worked out great! The carriage house was perfect for my husband who had to work while we were away. The wifi was spotty but we brought a hot spot so it was ok. There were a few roaches that called the carriage house home so it's worth getting the bug guy out there. We did not have any in the main house. Location: We loved where we stayed. The beach was much quieter and less busy than other areas and we had great sand with large beaches. Publix is nearby and Target is just 15 min away. Camp Helen state park is within bike distance and a great place to explore. Rosemary shops are within walking distance and they have a wonderful farmers market. We had a few minor issues. The property management was easy to work with and responsive. Don't forget to bring beach towels. If you forget anything, Target is not far! We would absolutely rent here again! Fantastic time at sand seair

We stayed at Sand Seair for my sisters bachelorette party with 12 girls and had such an incredible time. The house was bigger than we imagined and so beautiful. We had plenty of space and could easily fit more people if you want to squeeze. We spent a lot of time in the pool(which we opted to have heated which allowed us to enjoy many night swims). Paradise properties was incredibly helpful with all my special requests/ questions and made sure we had everything needed throughout the weekend. There wasn’t any salt&pepper or oil or anything provided so we needed a complete grocery list, but a minor detail. They did provide a spare garbage bag or 2 and toilet paper, but we had to refill after a few days. Location was super close to the beach and an easy walk in rosemary beach town. The golf cart was great to lug beach chairs etc to the beach (there were beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you’d ever need in the garage) Overall we had an incredible stay and I would absolutely recommend this for any large group. 5 stars!!

Sand Seair

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Seair in June. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms all worked out well except for the detached bedroom, which didn't have a bathroom near it. We had to go down spiral staircase or go to kitchen area to use the bathroom. The TV's were VERY difficult to figure out also throughout the house....maybe some type of instructions would help. Also, the pool was wonderful, but the water got VERY warm via the sun. A chiller would be highly recommended ( which we installed in our own home) The golf cart, which came with the house, was totally welcomed by us all....long way to beach for little kids, and us old people :-) I would recommend this property!
