Njut av det stora oceanfront sovrummet komplett med en king size-säng och skjutdörr till oceanfront balkongen. Sovrummet är välutrustat med en full längd byrå och spegel, två natt står med lampor, väckarklocka, takfläkt, 32 "plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare och en La-Z-Boy recliner.

July 2025 Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process through Owners Direct was very smooth. The condo was available earlier than 4:00, which was great. We loved having the brown leather furniture in the sitting room because it was in great shape and felt more sanitary than cloth. We did not love the mattresses, especially the one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom needs a bit of attention by replacing the mattress (the comfort has attempted to be improved by adding a mattress topper but it was still very hard and the fitted sheet would not stay on it). In addition to the mattress being uncomfortable, the bedding in the master really needs to be replaced with something new/fresh. The current bedding looks like my grandmoter's curtains from a long time ago. We found the condo to be well equipped with the needed kitchen items. We also really liked the floors in the sitting area. I think it would be a great idea to extend the same flooring in the sitting area to the whole condo! It would look much more updated/clean than the current tile/carpet. In closing, I would say that the mattresses and bedding is the main thing that needs the owner's attention because if the beds are not comfortable enough to get a good night's rest, the result is not feeling well on vacation.

Great Stay!!

Lot’s of amenities upgraded the experience - streaming TV in living room and all bedrooms, every utensil you could need in the kitchen, books and DVDs for rainy days, and toys for the kids.The unit appeared to be recently updated with fresh paint throughout and upgraded furniture.The beach view was tremendous and lots of conveniences nearby. The property manager couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great Place to vacation

Not only was the weather and view from 13th floor lovely, the condo had the feeling of home. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need and more in the kitchen..There were books to read, movies to watch, puzzles and games for the kids.The deck not only had a beautiful view but a table and chairs to enjoy your meals and comfy rocking chairs to just relax. Everything was convenient As shopping, dining , banana boat rides and parasailing. We will definitely consider returning.

Perfect Family Location

Property was perfect for our family. The outside closet with beach chairs, wave boards and sand tools for our grandsons made it nice not to have to go buy these items we are grateful to the property owners for allowing us to use them. The pool and lazy river was clean and well used by our grandsons. The beach was awesome!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised. Spotless. Fresh painting throughout with new LVT flooring and leather furniture in the living room. My first rental with leather La-z-Boy furniture. Kitchen well supplied with lots of untensils. The card table and chairs provided extra seating for kids. Plenty of books and toys for rainy days.My favorite things were sitting in the rocking chair on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to see the “crescent” in Crescent Beach from Cherry Grove to Myrtle Beach. Also enjoyed having evening sunset dinners on the balcony at the cafe table and chairs.Property manager was very easy to work with.

1308 unit of Cresent shores south tower

It's extremely clean and has all amenities you need. Beachfront location and a quick elevator ride to pool, lazy river and beach. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing place that's generously large. ❤️

We weren't able to use the balcony for 2 months. The patio furniture was stored in the bedrooms including the master bedroom while working on the balcony. That was very inconvenient. The parking was very difficult.

Worst Condo Rental Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: None of the 4 TVs worked. The dryer lint screen was broke. One of the patio doors would barely open. The worst part was all of the mold in the primary bathroom. We have pictures of all of this. Went to the management company with all of this. They were "shocked" by the mold pictures. We asked to get a different condo or give us some money back. They did neither. The maintenance man was very nice. We spent half of our Monday dealing with all of these issues. We were told two of the TVs were broke. On Friday they sprayed our condo for bugs. If the owners get back to us to make this right I will let you know in this review.

Perfect Living Room set up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Living room set up was very conversational and we enjoyed that so much! The microwave door was broken when we arrived but a maintenance worker came the next day to investigate it. We had a temporary fix that took us through the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful. 3 elevators in our building that were very fast. We never experienced delays even on Saturday check in and check out. There were plenty of carts and luggage carriers available whenever you needed one. We would recommend this condo for a family vacation.

Nice place and location, but needs a little TLC

Property was nice in general. Luckily we were Sunday to Sunday rental and missed the fiasco of the Saturday arrival crowd. The rental unit itself could use some TLC. Mattresses in the back rooms were not the best and wall paper is peeling. But overall we were happy with the stay.
