En underbar centralt belägen stor takvåning (185 kvm inuti + 120 kvm terrasser) för upp till 6 personer fulla av ljus på grund av de 17 fönstren med utsikt över det arkeologiska heliga området i Largo Argentina och de republikanska romerska templen, scen med Julius Caesars mord och nu platsen för den berömda Cat Sanctuary. Att sitta i det enorma vardagsrummet eller vila i ett av de tre sovrummen och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över Romas horisont med alla de stora domarna och det gamla operahuset, nu är Argentinas teater en oförglömlig upplevelse och en fullständig nedsänkning i historien. Balkongen och terrassen på samma nivå som på övervåningen, full av växter och blommor, är perfekta för ett glas vin vid solnedgången och en fantastisk italiensk middag hemma. Den eleganta matsalen och köket är vackert och fullt utrustat. Lägenheten är möblerad med förfinad smak, mycket välskött, bekväm och luftkonditionerad. Det ligger på 5: e våningen med hiss i Palazzo Vitelleschi, har en dörrvakt och en stormarknad nere. Strax framför huvuddörren finns bussar, taxistation och många kaféer och restauranger. Inom några minuter till fots är du vid Pantheon, Navona-torget, Campo de Fiori, Roman Forum och Trevifontänen.

First time in Rome

Beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the city. This home is centrally located to all major attractions in Rome. If you need a taxi there is a taxi station right outside the door. The host is very helpful and made arrangements for private shuttle from the airport and to the train station. She also provided useful information to make the best use of our time in Rome.

Perfect apartment exactly where you want to be in Rome

This apartment is exactly how it is depicted in the photos. It's large, luxurious, and has every amenity you could possibly want. The upper and lower terraces are just as spectacular as they look and you will spend mornings and evenings watching tour groups throng around the ruins below trying to catch a glimpse of what you can see from your bird's eye view. The thing that really sets the property apart is Alessandra who is one of the best hosts I've ever encountered on VRBO. She was so easy to communicate with and had the best information; she even took time to help me out of a booking mistake that was entirely my fault. She is exactly the owner you want to be renting from. Plenty of room to stretch out, even for a large group, and about a 10-15 minute walk from anything you might care to see in Rome. If I have the fortune to return to Rome anytime soon, I will wait until Alessandra has availability before booking the trip.

The Best!

This is a wonderful place to fall in love with Rome. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else since it’s in the perfect location and absolutely beautiful on the terraces. We could never get tired of the view! Our entire family was comfortable. Our host organized drivers to and from the airport and train station. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay again. Thank you for a really lovely stay!

The Best Location in Rome

The airtime t is beautiful and Alessandra is the consummate hostess. She greets you when you get there, arranged for travel to and from the airport, and has many great recommendations for restaurants. Very charming. You can’t. Eat the location, right across from the ruins of where Caeser was mudered, walkable to the Oanthenon, Piazza Novo no o and all great sights the apartment is 5 stories up with beautiful view and two outside terraces. Enjoy. You won’t be sorry

Nothing short of AMAZING!

This property has it all but mainly it has the most amazing set of balconies. Each morning we drank coffee outside and each night we had at least one glass of wine there along with much laughter. The location is incredible... within a 20 minute walk of pretty much everything including the beautiful Orange Garden with it's panaromic view of Rome. There were 3 couples in our party so the 3 bedrooms suited us well. Inside the apartment is spacious and accomodating. The kitchen had every tool we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious by European standards. My only negative comment if you will is the 3rd bathroom. It's SMALL which is fine but what we didn't know is that the small shower had a serious step down in it and one of our party almost had an injury while taking his first shower late at night. Once we understood the situation we didn't have anyone shower in that bathroom. In reality I would say this apartment has 2.5 bathrooms not 3. In summary, I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again if we ever returned to Rome.

Our stay at this property was perfect. Alessandra is a devoted host. She is meticulous in providing all the information you need about the property and giving you as much help in staying in Rome. Luxury Terrace is the best location in and with a well stocked kitchen and beautiful terraces you have a meal at home or walk for 2 minutes to any of the wonderful trattorias. Beds clean and comfortable. The best part is the location. 2 to 3 minute walk to Pantheon and Santa Maria de Sopr de Minervea with a Michangelo Statue and 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Novana

Fantastic Apartment

This has to be the most beautiful apartment in Rome and the highlight of our trip. Perfect for our group of 4 sisters. Unbeatable views from the rooftop, very spacious and has all the amities that you would expect and more. Can't say enough about the location....taxi station and Hop on Hop Off just on the corner. So grateful for all the help from Alessandra...booking our transport for our early 5:30 am to the airport. Perfetto!

Fantastic apartment with two wonderful terraces

Close walking distance to many attractions, but also save time to enjoy the view from the beautiful terraces. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay and found everything we needed. Alessandra was so helpful to us , especially in arranging transportation from the airport initially and to our next destination. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to you.

The best rental in Rome

This beautiful, three bedroom rental where the only thing that surpasses the inside are the two, separate outdoor patios with gorgeous plants and views. The rental is well appointed and the owner is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome. The apartment- more like a luxury penthouse- exceeds all expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms, living room, dining room, are all spacious, and the dual terraces (upper and lower) are out of this world. The views are storybook. Everything is walking distance. The host is wonderful and communication was prompt and simple. As a frequent VRBO traveler, I would have no reservations booking this property again, and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Location: 5 Star

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location to visit most of the main attractions by foot and rest by taxi, which the stand is just below the apartment. Alessandra was a great host who communicates well and has everything you need for your visit. The terrace is amazing and the AC was a lifesaver as we visited during a 100F degree heat wave. Will definitely recommend and return again.

Family trip to Rome

We spent 3 nights in Rome at this property with our 3 children (ages 12, 13 and 15). The apartment is a beautiful and spacious penthouse apartment with 2 outdoor terraces with amazing views of the city. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights. Walkable to both the Vatican and Colosseum as well as many other historic attractions. Alessandra was an excellent host and even helped us arrange transport to and from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers!

Rome vacation

The apartment is the perfect location to walk to the monuments, shopping, and restaurants of Rome. So safe my kids went out by themselves. Alessandra is beyond helpful! Thank you for mailing back to me my left items! I recommend closing the drapes in the summer during the day as the A/C has difficulty keeping up with the heat.

Perfect location

A magical experience

Alessandra arranged for us to be met at the airport and was there when we arrived at the apartment. From the ancient courtyard entrance to the vine-covered aerie we were impressed. This apartment is artfully and functionally well-appointed, from the bed linens to the dinner service, the marble bathrooms and art on the walls, to the library. There were three kinds of coffee maker, converters for all countries, comfortable beds and a great laundry room. The master suite was the height of luxuriousness. There was a panoramc, three-dome view of the Largo de Torre Argentina and well beyond. The only thing missing from the website photos is the scent of jasmine and the acrobatics of the swallows every morning from the exquisite terrace where we breakfasted. The apartment is a perfect combination of old-world charm, gorgeous modern amenities, peace and quiet, beautiful art, stress-free functionality and great location. What a find!

Another perfect stay

This was our second visit to this property and hopefully won’t be our last. We loved every minute here. The apartment is perfect - great layout, beautifully decorated, lovely terraces, great views, very central and walkable to all sites. I would not stay anywhere else (unless I had to). Awesome apartment!

Our family loved our two week stay! The apartment is very spacious and in a perfect location for our first visit to Rome (so close to everything!) We loved going to the market and cooking, and found everything we needed in the very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of supplies, towels - really everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We highly recommend!

Amazing location, apartment, views and host

Please realize this place looks amazing online. The pictures cannot do it justice. The apartment has giant windows and you cannot escape a picturesque view. The apartment is spacious. The outdoor space on 2 levels is amazing at anytime of day but especially sunset. The hostess is there at arrival and departure and available as needed during the stay. She was wonderful. The location is also amazing. Steps from the pantheon and many great cafes and restaurants. I was fortunate to stay here with my family for a week. I doubt you could have a better experience anywhere else in Rome. This is a once in a lifetime rental opportunity. Don’t miss out!

Great location. Wonderful terrace.

Traveling with seniors and teens. Everyone enjoyed the property. Location was very convenient and the terrace had a great view of nearby ruins. Very safe area. Lots of nice eateries nearby as well as a taxi stand next to the property. Would recommend to others.

Family Holiday in Roma!

What a trip, and what a great apartment! First, it’s not often that the actual rental looks and feels like the online pictures. For this rental, it exceeds the pictures! The rooms were comfortable and the views were unreal. So many domes!!! Overlooking the ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated!!! Patios upon patios!!! Second, the central location of the apartment was fantastic for exploring to the north, south, east and west of Rome! We decided to walk everywhere, but the taxi stand and the bus stop were in the square. Restaurants were easy to get to, as well as local markets and shops. Finally, the apartment and our host considered all of our needs. Luxury indeed!!!! Thank you Alessandra for this wonderful home and an enjoyable experience!
