Was a very comfy home for myself and friends for the week! Parking was easy, view of the lake was excellent and overall, the house had everything we needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation with our family of seven adults and two teenagers. The three levels gave everyone plenty of space to spread out, while the main living area was spacious and comfortable for spending time together.We achieved our goal to be sure we left the property even cleaner than when we arrived Overall, we had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this property

The house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend family trip. Plenty of space to take in the water views, spend time with family or have a little private space. Perfect.

Communication was excellent. The coffee maker was broke and was replaced the same day. Lake view was beautiful and enjoyable. One suggestion would be to move the smoke detector as each time we used the stove it would go off. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week.

Our family of four spread out in this spacious and comfy rental that afforded us lots of space and places to be together and to be quiet. The pool table and lake activities were great for kids and adults alike. Rented a pontoon at Mark's down the street. Hiking at the beautiful Letchworth Park is a must. Reading and relaxing on the deck. Our son had great success catching and releasing fish from the dock.Beds were comfortable and waking up to the lapping of the lake waves in the AM in the master bedroom was lovely. The lake water was so clean and great to swim, even with lake grasses. Even though the house a butts another one it felt very private and quiet. Communication and access could not have been easier.Highly recommend this for lake lovers and small and big groups.

Fantastic Mid-Lake Property

Very Comfortable. Great mid-lake location. Close to Shoreless Acres, Boat Launch. Nice new dock. Fantastic neighbors. Plenty of parking.

Weekend getaway

Nice clean place. Wanted a place to fish for weekend. Disappointed dock was not out as thought it would be. Place was right on the water and was far enough off the beaten path but close to many restaurants and other places. Everything was in working order

Family getaway

Mine and my brothers family met and spent a weekend together here. We had a great time. The house was close enough to golf and wineries that we enjoyed. There was enough space so everyone could enjoy some privacy. Also the area around the grill was large enough to play cornhole. Still a little early in the season for swimming but the water was crystal clear. We all enjoyed our stay. Definitely will consider staying here again. It was an excellent value!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. The dock is very stable. Check in was easy. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The sunsets were stunning. Tons of positives about this spacious cottage. The ONLY negative - it would be nice if there was an umbrella fastened to the deck railing as the deck is in the sun all afternoon and we all had to huddle under the one umbrella at the table.

Our family very much enjoyed our vacation on the lake at this spacious rental. The property manager was highly responsive both in communicating prior to our arrival and in addressing some minor items upon arrival and during our stay. Easy access to the water only steps away was a plus for those who enjoyed swimming and water activities and the rental had a number of floats and two small kayaks and a canoe for use and plenty of life vests. The lake does receive a high amount of recreational use which produces consistent waves throughout the day. If bringing a boat, there is only one launch site on the lake, and it can be very busy. For those wanting to venture out there are many amenities in the local area to enjoy.

Such a great little cottage getaway! You really can’t beat it for the rate, especially with the awesome location. We brought our boat, and having the dock right there was a huge plus—it was super easy to dock and made getting out on the water so convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable lake getaway!

Great spot. House was very clean! Beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great fishing. Close to the boat ramp but you will catch fish right off the dock! We needed another week to do some of the local things. Not being negative but didn’t realize there would be so many stairs, we had one with mobility issues but we managed. Eat at Tee Gee’s, fantastic!! Aldi and Wegmans not far away.

Overall, the stay was great. A few issues like a plugged sink we had to plunge and a non working stove hood (we set off the smoke detector a few times!). Had rough weather, so we couldn’t enjoy the lake as much as we wanted to. Played a lot of pool, the table wasn’t completely level so balls rolled to one end a lot! Lots of towels to use, which is important when it’s all women!
