Denna romantiska casita / bungalow hideaway ligger inbäddat i Evergreen historiska grannskapet precis norr om downtown Mesa. Du kommer att känna att du är i sydvästra med de stora träden och gröna bälten och hus som byggdes på 1930-talet. Den enda skillnaden är att det blir 50 grader varmare! Grannar njuter av vin på sina främre verandor och säga hej till passerbys. Denna mysiga fristående bungalow ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från centrala Mesa, hem till många lokala restauranger och barer.

Casita var precis färdig att renoveras helt med helt nya golv, färg, vitvaror, köksskåp, klädkammare, badrum, helt ny BEDEGA king size-madrass, inredning och helt nya armaturer. Dessutom har casita en egen stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare så att du kan resa ljus. CableTV, blixt snabbt WiFi, Playstation 3 med Netflix är alla tillhandahållna utan extra kostnad.

Gratis buss är tillgänglig för Cubs Hohokam Stadium. Mesa Convention Center och Center for the Arts ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd.

Bungalowen ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa från Sloan Park, hem för vårträning för Chicago Cubs och mindre än en mil från Hohokam Park hemmet för vårträning för Oakland Athletics.

Cute casita in a quiet area.

It was a nice stay home was as expected. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area in the private courtyard. Very quiet easy to sleep.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was really clean, comfy cozy had a slick little outdoor patio area for sitting in the afternoons and evenings. The property manager was awesome. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Casita Stay!

Great property and perfect location for my trip. Communication was superb and property instructions were very simple. The Casita is perfect for one or two people, super quiet neighborhood, felt very safe the whole time.

Cute little getaway

The casita was great!! Everything was as described, in a verybcute neighborhood as well. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the shower didn't drain very well, so we had to keep turning the water off and on so the tub didn't fill with water. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Great lil Casita

The Casita was perfect for us. The shaded yard, the fresh fallen Pecans from the tree were a treat. Great neighborhood. Beautiful wild parakeet singing. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Casita for a Quick Trip!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy casita in Mesa! It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway—clean, comfortable, and offering just the right amount of privacy. The space felt tucked away and peaceful, yet it was conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and fun activities.Check-in was seamless, and the host had everything well-prepared to make my stay enjoyable. The casita itself was well-appointed, with all the essentials I needed. Wonderful property

Our stay here was for 6 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. The casita is beautifully decorated and updated. It is a perfect setup with all the necessities to live comfortably. Ryan is so easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

What a bargain.

If you looking for an economical place to stay, that suits your basic needs, this is it. We golfed in Mesa for 10 days, and found this location close to the affordable golf courses. It suited our needs very well.

Great stay, close to everything!

This was such a great place to stay. I love that they allowed dogs, and had a perfect little yard to let her out at. So much better than a hotel. The little studio they had was clean and cool during our stay. And was about 20 minutes to everything we did that trip. The neighborhood felt safe and was was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

first timer and perfect

From start to finish, smooth and simple. Checking in and out quick and directions were exactly clear. Doesn’t ask for much of anything so the stay and check out were completely stress free. Didn’t run into a single issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was close to everything we needed for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Absolutely perfect

Peaceful Casita

This was the perfect place for me as I was in town visiting family. The bed and furniture is comfortable. And it had a nice outdoor seating area under a citrus tree. The property is very well lit so you can find your way back to the casita which is behind the main house on the lot. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing! So easy. Great king size bed and pillows. Very quite and private. HIGH speed internet was so enjoyable along with huge TV with ALL channels. Walk to family run Mexican food, Walgreens and easy short Uber ride to Sprouts

Perfect spot in Mesa/Tempe area

Was on vacation golfing every day and this spot was perfect for what I needed. Host was awesome to work with and responded to questions, etc. very quickly. Check in process was simple and the lighted path to the casita was great! Laundry off the main part of the casita was very helpful and I took advantage of that! Bed, couch were very comfy and the room(s) were very clean and welcoming. Coming and going any time of the day was easy and the location was very quiet and safe! Nice kitchen area, however I didn't use it much. Large fridge and freezer as needed as well for those brining groceries for their stay. Nothing wrong with staying here and I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Nice location to and from airport (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) as well...

This property is quite unique in that it is well-located in the middle of a historic/residential district minutes from downtown Mesa and central to Phoenix in general. Visitors have all the amenities they would expect, with the actual property and the area.

We were able to split and separate the large property in two distinct areas - the front house and the back casita. The Casita has its own private entrance and enjoys a fully fenced in private backyard with grapefruit, lemon, orange, and walnut trees. You get the benefit of living in modern luxury set in a historic location. It comes with all the cable channels/Netflix/fast WiFi that you can use!
