En älskad familjehus, ursprungligen byggd 1909 men helt renoverad år 2011.

Tre nivå husdjursvänligt hem med verandor i massor och ett nytt däck för grillning!
Hus Layout: Matbord sittplatser 16-20, TV i vardagsrum, halv bad för commons område. På övervåningen: Sovrum 2 med drottning och badrum, Sovrum 1 med två Queens och en uppsättning våningssängar och en tv. Full bad ansluts med badkar / dusch. På övervåningen igen: Sovrum 3,4,5,6 har queen sängar och det finns två fulla hall bad.

OBS: Detta hus tillhandahåller inte sängkläder (lakan och handdukar) men finns att hyra genom Greybeard Rentals.

Mycket brant, men asfalterad körning. Utrymme för att parkera 2 till 3 bilar nära huset och 2 platser på vägen.

Under juni och juli hyr huset varje vecka. I övrigt finns det en 3 nätters vistelse, förutom helgdagar krävs en 4 n��tters hyra.

Great family gathering spot

Great communication from property management, very well-stocked kitchen, the huge gathering table was perfect for family dinners and game night. The location is great - close to a cute downtown area.

Great Home for a Large Group

The perfect location for a family Christmas celebration! Walk to hiking and easy drive into town. Huge dining room table and well stocked kitchen. Cozy front porch with a beautiful view.

Memorable Experience

This was our annual family holiday trip. Our young adult children really loved seeing all the family history on display at this house. The location was perfect for our day trip to snow tubing and Asheville. The hiking trails were a minute away and had beautiful scenery. The small creek in front of the house was soothing and a big feature for the family. Tha k you for a fun and memorable experience.

Love Patricia Home!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies in my family go to Asheville about every two years on a Christmas shopping trip. We enjoyed out say at this home. The layout is perfect even with all the stairs :-) This is a place we would definitely stay in again. VERY CLEAN

Amazing House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here this past weekend! The house was immaculate, so thoughtfully prepped, and we enjoyed reading about the family's history throughout the house. The views of the house and from the house were gorgeous. We had plenty of room for for 4 couples plus more! Would love to come back sometime!

Girlfriends Get A Way

For 20 years 6 of us women have been getting together on an annual basis. This home was perfect because we could each have our own bedroom. If you are not able to navigate stairs this is not your house. Otherwise, great views and very comfortable!

Lovely Mountain Retreat

Our extended family stayed in this property for property for Thanksgiving. We loved the layout of the sleeping rooms as they are well separated, allowing for privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and had most of what we needed for Thanksgiving preparation.. The town of Montreat lovely, and very walkable, with beautiful views and hiking nearby. Black Mountain is minutes away and is a good place to spend a day looking in all the shops. We would probably not rent property again in the colder months as the single main living space was confining when everyone came inside to get out of the cold. Probably better suited for summer months when you can enjoy the porches and most people would be outdoors.

Hidden oasis

This place is a go to for large gatherings or get togethers! The property owner was nice, professional and quick to answer any questions. The area the house is located is gorgeous as well! Relaxing hike next to a running creek right outside the front door. I’d recommend anyone to stay here

Great Experience!

We had a great time staying at this property - we had about 15 people that all stayed comfortably in the bedrooms and a major plus was being able to get all of us around the table for meals. It’s about 15-20 minutes to Asheville breweries and hard to get Ubers to the house, but thankfully we had some DDs. Beautiful area!

Perfect Stay!

We were at Montreat for our son’s wedding and needed a big house for 8 adults and a small dog. The Patricia House was perfect for our needs. It has 2 master bed/baths on the second floor and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 3rd floor. Grandparents, aunt, parents, and 3 adult sons were very happy to have their own space. It made it easy to get ready for the big event. The main floor is an open layout with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and a dining table large enough to fit at least 12 people. The wedding was beautiful and our 4 nights at the Patricia House were the icing in the cake.

Great Location, Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay in Montreat. We took a walk in the neighborhood and discovered all kinds of beautiful nature. Loved being so close to Black Mountain restaurants and shops and not far from downtown Asheville. It's a beautiful home with a wonderful view, tons of room for our guests. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to prepare wonderful meals. We really enjoyed our experience and would return.
