Byggd 2016 !! Chalet på Snyder's Run är en 4 sovrum chalet stil hem belägen på 20 hektar (lättillgänglig, gott om utrymme för båt parkering). 1 1/2 miles från Snyder's Run Boat Launch. Detta fritidshus har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet! Stort fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror; Central AC med flera takfläktar också. Det finns ett matbord med sittplatser upp till 8 med en disk med två bänkskivor. Det finns 4 sovrum, ett loft och 2 badrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Vi har ett NYTT färdigt sovrum på övervåningen från loftet med 4 enkelsängar och en valfri queen airmadrass om det behövs. Loftet har 2 kärleksstolar och har utsikt över det stora rummet. Vi tillhandahåller kuddar, filtar och täcken. Inga andra sängkläder tillhandahålls. Det finns en stor plattskärms-satellit-ansluten TV med DVD-spelare med begränsad WiFi. Sovrummet har en 32 "platt-tv. 4: e sovrummet har en tv och DVD-spelare. Oavslutad källare har biljardbord, majshål och airhockey. Täckt veranda (8 'x 50') och stort rymligt däck (14 'x 50 ") med utsikt över bäcken och skogen. Utomhus brandkrets gränsar till ån och bakdäck. Gott om plats för båtparkering. Bara 45 minuter från State College ... bra ställe att bo efter att ha gått till ett PSU hemspel !! 5-7 minuter från Juniata College !! 15-17 minuter från Seven Points Beach Area !!

Great place for lake getaway and river float

Great location to boat ramp, beautiful house, well decorated, furnished, with comfortable beds and more than enough room! Game room is a plus and would have love to use it more, hot tube was perfect after thousand steps hike, Great communication, and my wife’s new favorite spot yearly. Thank you so much for sharing.

Great stay for graduation weekend

We really enjoyed our stay with our extended family during Juniata’s graduation weekend. The house was just as described, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities needed for a great weekend stay. Nice Lakehouse

This house was a perfect location for my daughter's graduation from Juniata College. Multiple family members could stay and enjoy the house, outdoor areas and games in the basement.

Summer Family Vacation

The house was everything we needed. The four grandkids ranging from 8 to 12 loved the loft area for sleeping and hanging out. The three main bedrooms were very nice. We brought our pontoon boat and our son in law brought his boat and there was enough room for parking . We spent our last night with a fire and smores very good week.

We'll be back.

House was perfect for 3 families. Well stocked kitchen, nice deck/grill and firepit with plenty of firewood. The game room has ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball table, 2 ok corn hole sets and a few smaller games. (There was an air hockey and a 3-game table that were broke) but we enjoyed having the basement to play in. Close to several stores but still out far enough that you didn't have much traffic. It's about a 1/2-hour easy country drive to the beach area and about 10 minutes to a fishing area along the river. There is so much to do in that area that we plan on coming back next year. Becky was very helpful and answered any messages quickly.

Our stay at Mountain View

Thanks for the stay at your beautiful place. We found the location to be most convenient for us ,just minutes to Snyder Run boat launch, and minutes to a cove where we spent most of our time in the water. The spacious parking area was nice for our several vehicles and the boat and trailer. The layout of your house is very nice for our family ,however, a second floor bathroom would be nice. The deck is a nice place to spend time with nice seating and eating areas but it could have been a bit cleaner ( a few minutes with a hose) and the patio area outside of the basement could have used a good cleaning as well. The railing around the whole deck made it nice to let the toddlers just run around but the lack of an exit to the ground/ lower level makes it inconvenient to access the fire pit or lower level ,having to go through the house. The kitchen was well prepared and had pretty much all the necessities to enjoy eating there. It is super nice to use water from the tap to drink and make coffee etc. nothing like good well water! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you The game room in the basement was enjoyable.

Family gathering place

The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property is cozy, beautiful and plenty big for our family and friends. We were able to enjoy the fire in the evening by the creek and coffee on the deck in the morning. The cell service is tough but they are well equipped to help with that; however, it was nice to go off the grid during our stay! Very close to shopping, food and Juniata College. It was easy to go back and forth. The owners have made this place one to enjoy with family and friends!!! We had a memorable weekend! Thank you.

Amazing quiet place

Awesome place, quiet and easy to get to town/stores. We went to the look outs near by that over look the lake and timed it just right for sunset. Fall in the area is so nice to enjoy the views around the lake. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy some time on the lake.

Great Place Close to Boat Launch

Property was in a convenient location close to the boat launch. No shortage of things to do, especially in the basement full of games. Would definitely recommend. We will be back in the future!

Great Lake house

My wife and I booked this home with our 2 kids and their friends to visit family in Huntingdon. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us with beds to spare. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies and essentials and all the rooms were clean and neat. There are so many games in the house, we had a blast playing foosball, shuffleboard, cornhole, board games and card games stashed throughout the house. The weather wasn’t great but the deck and patio are great spots to hang out and enjoy the woods and small creek In the backyard. The fire pit is huge and the owners left plenty of firewood for the weekend. The owners could not be nicer and they accommodated us from the time we booked to the end of our stay. We will return next time we visit or just to spend a long weekend at the lake with friends!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The upstairs loft and basement full of games offered plenty to keep the kids busy! The electric fireplace made the home feel like a cozy winter retreat. The location was great--easy to access and close to town.

Pleasantly surprised

First time ever where I felt the description and pictures underrated the place. Was delighted to see a much more spacious place then I envisioned. Boys (ages 8-13) wouldn’t leave basement with games. We had no idea it offered all that it did (air hockey, darts, etc etc). Yard with giant fire pit and vast supply of firewood was a favorite for everyone. Couldn’t be happier. Absolutely perfect for our group of 5 adults and 6 boys…. Great place for family!

Raystown Lake Vacation

The house itself was quite beautiful with several outdoor patios and porches. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. However, it would have been nice to have been advised to bring fire starters and kindle for the fire pit. The wood was damp because of recent rains and we had to purchase these items the second day of our stay. We noticed a huge barbecue gas grill. We did not use it because it needed a good cleaning and frankly was not mentioned in the listing, but it would have been a plus. The location was generally a good one as it was located a short drive to nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. There was an abandoned home adjacent to the rental and one a little further down the road, and although this was a bit disconcerting, the area itself felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The area was very scenic and the house large enough to accomodate the six of us comfortably..

Great house near the lake!

The house was perfect for our family of eight! Very clean and very well stocked with anything you needed! The location was close to stores as well as the lake. Our host Becky got back to us very fast and even recommended places to eat and asked about our stay. The outdoor firepit and nearby creek were a nice way to end the day.

Great, convenient vacation home!
