Great location with easy access to the Watercolor beach club, pools, Cerulean Park, shops and restaurants. Walkable to Seaside too, The unit was clean and surprisingly roomy for our family of four.

Family vacation

Watercolor condo

Very convenient to the music festival we were attending. Also close to restaurants and shopping. Just the right size for the two of us. When we had a minor problem someone came to fix in less than 2 hours.

September 2015 Stay

First visit to the beach with my 16 month old grandson, daughter snd son in law. It was perfect. Great location. Easy walk to the beach, Bud and Alleys and all the all the shops at Seaside. Bike rides were especially fun. Would stay there again. Our beach photos by VIP Vacation Photography-Dave and Debra were amazing.

The property was as beautiful as advertised, and each room was furnished with everything we needed. Our host was helpful and prompt to respond when contacted - from the time of booking until checkout! The location was perfect for our occasion: wedding rehearsal dinner at WaterColor Inn with bonfire at WaterColor Beach Club, and the wedding of our grandson at Western Lake Park followed by the reception and party at WaterColor Lakehouse. Every site was in easy walking distance from the property. Shopping and dining along 30A was wonderful and also in perfect walking or biking distance. All in all, we had the best location of any of the wedding guests! A perfect experience!

We had a fabulous time here at 30A. Our condo was very conveniently located and comfortable. We were provided with plenty of information to make our stay the best it could be. The app is great! Our only negative was the bikes we were provided were in poor shape so we did not feel safe riding them.

Bikes and checking out.

The stay in the property was all great until check out. On the checkout list, it asked us to make sure the bikes were secure. When we went to check on bikes, there were new bikes for our area. We searched all of them and there were no assigned bikes to us that we could see. When we tried to address this with 360 Blue, we were told to address it with Vrbo. No one ever called me back from Vrbo. We certainly do not want to incur a $450 fee for bikes that we never saw.

Excellent property with plenty of space for our family of 4. Our two adult kids were comfortable in the bunk beds, and we enjoyed time on the patio in the mornings. Cooked some dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen, but plenty of places to dine out in the area. Very close to the beach, and we ended up loving the lake as well. Kayaking and paddle boarding were lots of fun! Two bikes are provided and there are trails around for bike riding in some scenic areas. Would definitely recommend this spot for a stay in Watercolor!
