Fantastic place

Property location is ideal and has amazing views. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Jason, the Property manager met us on arrival and his communication was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Dad and lads

Lovely property great location , only missed out on a property 5 star rating just due to no air con in the upper bedroom . The owners were brilliant, Jason even took our luggage on the last day then picked us up and took us to the airport . Very good hospitality much appreciated. Would highly recommend this lovely bungalow .

Great lication

Lovely apartment with stunning sea views and great for people watching. Upstairs bedroom a little small for a couple, however there is a sofa bed in the sitting room. Grounds and pool area are very clean. Have to be quick to get a sun bed though. Great communication from hosts Julia and Jason. Would definitely return to this apartment and we highly recommend it.

Fantastic location

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Jason the host made it all go smoothly for us. Met us with the keys, explained where everything was etc. So friendly and so approachable. The bubgalow was in a great location and minutes walk from everything. Pool area is spotless. Getting a sunlounger can be a bit of an issue mind you. Not ideal. Maybe a pre booking system would be better. Wouldnt hesitate to come back. We had plenty of space in the accommodation and its ideal to sit and watch the sunset.

Niet voor herhaling Terras was slecht geen zitjes ,gewoon achter een hoge muur niks van meubilair buiten een kapotte lage tuinstoelDampkamp was supervettigBadkamer beneden had een rioolgeurLeek.Een kleine handdoekje per persoon voor 10 dagen netjes maar was het helemaal nietOveral kleine miere informatie was bijzonder karig bij inchecken ,niet voor herhaling....luidruchtige Nederlander aan het raam elke dag die zijn reisen wou verkopen

Not the cleanest

Unfortunately this property hasn’t been refurbished as it states online, needs a whole makeover, even just a paint through. The settee is awful and smells so wouldn’t sit on it without a blanket on, the leather has peeled off. The breakfast chairs etc are all rusty. The smell from the bathroom downstairs is awful. Have to have the fan on all night to stop the smell. I would use the hosts again but would definitely not return to this apartment, that being said the location is perfect for everything you need. The photos really should be updated regularly, the chairs at the dining table falling apart. With what they charge there’s no reason the furniture etc can’t be replaced and a deep clean would help.

Excellent value for money, great location Jason the property manage was excellent throughout our stay with communication, collected and returned us to the airport so no stress waiting for transport.. settled us in the property gave us local information on the supermarket's and local gym. Amazing service highly recommend the property for a family holiday

Great location and fab hosts

Overall property could do with some improvements - sofa bed in bedroom would be better and more comfortable as an actual bed - it would be nice to have some furniture to sit out on terrace

Another fabulous stay

We had a brilliant week. Second time in this apartment. Jason and Julia are fantastic hosts. Nothing is ever trouble to them. The location is amazing 🤩.

Geht kaum besser

Sehr gute Lage in dieser Zeit mit wenig Touristen. Alles in der Nähe. Parken des Mietwagen ist eher schwierig. Anlage mit Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bungalow trés bien situé.

Très bien situé en première ligne de front de mer, tout près des restaurants et commerces mais l'ambiance sonore est calme (pas de musique agressive la nuit). Au niveau zéro il y a l'entrée, une petite chambre, bain et cuisine, un grand séjour et une terrasse fermée par une véranda; au niveau moins un, une grande chambre et bain, buanderie et petite cour entourée de murs. La pièce vedette est la véranda donnant sur l'océan et Goméra. Par contraste les autres pièces ont une ambiance un peu troglodyte. Le changement climatique commence à se faire sentir. Normalement le sud des Canaries est une zone semi-désertique mais il y a des remontées d'air humide tropical. Nous avons subi un épisode de pluie tropicale, ce n'est pas très gênant mais ensuite les moustiques pullulent.

This property has a superb location for everything we need for a great family holiday, it has brilliant Wi-Fi, perfect location, Air conditioning and Julia the landlady was very helpful with anything we needed, we will be going back for sure!!!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is in the perfect position to enjoy the local amenities. A short walk to Puerto Colon where the bustling harbour is a joy. Even better, just a few metres away is a lively seafront bar where the beer and food are for your pleasure. The apartment itself has lovely views which are a joy to open the windows to. Two bathrooms makes it easy to share the accommodation and the beds are comfortable. It is clean and comfortable. Julia was prompt and even let us in a little early before 4pm and she was quick to respond to our query about where the rubbish should be disposed of. The pool area was lovely (not huge) and we never had a problem getting sun beds. All in all, we would definitely return here for another family sunshine getaway 😊

Perfect Location

The apartment is ideally situated along the waterfront in Costa Adeje. Within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Playa de las Americas.

Zentrale gelegenes Apartment mit tollem Meerblick

Schönes, in einer großen Anlage gelegenes Apartment auf 2 Ebenen mit je 1 Schlafzimmer und vollwertigen Bädern pro Ebene. Küche offen zum Wohnzimmer hin, mit Glaswand verbaute Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht. Da Westlage, kann man täglich den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus verfolgen. Das Apartment ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Schnelles W-LAN und von der Nespresso-Maschine bis zum Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden. Ruhe wird geboten und ist erwünscht. Zu bemängeln wäre das Bett im Schlafzimmer der oberen Etage, das leider nur eine ausgezogene Couch ist und deshalb nicht den optimalen Schlafkomfort bietet. Die Lage ist zentral, wie beschrieben, ruhig, aber praktisch direkt vor der Türe bereits die ersten Restaurants sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die sich um alles bemühte.

Perfect !

Julia our contact was always on hand from day one when we booked. We had a very minor challenge as we could not work something in the apartment Julia came round immediately. The pool area is just gorgeous and we had plenty of beds. Location is absolutely ideal, you can walk to all areas and had everything on our doorstep. I would 100% recommend this apartment and location
