We had a perfect stay at this rental for our babymoon! The place was very clean and spacious for me and my husband . It was located very conveniently to the beach access with a very short walk and a wagon! Having access to watercolor beach club and being a short bike ride from the shopping and food in Seaside was also a plus. Check in was completely seamless and we had no issues with the home - it was beautiful and perfect for a couple!

Dyllan was very responsive and kept communicating the entire time answering any and all questions quickly and promptly. The room was very accessible with an elevator to the third floor which I was very glad to have. Used it every day. The room was very clean, had all the amenities; dishwasher, spa tub, washing machine and dryer. The host had left nice amounts of cleaning needs since my wife is a very neat and tidy person. Has been all her life. Loved the proximity to the Watercolor beach club and Fish Out Of Water (FOOW) restaurant. One of our faves. One complaint was the early landscaping people blowing the walking paths with powered leaf blowers on the weekends. Not anything the VRBO folks could probably help with but just an annoyance just the same. The reminders about bringing coffee, coffee filters, and own beach accessories was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay-cation. Would love to do it again.

It was convenient to the pool and beach through the WaterColor Inn facilities. I stayed for the 30a Music Festival and found the location very convenient. Easy to drive to other venues, with so many within walking distance. We even rode the available bikes one morning for some sessions. The other mornings were too cold for biking.

Loved the Condo

We have stayed on another property in this building before and loved it too. Great location and perfect for just a couple or a small family. (Our kids are young and we brought a blow up mattress for them to sleep on as the room was large enough to accomodate that. Will definitely stay again. My *only * complaint was the bed was a little stiff, but not unbearable. Overall, a great stay. Thanks

I'm not typically one to write reviews; however, our experience was such a wonderful one that I had to write about it. We loved everything about the condo--location, cleanliness, modern furnishings, and property amenities. The communication was excellent and only added to the positives! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just what we needed

This wasn't the first time we've stayed here and it won't be our last. Located dangerously close to our favorite restaurant (The Wine Bar), it's on the quieter end of 30A passing through the Watercolor/Seaside development. Light/bright atmosphere and spacious for 2 people. Well done.

Great kocation

Two floors ( master on 2nd) so not accessible for handicap or person with mobility issues. Suggestion: box of tissues would be nice; there was no cutting board contrary to listing. Loved the location, but we arrived after dark so it was hard to I’d building 1600 from the parking lot.

This home needs some love, Some new carpet and it smells like smoke pretty bad. Floors are pretty warn and it's a darker unit. We would not choose this again. Great Location though

WaterColor is am amazing place and our unit was fantastic. Had everything guests could want for.

We loved this property. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I was with my 85 year old mom and the elevator was invaluable. We also loved having the washer/dryer in the unit…was a bit chilly outside. The bedroom upstairs was beautiful and the kitchen had anything you might need. We loved the 3rd floor patio and had beautiful views, and even a couple of Blue Angels flew past. Loud, but very cool. The walking streets and stores at WaterColor were great and we enjoyed Scratch for breakfast 2 mornings. I will definitely be renting in this area again.

Nice Condo with great location.

Unfortunately we were there during Hurricane Ida’s landfall to the west of the area. Didn’t get to use all the amenities that Watercolor has to offer, but the condo is well appointed and clean. Kitchen countertops seemed to have a stickiness to them that wouldn’t come off though. Can’t beat the location to get to beach and watercolor beach club. I would recommend this property and would return for hopefully a better weather stay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo! It was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures :) The location was perfect and I had two little ones (age 2 and 4 months) and there was plenty of room to separate them!
