Njut av detta hus direkt vid sjön Magnolia. Detta hus har ett bakre däck och ett helt nytt klimatreglerat solrum för att njuta av sjön och en täckt veranda för att titta på golfbilar rulla förbi.

Alla nya köksapparater. (Ny kylskåp, ny spis, ny ugn, ny diskmaskin, ny mikrovågsugn, ny K-Cup-maskin)

Detta hus erbjuder 1300 kvadratmeter. Under våren 2017 har vi lagt till nytt golv, nytt kylskåp, nytt tak, ny mikrovågsugn, ny gasgrill och ett nytt masterbad! (Bilder kommer snart!) Adressen är MH92 och ligger direkt vid Magnolia sjön. Fisk från din trädgård!

Detta rökfria hem erbjuder ett klimatreglerat Carolina-rum och ett trädgårdsdäck för att njuta av sjön.

Det finns 3 sovrum totalt. Två av sovrummen ligger i ena änden av huset och delar ett badrum med full hall. Det tredje sovrummet är master och har sitt eget (nya) master badrum. (Det finns också en bäddsoffa i storleken i vardagsrummet vid behov.) Alla tre sovrummen har en dubbelsäng.

Det finns parkering för tre fordon varav två är täckta. Huset ligger nära havet. Ta med din fiskespö och njut av fiske från trädgården. Njut av!

Awesome beach vacation

This was my first time staying in Ocean Lakes and would definitely book this stay again in a heartbeat! The house has everything you need. Location is perfect. Having the pond in the back of the house was an added park and the host is super attentive. thanks again for everything we had such a great time.

Nice house!

The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was as the owner described. The lake was perfect for fishing. Short walk to the beach, playground and waterpark! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful location

Being on th lake was amazing. The location was great and quite peaceful. House was spacious for our family of 6. JD was amazing from the beginning. We last minute booked and he went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again.

The property was very peaceful and we greatly enjoyed ouor stay. The outside could you some sprucing up. But it is still great. We saw 1- bug and that is amazing. it probably came in the door but that is always my biggest concern. We will definately plan to stay again. The owner was very accomodating and always answered my questions very promptly. Ocean lakes itself is getting way to many wild teenagers with no adults around. I had my grandkids riding and the foul language was terrible. They had no respect for others. I wish they had more security and could put a stop to all that. But it is everywhere. We need more responsible parents in these types of places.

Homesick no more!

This property is our “other home”. We can truly relax here, feel safe, and comfortable. The owner is quite nice to work with (should any problems arise). Wifi was the only glitch in our experience, but recent storms caused that, and Mr. Knode was very quick to overcome the problem! We rely on MH 92 to cure our need for the beach!! Can’t wait til next time.

Overall good stay

The house was spacious and a good size for our family trip with 7 people. The house was tidy, but the floors were fairly dirty. We did have to wear socks while walking around the house because your feet would turn brown within a few minutes, which was not ideal but did not ruin the trip by any means. The furniture on the back porch is 10000% in need of replacement. My 3 year old sat on one of the chairs, the leg broke immediately and she fell. I reached out to the owner and he apologized. I do hope he removed that furniture so no one else gets injured. There is also a hole in the wood on the back deck big enough for a child’s foot to fit into, just as a warning so no one gets hurt who may rent here before it’s repaired. Also, as stated in the description, the wifi is available but does not work. We couldn’t get it to work at all, at any point in the house. Other than those few things it was a nice stay, and I would recommend as long and the next renter is aware and okay with these few things.

Needs updated but we enjoyed it!

We enjoyed it! Had plenty of room for 8 people. But it is older, there was water leaking under the kitchen sink, it was kinda musky. But I bought a candle and it helped! And we saw a few roaches. Beds were ok..but some mattresses need updated. And they're more like full size than queen. This house has great potential..just needs updated! The air worked perfect!! I would suggest making the porch be where the carport is. I love to people watch!! Thanks for the stay!!

The house was clean and the AC was very good. For a smaller and older house it was very nice. The best part is the location central to all the park amenities and access to the lake for fishing. Loved it, would rent again.

Great time with family

Very easy JD was very easy to deal with and set everything up for us to get our car passes everything was as expected my 2 year old granddaughter had a great time and our 2 month old grandsons first trip to the beach time went to fast loved this was one level and didn’t have to worry about steps with the grandkids

I am a married father of four children and work as a professor at Methodist University. Our family of 6 purchased this home in 2005. I have vacationed in Ocean Lakes since I was a child in the 1970s.

Varför värden valde detta boende

MH 92 is directly on Magnolia Lake and is a short walk from the beach. You can fish from your back yard and enjoy the mature trees on this block.
