Vår stuga på 1500 kvadratmeter har öppna utrymmen, överst i raden, inklusive en jätten 70 "TV med satellitservice, enormt matbord med plats för 7 med tre till frukostbaren, lyxiga madrasser i alla rum, smakfullt möbler och allt du behöver för att koppla av och njuta av en minnesvärd tid med familj och vänner. Fyra sovrum ger massor av avskildhet medan det stora vardagsrummet och matplatsen möjliggör en stor samlingsplats. Täckt veranda med fantastisk utsikt, den bakre uteplatsen med grill och privat inhägnad trädgård ger dig många avkopplande alternativ. Poolen och klubbhuset ligger bara 1 minuts promenad bort. Det finns ett garage med två bilar och dubbel uppfart, plus parkering på gatan framför huset och i ett spillover i slutet av det korta kvarteret. Vi har rest över hela världen och vi vet vad äkta gästfrihet är ... och vi vill att du ska njuta av den i överflöd medan du bor i vårt fritidshus!

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Moab! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed.The location was perfect; peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The host, Jini, was incredibly responsive and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience… she went above and beyond! If you’re considering booking, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay at this wonderful place!

This house is well furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay - lots of comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, quick drive to town. We utilized all the space from hanging out on the front porch to watch the sunset, enjoyed the big comfy living room at night, to hanging out on the backyard patio to enjoy the shade during the hot afternoon after our morning adventures.

Amazing host

We loved our 3 night stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing. We enjoyed the pool and had it all to ourselves! The house had everything we needed and more including beach towels and fresh fruit! The host was super accommodating when we had some car issues and went above and beyond to help us out! Thank you for being a part of our incredible family vacation!

Moab Home Base

Great house and location; great views out the front and back. Quiet neighborhood and away from the town lights and sounds. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. Beds were comfortable and lots of blankets and towels. Very responsive host.

Excellent stay to visit the arches

We had a very pleasant and relaxed stay. Plenty of room for a group of 8. House is spacious, well stocked and has everything you can dream of. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor terrace , kitchen and large sofa. It’s close to arches . We did a hike in the morning; enjoyed the pool and another hike late afternoon . It all worked out perfect!!!

Canyon Lands and Arches Getaway

Perfectly located home to parks. In a private community. House was clean and well maintained. Perfect for our family adventure. Recommend for a large family. It accommodated our party of 9 without any problems, we were all very comfortable. Moab is a charming town and is only minutes away.

A wonderful home away from home!

We have booked this home for our annual trip to Moab for several years now. Simply, because it’s a wonderful home that is well maintained, equipped with everything you need and feels like a home that is cared for. Little details like a candy jar, fresh fruit upon arrival and great towels are just a few of the things the owner pays attention to to make your stay a wonderful experience. This by far is one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. Jini and CY are the most generous hosts. They went all out to make our stay perfect. The house is beautiful well equipped in a gorgeous setting. This was a special Xmas trip for us and they made the three hour trip the weekend before to set up a tree for us😀

We are an older professional couple, married since 1975, and enjoy traveling, outdoor photography, and meeting people. We have traveled to many destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific. We have raised three wonderful children, and we have three adorable little grandchildren (7,4, and 2)! We enjoy the beautiful scenery and energy of Moab and the world-renowned outdoor photography locations. You will enjoy some of C.Y.'s award winning photography in our home, along with a photo guide he's put together for you. Jini has poured her heart and soul into furnishing and decorating the home and landscaping. She is the person who attends to the guests and ensures that they can reach us, even while we are traveling. This is not just business but an opportunity to connect and serve.

Our house is located in a small, self-contained residential neighborhood with stunning 360 degree views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains. We think we have the best views in all of Moab! The streets and yards are clean, safe, and quiet. The HOA maintains and ensures that every home meets or exceeds quality standards. It is about 4.5 miles south of downtown Moab and very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, and other scenic byways as well as biking and hiking trails. The pool and hot tub are maintained daily, and only serves our own small neighborhood.

Attention to built in quality and focus on guests' comfort sets our home apart. To begin with, our house is a single family home, so you don't need to worry about noisy neighbors (or your own group being too loud!). It is a one-story with no carpet, so there is no worry about tiny little ones or the elderly from tripping or struggling to climb stairs. Two outdoor areas all to yourselves: the covered front porch is a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the amazing views of the magnificent rim rocks. The back patio has a BBQ and a private fenced-in backyard with stunning views of the La Sal mountains. Quality beds, linens, and furnishings set our home apart from many similar ones. We stock it with everything we think you will need during your stay (minus food and drinks). The pool and hot tub are well maintained nearly year around. We want you to feel pampered every minute that you are in your home away from home! We work hard to make sure this happens!!
