Beläget i hjärtat av Seagrove Beach

Om vårt strandhus ...
Vi kallade vårt strandhus "Rustic Beach" eftersom det ägs av vår mormor, Lucy Russ, och det är ett avslappnat "gammalt Florida" -stormhus omgiven av skrubba ekar och palmettbuskar. Nyligen uppdaterat, huset är ljust och rymligt, med ett stort öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Det stora sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, en klädkammare och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, en stor garderob och en spjälsäng. Gästerna i detta rum har tillgång till ett separat badrum med full hall. Hela boytan ligger på andra våningen - njut av kvällens bris på balkongen!

Huset, beläget på en lugn gata, är för dig som söker en vilsam och privat tillflyktsort. På samma sätt är stranden aldrig alltför trångt. För dem som söker liv och rörelse ska du aldrig frukta! De roliga butikerna, restaurangerna och barerna i Seaside och akvarell ligger bara 1 mil bort, lätt att nå till fots eller med cykel.

Bekvämligheter...
Alla apparater inklusive ugn / sortiment, diskmaskin, kylskåp, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och HVAC är nya. Det finns en platt-TV med kabel och en DVD-spelare. Det finns också höghastighetsinternet.

En av våra favorit saker är utomhusdusch - perfekt uppfriskande efter en lång dag på stranden! Huset är perfekt för familjer ... fylld med badhanddukar, badhanddukar, strandleksaker, barnleksaker och spel inomhus. Det finns också en bokdelning ... ta gärna en bok och lämna en bok för framtida gäster att njuta av. Det finns DVD-skivor för alla åldrar och filmpreferenser. Vi köper ett skuggtält varje år för att skydda de små. Det finns 2 cyklar och ett cykellås.

Det finns parkeringsplatser för 2 bilar.

* Observera att vi inte kontrollerar byggandet i området. Medan strandhuset förblir väldigt tyst och avslappnat kan vi inte erbjuda återbetalningar om det råkar finnas ett hem som byggs i närheten.

** Observera att hyran är för hemmet och bifogade föremål. Ovan beskrivna icke-bifogade bekvämligheter tillhandahålls som tillstånd. De är bara lika bra som deras delar. Så se till att skuggtältet och sandpåsar, till exempel, gör det tillbaka till strandhuset varje dag. På samma sätt garanterar vi inte att cykeldäcken alltid har luft.

Great Location for Florida Vacation

Our family enjoyed our time here. The short walk to the beach was great and we appreciated that the area was less busy than some other locations in Florida.

Wonderful Seagrove Beach House - Literally 5 min - 150 steps to the Beach

We loved this place, up-to-date, clean, Covered Parking, 4 bikes, 4 beach Chairs, Towels, Everything you need for a great time at the beach. 5 min walk to the public beach access. 15 min bike ride to Seaside, 15 min bike ride to Publix...What an Awesome location and affordable stay!

This property was excellent. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The beds were all comfortable. The den is very large and clean. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Mothers Day getaway

Just spent a week staying here and LOVED it. We typically stay in Destin, this was our first time on 30A and will def be back! The beach is steps away, the kitchen has what you need and the beds are comfy. The wagon was great to bring stuff to the beach. It was great having chairs and umbrellas available. The chairs are close to sitting on the ground with no arm rests so if you have older folk in your group they may need a different chair. We loved riding the bikes to Seaside for dinner too! Will def be back and stay here again!

BEST BEACH HOUSE EVER!!!!!

Our family recently stayed here. This was our second year staying at this beautiful house. Even during Covid-19, we felt very safe and healthy here. This house was sparkling clean. The house is very spacious, with a huge kitchen, big living room with multiple options for seating, convenient laundry room, and we love the outdoor shower option! Another plus to this house is the location. We are a twenty second bike ride across the street from the beach! We will continue to rent this house every year we come to Seaside. Definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome place!

I recently stayed at this VRBO property with my wife and my sister and her husband for my birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach access point. The house was impeccably clean and matched the pictures in the listing, which was a relief. One of the highlights for us was the availability of bikes in great condition that we could use. Exploring the area on two wheels added a lot of fun to our trip. Additionally, they offered a golf cart for rent, which was convenient for exploring a bit farther if needed. In terms of dining options, there were plenty of restaurants within biking distance and even reachable by the golf cart. Overall, it was a memorable birthday getaway, and I would highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a beachside vacation with easy access to activities and dining.

Spacious and great location with everything we needed for the beach. Nice to not have to bring all the beach paraphernalia. They had chairs, a wagon, towels, a little cooler - so handy. And the bikes were a great bonus! Cycling to breakfast each morning with a great selection of restaurants nearby was a treat.

The location for this house was spectacular. The walk was an easy straight shot to a beach access and the beach access you used wasn't very crowded. You could easily walk just a little ways down the beach and be apart from the bigger crowd coming through another beach access nearby. The house itself was clean and the amount of items provided make for such an easy stay. I'd happily stay here again!

This house was perfect! As someone who has been coming to 30A for a decade, this has been my favorite house to date. The location was perfect, the amenities were just right, and the outdoor shower was the best part. Lucy was great and answered all my questions as I needed. I’ll be sure to check to see if I can stay with her again!

Family of Four

This sweet old Florida beach home was perfect for our family of four to stay for several nights. It was a short, direct walk from the beach. There was a covered parking spot for one vehicle. There were five bikes, a wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, and a private outdoor shower all available for use which made everything easy. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It was located on a quiet street so it was peaceful day and night. The house was stocked with a full kitchen, linens, toys, books, and it even had a very nice laundry room for use. It was all very clean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, but especially a family that doesn't want to pack all that you need to have extra fun on 30A because it’s all provided for you. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning again!

Great Girls Getaway!

We had an awesome time at this house! The location was perfect- so close to the beach, but on a quiet street where we rode bikes and took walks. The house is great. Just perfect for 3 or 4 people. The wagon, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas are provided. I would recommend!
