Hotellet ligger i hjärtat av staden, bara några minuters promenad från stadens centrum.

Övre våningen är en öppen yta som är utsatt i söderläge. Det är utformat för att du ska njuta av den fantastiska floden med utsikt över floden, från vinden inuti - genom den är den höga spegeldörren och windows - och speciellt från den 180 ° friluftst terrassen.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful home!

Stayed with coworkers for a few days, and appreciated having a quiet place to return to in the evening with all the amenities we needed. Henrique was a great host and very responsive to our messages. We would stay again!

Excellent stay

The apartment was beautiful and in an incredible location. Can’t recommend enough. Also I left some clothes there and the host was kind enough to ship them all the way back to the United States. Will stay again when I return to Lisbon.

Santos Luxury

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful and so nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. The loft area is big and the view is amazing! We loved the location because it was so quiet at night and easy to get places. Henrique is an amazing host and we highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, spacious, convenient

We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in good location

Apartment is clean with 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with additional sleeping space in upstairs living room space. Plenty of space to spread out. Host was great to communicate with. Loved the attention to detail. Putdoor space was small but offered some great views. Location was good as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walkin distance. Loved the coffee machine available.

The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance of several restaurants and food stores. Henrique was always ready to help with suggestions for great places to eat, beautiful gardens and museums to visit and things to do. Just the best!

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this location. The space itself is clean, sun-filled, and has plenty of amenities including laundry. The espresso machine was especially wonderful! The rooms were each nicely sized, and the upstairs area was perfect for hanging out. The ACs worked great, the accommodations were complete, and the view of the water from the upstairs balcony was a wonderful touch! Thanks to Henrique!

Gorgeous Riverview in its center

This was by far my top places to go. I mean all was a wonderful experience. From A to Z. Spectacular service from the host who made us feel like home and gave us some super helpful advise. The place is wonderfully decorated with its Portuguese charm. Parking was not a big deal but do download the Telpark app. Top service again and wonderful host. Thank you Henrique. Abraços

Wonderful Stay in a great area

This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. It was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of a small market, really outstanding restaurants and easy access to public transportation. We were all comfortable and found all the necessary accommodations for our stay. Book your stay here for sure.

Fantastic up to date condo!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful up to date condo. The location was great - close enough to the waterfront, but far enough up on the hillside that we had a peaceful, quite stay. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, nice breeze at night and the AC in the loft worked well, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy.

The Delightful Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was just as pictured and the deck had marvelous views of the river. A great way to have coffee in the morning and relax at night after a day of sightseeing. Henrique was very helpful in getting us acclimated to the apartment for our five night stay.

Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood

This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Henrique is a great host with a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The place makes you feel like you live in Lisbon, instead of just visiting. Great restaurants a few blocks away. Henrique went well beyond what we expected to make our visit a success.

Beautiful location - Exemplary host

Henrique is an excellent host. He communicated without fail anticipating everything we would need to know. No surprises and very accommodating for our early arrival. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near all the main attractions but not too near. The main apartment is very nice, but the attic is spectacular. Enjoy if you go!

Lovely Apartment

We had a great time in Lisbon. The apt. was really lovely, looking exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our nights on the outdoor balcony, sipping wine and chatting. There’s a terrific cafe nearby, which overlooks a small park. Henrique was a terrific host. He was very responsive and helpful, especially when we were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage to arrive. If you get the opportunity, stay here. We recommend it!

Perfect choice for quiet stay in Lisbon

Henrique’s apartment is well-located, spotless, comfortable and quiet! I’m a light sleeper and I must’ve read 1000 reviews of properties in Lisbon that warned how noisy the popular neighborhoods were; I am so glad I chose this place! Henrique met us at the apartment, helped carry our luggage (2 circular stair flights up) and was so gracious in showing us the features of the lovely apartment. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. (Our dinners at nearby Geographia and Come Prima were excellent.) it’s easy to walk to the popular Lisbon neighborhoods, and we also took trams, buses and Ubers. Got Obrigada, Henrique!

Didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at this duplex was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Henrique could not have been a better host. He always replied within minutes of all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was stocked with all the necessities and it was here that we enjoyed the best coffee in Portugal with the delicious professional coffee maker in the kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean and the view from the top balcony was incredible! It was in a nice quieter area but easily accessible to anywhere you want to go either by foot or public transport.

Beautiful Apartment!

This apartment is awesome! It is one of the best in our experience. It has everything and Henrique is an excellent host. He met us there and showed everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself is better than the pictures in the VRBO listing! Very well appointed. Very clean and well organized. Great views from a very nice, quiet neighborhood. If you need a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom place with plenty of room to relax, look no further. We are sure you will love Henrique's apartment as much as we did!

Great Place, nice Neighbourhood and incredibly dedicated Host

This was THE perfect place to stay in Lisbon! The Apartment is charmingly decorated with very comfortable beds, dark sleeping rooms and an excellently equipped kitchen with a fully automated espresso machine (!). It is on the second and third floor of an older but carefully renovated house. On the upper floor, there is a small balcony, and the glass front of the room can be widely opened to allow a magnificent view over the river Tejo and the bridge of April 25th. A beautiful place for quiet morning coffee or evening wine. The apartment is located in a quiet and secure neighbourhood with many foreign embassies halfway between the city centre and the bridge. Just far enough away from the bustling city centre and close enough to reach it quickly by bus or tram (No. 12). Within walking distance, you could also catch the famous tram 24, if you like. As we have been three people, we prefered to take an Uber almost all the time. They provide good, clean cars, arrive within 2-5 minutes at the front door and cost around 7€ for a ride to the centre (off-peak hours). Moreover, it is easy to park your car on the street overnight, but during the day (park tickets limited to 4 hrs) I would recommend parking in "Estacionamento Infante Santo" which is only a view minutes walk away (10€ / 24h). Henrique is a wonderful host and perfectly takes care of his guests. He gave us a warm welcome and provided a lot of tips and recommendations from places to visit and restaurants to the parking options in the streets around the apartment. Any questions has been answered almost 24/7 with short reaction times. (Thank you very much, Henrique! ). Even for the second part of our holidays in Lagos, he provided us with excellent recommendations. Summarizing: A perfect place, a great host and delightful visit to Lisbon!

Lisboa vacation

We enjoyed our time at this location. The apartment is spacious and light on a quiet street. The terrace was a nice treat after a long day of sightseeing. We used public transportation with the Navegante card that we loaded at the train station. We took the 28E tram also which was fun. Though my app says there was one bathroom, we really had two. Also, though my app says there was a dryer, I either couldn't figure out the settings and thought there was none (likely) or there really wasn't one. So I hung the laundry out the window on the lines provided like a local. They dried really fast so the lack of a dryer was no problem. So much so that I didn't think to ask about it. Henrique was very responsive when we had questions and was very helpful with suggestions.

Comfortable Apartment in a Central Location

My family (4 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a great loft and balcony to chill out in and admire the views. The apartment is centrally located with quick access to transport and is within walking distance of the city centre.
