The house was very clean. The concern I have was the pictures do not match the state of the home. The home in person looks very different. *** I am not sure what this means. The house photos were taken recently. It was recently painted, Has a bigger TV than photos, has a new couch in living room. Perplexed by the comment. Also having only two towels per person for a family of four is not enough to work with. We have stayed at other homes in the area so we understand that you have to bring your food and other items but towels and bedding so be in the plenty plus laundry detergent to clean the dirty laundry. *****We state exactly how many towels we leave in the home. This is the first complaint we have had about this. You requested an additional 10 towels, not sure why that many, but we brought them out to you immediately. Overall the home was okay at best to stay at because for other reasons. *** Sorry your stay was less than stellar. We responded to all of your needs to the best of our ability. Maybe just a bad fit as this home usually garners great reviews. Thanks, Stace
