Beläget RÄTT PÅ STRANDEN är denna bekväma lägenhetsgrupp med två våningar en dold skatt med en fantastisk aloha-känsla - avslappnad och lugn. Du hittar dig bara några steg till en vacker sandstrand för bad, strandkamning, solbad, snorkling, kajakpaddling, vindsurfing - miles av lugna strandpromenader. Det erbjuder lättillgänglighet med gångavstånd till restauranger, levande musik, köpcentrum och marknader. Kort bilresa till många golfbanor inklusive Wailea och Makena.

Vår vackra andra våningen 2 sovrum / 2 badrum enhet, vetter direkt mot havet, erbjuder vackra hav och frodiga trädgården utsikt över den skuggade Lanai, vardagsrum, kök och sovrummet. Enheten är professionellt och helt ombyggd, med nya bambuskåp, klinkergolv, bänkskivor i granit, diskmaskin, laddat kök för din matlagning, rostfria vitvaror, möbler i Hawaiian stil, en 55-tums väggmonterad platt-TV / Blue Ray / DVD och säkert dedikerat höghastighetsinternet specifikt för denna enhet.

Vår enhet är långt ifrån vägen och trafikbuller. Det är väldigt tyst, bekvämt och fullt möblerat inklusive köksutrustning, köksredskap, badlakan, handdukar och sängkläder. Gratis parkering.

På morgonen kan du njuta av ditt kaffe på din Lanai och titta på havet. Ja ... det blir inte bättre än det här!

Det stora sovrummet har en säng i Kalifornien, luftkonditionering och vacker havsutsikt. Den har ett eget badrum med en ny duschkabin med glas / brickor.
Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och är också luftkonditionerade.

Waiohuli Beach Hale är en Maui juvel och har en vacker innergård och blommaträdgårdar komplett med gated 60 'soluppvärmd pool som är perfekt för varv eller bara badar och har gott om solstolar för att njuta av Hawaii solsken. Gasgrill för utomhusgrillning och shuffleboard för att umgås. Gemensamt tvättstuga.

Kom och njut av våra magnifika solnedgångar under de vajande palmerna, underbara strandpromenader, lugna strandplatser för läsning eller avkoppling, vindsurfing, valskådning, samt fåglar och blommor som inte finns någon annanstans i världen.

Great Location

The location was great. Close enough to the main areas, but just far enough away to have a lovely quiet beach. The apartment was as described with a m good kitchen and good sized rooms. Would definately recommend for a family stay

Perfect location, condo was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the property and unit. It was very clean and a big plus to have the umbrella and chairs included.

A great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, as it was right next to the beach and pool, and very accessible to grocery stores and gas. The only problem was that after the first day, the hot water didnt work and we had to take cold showers for the rest of our stay there.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy stay

Very well-maintained property. The short walk across the grounds to the beach was great for sunset views. Kitchen and grills were good for dining in and there are plenty of restaurants a short walk or drive away, also a grocery store, drug store, and your choice of snorkel gear rental places. Not huge for two couples but big enough.

Maui - Kehei

Location was perfect, close to the beach. Property is slightly older but the interior was adequate for a family of 4, the bedrooms have portable AC units but they kept the rooms adequately cool along with the ceiling fans. The view of the sunsets from the balcony were phenomenal. Kitchen was great for meals and the grocery stores were couple of minutes from the unit. Great vacation spot.

Easy like a Sunday morning

Seriously, check in was easy and the property had everything we needed. It was easy to clean up after ourselves and we felt safe the entire time. The view was beautiful, we watched sunsets from our balcony frequently. The property had the beach equipment we hoped and the bathrooms were well stocked.

The views are beautiful

Very happy for the most part with our stay. The property is well-maintained and the views are breathtaking so close to the ocean and the garden area is so beautiful and well kept. Condo was comfortable it had everything we needed. The reason for four stars instead of five is because all the fees add it up to make this cost double.

Fantastic Unit in a great location.

A wonderful quiet property with the best of both worlds. It overlooks the ocean that is easily accessible and swimmable. The kids loved the pool and the evening sunsets. Great facilities and we used the BBQ most nights whilst the kids played in the pool. Walkable to great shops/ restaurants and the Church, St. Theresa's is next door with a beautiful Sunday service. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. A fabulous place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

We extremely enjoyed our stay wish it was longer! Coming back next year. However, the room was not cleaned when we checked in and we never got the instructions to check in... stuff happens ! We truly loved our stay and the people there and the manager on propert was awesome

Wonderful Week in Maui

We stayed for a week at this condo and it worked perfectly for our visit. We visited our son who moved to Kipahulu a year ago and we had a great time snorkeling, beach walking and dining out. Good location for us and accommodations worked well for privacy for all. The amenities in the condo were very much appreciated. We had a few noisy neighbors at times but all in all was a great stay. We contacted the management a couple times with questions and got quick responses.

Spacious stay

An overall excellent choice for your stay. Beachfront, excellent views of sunset, close to shopping and food. Very spacious. Powerful air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Reasons I gave it 4/5 were for minor issues and caveats: - listing says living room was air conditioned, however it is not. It got quite hot in the afternoon even with windows open. I even confirmed with the property manager who admitted listing was wrong. Please fix the listing. - wifi name ans password in instruction manual was wrong. I contacted property manager who gave corrected info. - Pool has no covered shelter or gazebo, can be hard to sit beside pool in the afternoon. Also Minimum Height is 3.5 ft so my 4yr old couldn't splash around. Another property I stayed at had a kids shallow side. - its in a busy and main part of north kihei, as soon as you exit the property while walking to local store past 9pm, you may encounter a few homeless or drug users.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The pool is maybe a 2 minute walk and the beach is maybe a 3 minute walk. It's as if you have your own private beach area. The condo is equipped with everything that you need for cooking as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and an ice chest. There is a grocery store about a half block away so that is very convenient. The management company was wonderful to work with. The only downfall to the condo is that there are a/c units in the bedrooms but not in the remaining part of the condo so it got very hot in the rest of the condo during the day however it cooled down nicely in the evenings. We were not in the condo much during the day but to be getting ready in the 2nd bathroom was very hot. It was my husband and I plus another couple that stayed and we had plenty of privacy and room. We will definitely stay there again.
