Nice getaway location in Mesa.

The neighborhood is quiet. The house had almost everything you would need. We didn’t use a lot of the facilities at Sunland other than the pool. But the pool was nice and warm.

Lovely home, easy stay

Perfect house, great staging, very clean. The place was comfortable and inviting. The management was friendly and responsive when there was a minor issue. Highly recommended.

Short term residence

Stayed here while waiting for my house to be finished. Quiet neighborhood. House maintained well. Convenient location to major freeways and shopping. I would recommend this property and owner.

Good location

Upon arrival the code did not work for the front door. We got in though as I think the door was unlocked. There was a key on the welcome table so we just used that. The place is very dated, garage door was broke and the carpet was very worn. But it was clean and comfortable. Better than a hotel for 6 nights.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay, The owner was very responsive to any questions. We loved the birds each morning. The neighbors are very welcoming. We where able to walk our Kona boy with no worries. Close to anywhere we wanted to go. Thankyou so much for sharing your home .We would recommend the stay. Hopefully we can return.

Charming and welcoming property in a friendly neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, warm home. It is a quiet neighborhood, near a large park, and has many amenities nearby. We especially enjoyed the Sunland Village restaurant "Rochester's". The home is nicely appointed with most of the must-haves for any length of stay. We brought our dog, who quickly loved going for the walks in the neighborhood. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to feel a part of a community and have all the comforts of home while visiting the beautiful state of Arizona.

clean, quiet cul de sac, owner easy to work with. great neighbors and local restaurants.

felt very at home and comfortable in the house. two great restaurants we tried ( Waldos bbq near greenfield and main st. also serranos Mexican food near power and southern.) Nice park with a pond within walking distance. nice safe area to walk at night. Every store you can think of nearby.
