Denna nyrenoverade två sovrum, två bad semester hyra är en del av en tre enhet fastighet, och det perfekta stället att vila och föryngra. Eller återvänd efter en hel dag med närliggande aktiviteter, inklusive kajakpaddling, golf, fiske, valskådning, vinprovning, drakflygning, antikvitet, badning, vandring, cykling eller sightseeing. Fördjupa dig i Bodega Bays sevärdheter och ljud. Du kommer att njuta av att se på sälar, häger, måsar, skarv, vita pelikaner, bruna pelikaner och sandpipor direkt från ditt däck.

Du kommer att njuta av ett fullt utrustat, modernt kök. Vackra bänkskivor i granit med gasspis, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det öppna vardagsrummet har också ett vinkylskåp!

Båda sovrummen har privata badkar och vattengarderober. De är också utrustade med platt-TV och DVD-spelare. För att inte nämna naturligt ljus och fridfull utsikt!

Familjeområdet har en öppen spis för att hålla dig mysig. Den har också en Smart TV för att hålla dig ansluten och en DVD-spelare. Du kommer att njuta av gratis höghastighetsinternet (200+) och WIFI. Det privata däck har också eluttag för att hålla alla dina enheter laddade medan du njuter av den avkopplande utsikten!

Vi är centralt beläget längs den natursköna och dramatiska Sonomakusten. Det är bara en timme och 15 minuter från San Francisco och mindre än en timme från Napa och Sonoma. Den ryska floden ligger bara 15 minuter bort, så det finns bokstavligen hundratals aktiviteter att välja mellan under din Bodega Bay-semester! Eller så kan du hålla dig frisk och bara njuta av djurlivet och den underbara atmosfären i Bodega Bay.

Fastigheten ligger precis vid vattnet längst ner i en lång smal uppfart. Parkering är begränsad och det kan vara utmanande att vända längst ner. Det bästa sättet att komma in i uppfarten är på väg söderut på motorväg 1, så om du är på väg norrut på Hwy 1 går du till Diekmans Deli och vänder dig på deras parkeringsplats för att söka söderut på Hwy 1, är uppfarten cirka 50 fot söderut och till höger. Om uppfarten anges när du är på väg norrut kommer de flesta bilar i botten. Det finns också parkering tvärs över gatan.

Beyond Perfect!

This was a Sister trip and it was everything we hoped it would be. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the view off the deck just made everything perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Escape in Bodega Bay!

This property is perfect - a true little bolt hole that sits over the bay with unlimited views and a great location! My friend and I came here for a double birthday trip and ended up spending much of our time enjoying the comfort and amenities that Steve & Kristie provided. There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms and baths and a great room that allows you to have your own space but literally be on/over the bay. Quiet, well-stocked kitchen (enough so that we ended going to the fish markets and cooking every night!) and lots of super thoughtful touches. And the deck - you could literally sit there for days & days!! I would never stay anywhere else if I was in the area! Thank you for such a great add to our trip!!!

My husband, 2 kids and I had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right on the water. The deck is perfect for sitting and watching seals and birds. The driveway wasn’t bad as long as you exit to the left.

Great family weekend

We had a nice long weekend with our family of four. We enjoyed being so close to the water. We watched seals, otters and birds, and even talked to some friendly kayakers. We were able to walk to some local places that are nearby and drive easily around. The host gave some great food recommendations. Parking is tight, but manageable. There is a fog horn that sounds continously, but it did not impact our stay.

Bodega Bay trip

Great location and perfect for a father-daughter trip. I was prepared for the challenging driveway and it did not dissapoint! The unit was awesome - literally right on the water and both bedrooms had a great view.

Loved the closeness of the water, especially when sitting in the captain chairs on the deck. Convenient little store(Diekmans) within walking distance for any daily essentials. A great place to go and do nothing but eat at restaurants or bring all your own food and never leave..

Hitchcock Hideaway

Cute, little 2 BR unit that is part of 3. Right on the bay, I mean you could fish off the deck at high tide. A very steep driveway which makes getting onto Rt 1 a bit dicey. Hot water took about 4-5 minutes but great water pressure in front BR shower. WiFi is suitable for emails and surfing but uploads and downloads were a bit tough. The owner was responsive and helpful with suggestions. Many restaurants had limited hours. Great sunsets to be viewed from the deck.

Anniversary Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our anniversary and we were greeted with flowers and champagne. Very special. My only suggestion is to get a new bed in the bedroom closest to the living area.

Beautiful property and super responsive host. Amaaazing location right on the water. Wonderful to wake up to the sound of seagulls, distant fog horn and passing boats. Finding the drive is a bit tricky but the host gave excellent instructions. Hope to stay here again.

Great Find

We stayed in #2 for 2 nights. It's literally above the water on a pier. Great location. Easy access to all the restaurants. It stormed a lot so be careful on the driveway. This place is much nicer in person than the photos show. We'll be back for the warmer months.

2 nights was not long enough. Great place to stay with so much to do around the area. Weather was not great, but the accommodations were so comfortable, it didn't matter. Really nice get away, great location - we will be back

Beautiful location!

We had a great time! The check-in process was very easy, the place was clean and cozy and the views were so amazing. We arrived just in time to catch a gorgeous sunset our first night and all slept very comfortably. I loved waking in the morning to watch the birds, and lucky for us, seals swimming past. The owner was easy to work with and responsive. Thank you for a magical time!

Best spot everrrrrr!

This was the best stay everrrr! Very clean, very nice it lacked NOTHING! House sits on the water and the view and the sounds were just phenomenal! Steve was amazing and was super helpful before and during the stay! Honestly if I could give higher than a 5 I’d give a 100 stars! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!

You can enjoy dozens of scenic beaches, hiking, biking, wine tasting, fishing, golf, you name it. No wonder Bodega Bay is one of the most popular towns on the coast.

Staying right on the water is the most unique aspect of this property. Enjoy watching the seals and pelicans right out of your window or while relaxing on the deck. I love watching the changing of the tides, and watching the fishing boats pass 'At the Bay's Edge' on their way to unload their catch.
