This luxurious and unique penthouse is right in the heart of the city - on Placa Catalunya with captivating panoramic views over beautiful Barcelona from its 40 sqm (431 sft) private terrace. Spread out over 85 sqm (915 sft) of living space are amazing amenities which include hardwood flooring, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite).
The first bedroom has a king size bed (2 x 2 m) with deluxe mattress and extra pillows to ensure you have a good night rest. The other bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with equal quality mattresses.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top brand appliances. The windows are double glazed to create a tranquil environment while the hustle and bustle of the city center is just an elevator ride away.

We will check you in personally and explain around the apartment, answer any questions you might have. After the check-in the apartment is yours for the duration of your stay! Of course we will still be available 24/7 for any questions you might have, any help you might need.

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of âŹ6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. Please note that, as per the new regulations effective May 1st, 2025, the tourist tax has increased to âŹ9.35 per adult (over 17 years old), per night, for a maximum of seven nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 20.00 to 23.00 (8pm to 11pm) : âŹ40
For check-ins from 23.00 to 01.00 (11pm to 1am) : âŹ60
For check-ins from 01.00 to 07.00 (1am to 7am) : âŹ90
EARLY CHECK-IN before 15.00 (3pm): Subject to availability and there is a âŹ40 early check-in fee. If you request an early check-in, the exact early check-in time will be communicated to you on your arrival day. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when then cleaning is done, around 15.00 (3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT after 23.00 (11.00): Subject to availability and there's a âŹ15 per hour after 23.00 (11.00).
PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a âŹ150 security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a âŹ50 for extra cleaning.
