Njut av det stora oceanfront sovrummet komplett med en king size-säng och skjutdörr till oceanfront balkongen. Sovrummet är välutrustat med en full längd byrå och spegel, två natt står med lampor, väckarklocka, takfläkt, 32 "plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare och en La-Z-Boy recliner.

Great Stay!!

Lot’s of amenities upgraded the experience - streaming TV in living room and all bedrooms, every utensil you could need in the kitchen, books and DVDs for rainy days, and toys for the kids.The unit appeared to be recently updated with fresh paint throughout and upgraded furniture.The beach view was tremendous and lots of conveniences nearby. The property manager couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beautiful views and condo. Looked exactly like it was pictured.

Had a great time! Property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of toys, games and books for the grandsons. Owners were wonderful to work with. Views were amazing! Also appreciated that there was security at the building. Had a couple things that needed fixed after we were there and they got taken care of right away.

Unit 1308 Cresent Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and updated with new paint and living room furniture. The location was good. We weren't able to use the balcony for 2 months. The patio furniture was stored in the bedrooms including the master bedroom while working on the balcony. That was very inconvenient. The parking was very difficult.

They gave us pool passes that were worn out and easily able to lose them stated they would charge you $25 for lost passes. Needless to say we didn’t use them and got questioned daily. Would love to stay there again but not through that rental company.

Great Times! Awesome Condo!!!

This condo was truly wonderful. Had all the amenities of home including a couple extras. The keurig coffee machine was a great surprise. Very family friendly. Beds and furnishings were great and the storage closet had many toys, chairs, and the ever so popular boogie boards to use. Mini golf, restaurants, beach shops, mini mart, ice cream and many other things all within walking distance. Crescent Shores is a great building as we've stayed here for the last couple years.We would definitely rent this unit again. Cheryl at ODVR was wonderful to book through as she worked with us and answered all our questions. The Only bad part was leaving. Thank You!!!!

Great rental experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent 4 relaxing weeks in April in this clean and well-maintained condo. It was equipped with all of the necessary utensils and gadgets and more. There was even a knife sharpener, so I didn't have to deal with the dull knives I usually find in vacation rental units. Everything presented on website was accurate and the rental process went very smoothly with Owner Direct Rentals. The location was great and the view from the balcony was spectacular. I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Overall, I was extremely happy with this rental experience.

Perfect Living Room set up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Living room set up was very conversational and we enjoyed that so much! The microwave door was broken when we arrived but a maintenance worker came the next day to investigate it. We had a temporary fix that took us through the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful. 3 elevators in our building that were very fast. We never experienced delays even on Saturday check in and check out. There were plenty of carts and luggage carriers available whenever you needed one. We would recommend this condo for a family vacation.

Worst Condo Rental Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: None of the 4 TVs worked. The dryer lint screen was broke. One of the patio doors would barely open. The worst part was all of the mold in the primary bathroom. We have pictures of all of this. Went to the management company with all of this. They were "shocked" by the mold pictures. We asked to get a different condo or give us some money back. They did neither. The maintenance man was very nice. We spent half of our Monday dealing with all of these issues. We were told two of the TVs were broke. On Friday they sprayed our condo for bugs. If the owners get back to us to make this right I will let you know in this review.

Great Place to vacation

Not only was the weather and view from 13th floor lovely, the condo had the feeling of home. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need and more in the kitchen..There were books to read, movies to watch, puzzles and games for the kids.The deck not only had a beautiful view but a table and chairs to enjoy your meals and comfy rocking chairs to just relax. Everything was convenient As shopping, dining , banana boat rides and parasailing. We will definitely consider returning.

Perfect Family Location

Property was perfect for our family. The outside closet with beach chairs, wave boards and sand tools for our grandsons made it nice not to have to go buy these items we are grateful to the property owners for allowing us to use them. The pool and lazy river was clean and well used by our grandsons. The beach was awesome!!

As Advertised!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised. Spotless. Fresh painting throughout with new LVT flooring and leather furniture in the living room. My first rental with leather La-z-Boy furniture. Kitchen well supplied with lots of untensils. The card table and chairs provided extra seating for kids. Plenty of books and toys for rainy days.My favorite things were sitting in the rocking chair on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the ocean and being able to see the “crescent” in Crescent Beach from Cherry Grove to Myrtle Beach. Also enjoyed having evening sunset dinners on the balcony at the cafe table and chairs.Property manager was very easy to work with.

It's extremely clean and has all amenities you need. Beachfront location and a quick elevator ride to pool, lazy river and beach. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing place that's generously large. ❤️
