6 Bedroom Villa with all that you need, Full AC, Free WiFi. Centrally located, close to the beach (about 7 kms), nightlife, restaurants, and bars. This villa offers all that you need for your holiday in the Algarve.

With a private heated pool (on request, minimum 1 week, €400 extra per week)
it's simply perfect for staying around south-facing with your children.

On the ground floor, we have the dining living room, kitchen, terrace with barbecue, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 extra single bed.

On the 1st floor, we have the master bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

On the garage level, we have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the game room with ping pong and a football table.

Week stay at this amazing villa

Our best group holiday yet!!! The villa had everything we needed for the week we stayed here, it was clean the owners Isabel and Carlos were great and the checking in process was quick and simple. We really enjoyed our stayed here and I would definitely return in the future. The pool was a very good size and enough sun loungers, under a canopy, for large groups, a really nice outdoor dining area where we could all spend our evenings together. Only a 5 minute drive to two local supermarkets and only short drives to local attractions, restaurants and bars. Games room inside downstairs was a really good addition to the villa as well, just more for large groups of either friends of families to be able to do. Overall our whole group really enjoyed our stay here and would return in the future whether that be together as friends or bringing families, the villa is suited for all ages.

Family memories

Beautiful sized villa, good location, cars needed, very spacious, so with 10 adults and 3 children, meant plenty of space for all. Rooms were a good size, comfortable and each with an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs bedroom suprised us, finding a large bathroom which looked like it was in the wardrobe! Views from the upstairs balcony, was an added bonus. Swimming pool was cold,however, children still went in, sadly weather wasn't exactly on point. All in all lots of positives, Few negatives, steps up to the villa, are a challenge for a wheelchair user. mum is almost 90, has mild dementia, sight and hearing impairment. Parkinsons reduces mobility, so found the stairs challenging, particularly when wet, we tried all steps upto the villa. Enquired about the other gate which we had no fob for, noted there was decent wheelchair access which would of made life alot easier for mum. Light sensors at times failed, particularly walking up and down the steps to the ground floor, missing the bottom step in the dark could of resulted in a fairly serious injury! Worked out fuses tripped when raining. Kitchen well equipped, however, we did request a plug for the sink, as none, dish washer took upto 3 hours, so washing up when needed was a must. Oven not that good, didnt work very well, hence the worktop oven. Needs updating. However, a lovely holiday was had by all special thank u to Carlos and co for helping sons get to the villa, and sorting out plug and xtra pillows, most appreciated.

Parfait

Famille de 11 adultes et 3 enfants, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée, avec 6 belles chambres et chacune leur salle de bain. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, la piscine super, il y avait assez de transats pour tout le monde et le voile d’ombrage était très appréciable avec le soleil que nous avons eu. La maison se situe dans un endroit calme, proche d’Albufeira et de ses plages (15 minutes). Grand parking pour les voitures et propriété sécurisée. Rien à redire, nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Isabel est une personne très sympathique, à l’écoute et assez réactive. Nous lui avons fait quelques demandes durant notre séjour et elle y a toujours répondu rapidement et avec gentillesse. Nous la remercions énormément pour avoir contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour en famille. Merci aussi à Carlos pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Prachtige week door deze topvilla

Het inchecken verliep gelijk al soepel en we werden hartelijk ontvangen. Rest van de week was de communicatie met Isabel ook echt top. Dingen zoals transfers en klusjesmannen konden makkelijk worden geregeld. Het huis voelde overal mooi ruim, zelfs met de 12 jongens die erin zaten. Ziet er precies zo uit als de foto’s. Het is wel een 10 minuten naar de strip met de taxi, maar dat mocht de pret zeker niet drukken! Gewoon boeken deze als je op zoek bent naar een huis waar iedereen van onder de indruk is.

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only thing which we thought was missing was a welcome pack. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk etc would have been appreciated. Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived at the villa too late to get to a shop for supplies. Even just bottles of water would have been great. Carlos was very helpful, during our stay we requested an iron and he delivered this on the same day. Overall we recommend this villa and would stay again.

Fijne villa met ons grote gezin

Deze villa ligt rustig, maar niet ver van een mooi strandje, supermarkten, uitgaansgelegenheid. De basis van de villa is fantastisch, maar er zijn wel wat zaken aan reparatie of vervanging toe. Dat heeft onze vakantie echter zeker niet beïnvloed. Het feit dat ieder stel een eigen slaap- enbadkamer had en dus een eigen plek om zich even terug te trekken, was érg fijn! Kortom; we hebben het hier érg fijn gehad!

Prachtige villa en goede locatie. Een aanrader

Alles was goed verzorgd en aanwezig. Zwembad lekker fris in oktober. Centraal gelegen. Genoeg ruimte voor 4 auto’s. Alles was schoon. Alleen de bedden een beetje hard. En voor er warm water uit de douch komt, moet je de gootsteen kranen vol open zetten tot die warm is en dan heb je een heerlijk warme douche. Duurde even voor we dat door hadden. Verder helemaal top.

Great space for large families

The villa has lots of space and is wonderful for large groups. We'll equipped and the outdoor space is really nice. Ideal for children as the pool has an area for them. Would recommend.

We had a family great stay at Vila Monte Sol

We spend a great week at the villa. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. We put the BBQ to good use. Nearest supermarkets were Lidl and Aldi which in the local town about 4km away.

Geweldig huis

Een week lang verbleven met een groep van 14 man. Genoeg ruimte en alles wat netjes bij aankomst. Goed contact gehad met Isabel en ik zou hier zo nog een keer naar terug gaan! Bedankt Isabel!

Familienferien September 18

Wir haben eine schöne, ruhige Villa angetroffen. Sie war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Ein paar kleine Mängel waren vorhanden. Gäste WC funktionierte nicht, Türe zur Küche konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Weingläser, Salatschüsseln etc. Ansonsten wunderschöne Ferien erlebt. Traumhaftes Wetter. Zentral gelegen.

Prachtige moderne villa

Indrukwekkende villa, met onze familie van 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen hadden wij veel ruimte tot onze beschikking. Mede dankzij geweldig weer tijdens ons verblijf hebben we een onvergetelijk vakantie beleefd. Bij (door bagage en huurauto's verlate) aankomst door Carlos rondgeleid met uitleg, hij activeerde de wifi en gaf wat extra badhanddoeken. Op wat gebruikssporen( misschien eens alles goed nalopen?) na is de villa erg netjes, alles was zeer schoon. Er ontbrak wel wat aan het glasservies en het linnen, maar voor ons geen reden om er iemand voor te laten komen. ( Carlos heeft wel een monteur laten komen voor de tv, maar deze hebben wij niet gebruikt). Met kleine kinderen is het zwembad en de trap naar de tuin wel een aandachtspunt. Er is.veel parkeerruimte naast de villa (er is wel een garage, maar geen sleutel hiervan aanwezig, en ook niet nodig). Op de begane grond zijn drie slaapkamers, boven twee, en op de onderste verdieping nog een, en daar is mogelijkheid voor nog veel meer slaapplaatsen. Beneden staat ook een wasmachine, met wat lekkage bij de afvoer tijdens gebruik. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer( erg handig met zoveel mensen!) en er zijn twee aparte toiletten. De villa is vanaf de n125 goed te bereiken, smalle straatjes tussen een paar andere villa's en huizen door, en op 15 minuutjes vanaf Albufeira. Wij hebben ons verblijf in deze luxe villa erg fijn gevonden, en ik raad hem zeker aan om ook te boeken!

Big, clean and well equipped

The villa surpassed our expectations given the reasonable price. The house was massive and all room, with ensuite were a very generous size. It was very clean on arrival and a gardener and pool maintenance person came during our stay. We did have some problems with ants in the garden and coming to the kitchen. The gardeners were sent to try to help with this. The villa itself is quite far out of any village/resort however this wasn't a problem for us as we'd hired cars and have small children. Would highly recommend as long as you are happy to drive to shops etc and eat in

Lovely villa but not as advertised

The main complaint with this villa is with the facilities listing. We are a family of eight with one eighty one year with very limited mobility. We selected this villa not only for the amount of rooms but because it is listed as wheelchair friendly. On arrival after waiting for 40 minutes to be let in we were faced with 16 steps up to the front door ! We spotted afterwards that there was a second entrance at the rear with a slope that ran down to the villa. We obviously thought that this was the answer but none of our gate remote controls would operate this option so we asked the question of VIP only to be told that they did not have access to this gate so there is no wheelchair access at all so do not book if this will be an issue for you. Generally this villa is very nice, it is large and spacious and on first inspection looks high quality. It does not take long however to realise that the truth is far different, wardrobe doors hanging off, door handles loose, no locks on bathrooms and a terrible sulphur smell from most of the bathrooms and kitchen sink area. A lot of the furniture and fittings are just a bit tired and as this is the most expensive villa we have ever booked we were left a bit disappointed with the experience.
