The host was truly exceptional in his communication. He was also very accommodating to a request by our group. The stay was perfect for 3 couples. Common areas were comfortable - terrace in particular was very enjoyable, given the perfect evening/nighttime temperature. Restaurants, and the famous Mercat Boqueria, as well as shopping of every kind were just steps away. A very enjoyable stay in every way…. thank you

Amazing property that had more than enough space for our family of 6 adults. Great location that is walking distance or short uber/cab ride to everything. Host was very extremely helpful and responded immediately to texts! He helped us with amazing lunch/dinner recommendations. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Aurelian is a gracious, generous host! His flat is amazing - beautiful decor and tons of room, especially on the terrace, which we enjoyed nightly. Now that I’ve stayed there, I don’t want to stay anywhere else in Barcelona!Everything was clean and neat. Tons of towels and really everything we needed. Perfect location.Memories to last a lifetime!

Aurelien was a great host. Clear communication and easy check-in process with his cousin. The place was as pictured. Spacious and clean, and nicely renovated with modern appliances. One thing was that the location was a bit far from advertised. It's next to Boqueria Market / Gothic quarter, not Eixample as it says on the listing. This would be a good area if you don't have a newborn, which we did. And caused some inconvenience with us as we thought we were minutes from activities/restauratns we booked, but we were actually 25-30 min away. We'd recommend this place and Aurelien to people. Just do not expect Eixample.

First there is no mention of the stairs you have to take to get to the apartment. About 40 Host was great, garden is not private and useless bc it surrounded by tall building. It’s nice to grill, otherwise you ll get bite by mosquitoes a lot. Location is great, fairly safe, this part of town gets hi class and lo class. Very friendly people. Laundry was a great added addition. Apartment is retro fitted and remodeled with new appliances kitchen. Again owner is great but if you have big bags, I wouldn’t recommend if you have back problems like me.

The pictures of this place are great, but in person, it’s spectacular! We loved the location. Easy access to sites, shops, the metro etc. Aurelien the host was awesome. From check in to checkout he made the entire process seamless. He also has a sailboat/tour company that we did a city boat tour on. It was a ton of fun with tapas and drinks!
