De historiska delarna av Ca’n Lupal är över 200 år gamla. Godset höll ursprungligen bevattningsadministrationen för denna del av Sóllerdalen. Can Lupal ligger bara en fem minuters (platt) promenad till centrala torget i Soller. Gården är gömd bort bakom fjärrstyrda grindar, med en privat upplyst uppfart och en stor parkeringsplats intill huset.

Under 2014 renoverades fastigheten, förstorades och utrustades med modern teknik. Villan har 5 dubbelrum och 4. 5 badrum och sover 10 gäster. Gården har stora vardagsrum och matplatser, ett lyxigt inredda kök, fyra stora terrasser, en stor pool (20 X 5 meter) och en underbar trädgård med fantastisk utsikt över bergen.

Från den ursprungliga dubbeldörren med glaspanel kommer du in i det stora vardagsrummet (50 kvadratmeter), som innehåller 3 soffor, en stor platt-TV (satellit) och en öppen spis. Två gästrum ligger intill vardagsrummet. Alla rum är utrustade med golvvärme (kompletterat med väggvärme i den historiska delen). Alla sovrum och vardagsrum är luftkonditionerade.

Från entrén leder fyra trappsteg upp till en stor matsal med ett bord med plats för 12, en vedugn och öppet kök. Intill matsalen finns ytterligare två dubbelrum, alla med badrum. Det femte sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen och är en oberoende lägenhet - separat ingång, dubbelrum och eget badrum med dusch. Gästlägenheten har naturligt ljus, AC och golvvärme. Villan har också 2 barnsängar och 2 barnstolar för de yngre medlemmarna i din grupp!

Can Lupal har ett fullt utrustat gym med Crosstrainer, skivstång, mattor och platt-TV.

Från köket öppnar glasdörrar ut mot huvudterrassen med en Weber gasgrill och ett bord med plats för 16. Den oavbrutna utsikten över Tramuntana-bergen tar andan.

Can Lupal ligger i över 5 000 kvadratmeter anlagda trädgårdar och har gott om utrymme att spela fotboll, plocka frukt från fruktträdgården (över 100 citrusträd!) och samla färska ägg från kycklingen. Saltvattenpoolen är 20 x 5 meter och soluppvärmd. Runt poolen finns en solterrass på 160 kvadratmeter plus ett poolhus med dusch, toalett och utomhuskök.

På Can Lupal kan du njuta av både bekvämligheten med att vara mycket nära Soller centrum plus komforten i en lyxig privat villa i vackert anlagda grunder - det bästa av båda världar!

A dream vacation home – pure perfection!

This house was perfect for our group of 10! The pool, stunning mountain views and the location near the city made our stay unforgettable. We loved picking fresh oranges from the trees and collecting eggs for breakfast – such a special touch! The evenings were made even more perfect by the cosy fireplace. A huge thank you to Tisha for her outstanding communication and hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

A piece of Tramuntana paradise

The massive grounds of the property, including a citrus fruits orchard and the stunning views, is what makes this property so special. 10 years after its renovation it probably needs a little updating here and there: kitchen equipment, smell of mildew in the basement room, but overall a great place ffor a family/group stay.

Great Stay in Mallorca

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Extremely picturesque in the foothills of Soller and well situated to city center. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive in finding a solution to an issue we had. Very relaxing and comfortable! Will be back!

First Class - Best of Mallorca!

Can Lupal is a first class property located in a quiet area with breathtaking mountain views, yet just a few minutes walk to the best that the town of Sóller has to offer. The incredible pool, outdoor living spaces, and well-kept home all combine to create a tranquil home base to explore Sóller, the Port of Sóller, and the surrounding mountains and ocean. The caretakers were extremely responsive with any needs that arose and the pool was cleaned daily. As a bonus, we picked oranges from the backyard and enjoyed fresh orange juice daily, along with fresh eggs from the chickens, also on the property. Road cycling from the property is world class, making it ideal for those who want to ride while on holiday. While a bit more expensive than other homes, it's for a good reason - the home is superb. We highly recommended Can Lupal and plan to return again!

We want to come back!

Our family, seven in total, had the most glorious week staying at Ca'n Lupal. It was just perfect for us. From the moment you pull into the beautiful laneway up to the house the property is enchanting. The pool is the most spectacular pool ever. The house is very well outfitted with everything you could want. Beds were comfy and the house was immaculate. We loved all the outdoor spaces as well, especially dining at the large table outside the kitchen area with the view of the Tramuntana Mountains. It's a close walk to the centre of lovely Soller to get anything you need, coffee, croissant, gelato, dinner, shopping, tram/train station, etc. Thank you very much for the most memorable holiday!

Two idyllic weeks

Three generations from one to seventy+ and we all loved our time together in C’an Lupal. The house and property and VIEWS of the mountains were perfect, plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax. The pool defies description, other than amazing. I still hear the joyous laughter of the kids in the water, squeals of delight. The property is lovingly cared for by Tisha and her crew. They were welcoming, kind and oh so thorough and hardworking. The place was spotless. Day trips from Sóller were enjoyable. There is much to see and do and eat! But we always looked forward to getting back to our home away from home.

Amazing Gardens and Pool

This Villa is all about the outdoor space as well as the location close to great restaurants, shopping and groceries. The back yard has several levels. The first is covered by a giant "sail" providing shade to the grilling and large eating area. The second level is the best pool you will ever swim in. Beautiful clear salt water, logn enough to swim laps, great large ledge to lay down and relax on. The third level is a soccer field, which made for great kids verses adults games. The fourth level is a chicken coop with orange, lemon, pomegrante and apricot trees. Kids loved collecting eggs and fruit to eat. The levels are built into the rising hill like big steps. Surrounding all of it is dramatic, breath-taking views of the mountains in all directions. It is a special place. The inside is clean and comfortable enough. The kitchen had great equipment like an automatic juicer for all the oranges and lemons you will pick and a soda stream as well. Big icemaker was a huge plus. Bedrooms in general were good, the one in the downstairs/basement not quite as nice as the others. But over all very good. I would recommend staying here as you will spend most of the time enjoying the outdoors. Fun to grill and eat with the mountains around you...and then you can always walk to town for some excellent ice cream. Tisha is immediately responsive to all needs and an excellent caretaker.

La propiedad es altamente recomendable de no ser por la persona que te recibe y entrega la casa, llamada Tisha. Reconozco tuvimos un problema con el arriendo del auto y eso atraso nuestra llegada a la casa en 40 minutos, retraso que le comunicamos y nos excusamos con Tisha. Cuando nos recibio , no nos explico ni mostro absolutamente nada de la casa, ni de su funcionamiento, nada de nada. Nos entregó una carpeta en donde decía estar todo detallado, y se fue para nunca mas llamar y verificar si teníamos o no algun problema. No creo haya estado más de 3 minutos para entregar la casa. No sabíamos donde estaban los dormitorios ni cómo funcionaban las luces, ni la música, ni donde estaban los elementos de cocina, ni como se abría el portón... etc, en fin fue un desastre!!! Lo que salvo la situación fue Abdila la persona a cargo del jardín que llego al dia siguiente y pudo arreglar las luces que no funcionaban y explicarnos el funcionamiento de la casa. Muchas gracias a él y a su excelente disposición pudimos disfrutar de esta linda propiedad Es una Villa muy agradable para arrendar, solo que la experiencia del chek-in para todos en la familia fue la peor para todos. INSOLITO y una Lástima!

Todo como estaba previsto

Hemos estado 8 días con toda la familia. La casa coincide con el anuncio por el cual la reservamos. El lugar es precioso, los espacios tanto del jardín como de la casa son super cómodos, amplios y con mínimos obstáculos. Al mismo tiempo todo esta cerca de todo. La piscina y su entorno: increíble. Tisha ha estado pendiente de su teléfono todo el tiempo y Abdellah, el jardinero y cuidador de la casa, con el que hemos tenido mas contacto, ha tenido con nosotros un trato inmejorable. En resumen muy buena experiencia. Volveríamos sin pensar.

Awesome Private Villa right in town

We had an amazing time. The house was very large, had all modern amenities (AC, Sonos system, everything you could need in the kitchen), and each of the rooms was very nice, and all of the little things you could think about were taken care of. Its a short walk (3 min) into town and its very nice to have that location along with a very large private house. The added bonus was picking our own fruit and taking eggs from the chicken coop to cook for breakfast! The property mgr, Tisha, was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and during. We'd come back for sure!

Truly memorable villa

We booked C’an Lupal for my birthday and it surpassed all our expectations. A special mention first for Tisha, the property manager. She was absolutely amazing and ensured that our holiday went without a hitch. Thank you Tisha! The villa itself is superb, clean, and luxurious. A special mention for the pool...we all thought it was the best pool we’d ever had on a villa break. The location is second to none, private yet close to the main square and amenities and with the absolutely stunning mountain backdrop. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous mountainous setting

Lovely stay within walking distance of Soller centre. However the position of the house meant that we were in the countryside. The mountains surround the property and provide a fantastic backdrop. We were seven friends spending the week riding bikes and it was a great place to ride from and then return to the pool in the afternoon and then cook dinner together. The ability to eat all together round a large iindoor and outdoor table was lovely. The villa was very well equipped and the welcome pack was a very nice touch and contained many of our favourite things. A delight to collects hens eggs and pick our own lemons and oranges from the garden. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Only one small negative. The lack of a more sustainable coffee maker. the Nespresso machine made us sad. BUT we fashioned our own filter coffee maker out of other bits of equipment in the home.

A beautiful and comfortable, historic traditional home in the most magnificent of settings.

What a privilege it has been to stay at this truly beautiful home. The setting is unrivalled. It feels as thought you are the only people in the whole of the valley with this breathtaking view all to yourself. The pool is nearly as breathtaking as the view, and you could never tire of spending day after day here. What is also amazing is the fact that everything you need is literally 5 minutes walk away in the beautiful town of Soller. We would definitely love to return .

Entspannte Ferien in perfekter Atmosphäre

Wir waren bereits zwei Mal zu Gast in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Anwesen. Den himmlischen Blick auf die Berge haben wir ebenso genossen wie die Ruhe, trotz fußläufiger Nähe zur Stadt. Wir waren mit drei Kindern unterwegs, so dass wir die Großzügigkeit der Anlage mit viel Platz für Spaß und Spiel besonders geschätzt haben. Als Designerin gefällt mir die spannende Mischung aus historischen Bauelementen und hochmoderner Funktionalität. Klare Linien und liebevolle Details kombinieren stilvolle Ruhe und familiäre Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf gekonnte Art und Weise. Seinesgleichen sucht auch der großartige Meerwasserpool wohl vergeblich. Seine Größe, der rutschsichere Stein, leicht salziges Wasser, das nicht in den Augen brennt, keine störende Insekten: schlicht perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen ist der wundervolle Garten, der uns jeden Tag frische Zitronen lieferte - blühende Pracht überall. Auch die Inneneinrichtung kombiniert Praktisches mit Schönem auf das Angenehmste. Die große, gut ausgestattete Küche ermöglicht die Bewirtung vieler Gäste problemlos. Sowohl innen als auch außen bieten große Holztische bequem Platz auch für größere Gruppen. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen, kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus gerne an unsere Freunde. Unseren herzlichsten Dank an Liz und Daniel, die uns perfekte Gastgeber waren! Heaven on earth

Words can barely do justice to the beauty, tranquillity and exquisite location of this extraordinary villa. The listing description is very accurate. As you enter, you feel as if you have stepped in to another world, another life! The villa is steeped in history but renovated to an exceptionally high standard. There's a sense of liberty and openness in the flow of its design, yet it retains its original bucolic charm. As you make your way through the beautiful garden to the huge pool, the air is soft with the scent of lemons and lavender. At the end of the day, after a long swim, there's nothing nicer than to sip a cocktail- still in the water, as you gaze up at the sky. It's as if you're merging with the spectacular sunset colours over the mystical Tramuntana mountain range. Beautifully clean, with very comfortable beds and plenty of areas to sit and relax, this very well maintained property is in a perfect location to provide you with a memorable holiday for young and old. If you can manage to tear yourself away from the villa, there are countless activities to enjoy within walking distance or a short drive. Just a short walk away, down a winding lane, the gorgeous, culturally vibrant village of Sollér maintains its timeless sense of gentle unhurriedness, with many atmospheric bars and restaurants where you can sit and enjoy life go by. All communication with the owners was prompt and most helpful. I loved their suggestion of taking the little train to Palma or going for an early morning breakfast in the orange groves of the fabulous Alfabia gardens. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this property to friends and relatives. It's the perfect place to create beautiful holiday memories that will last a lifetime.

Impressive property and wonderful villa

Can Lupal is a wonderful place. The historic villa is located in about 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre where good restaurants, super markets and cafes can be easily reached. The lovely property is framed by green mountains, flowers and nice trees (very untypical for Mallorca, but Sóller is very green). The old part of the historic villa is renovated with much love, the new part is modern and very family friendly. Our highlight was by far most beautiful pool we have ever enjoyed. A 20 meter saline pool, super clean and with a stunning view. But also the other outside ares are wonderful and very comfortable. For example the outside table offers space for about 20 people. The villa is very well equipped, offers plenty of space and is ideal for families who like a luxury and comfortable life style. We can highly recommend Can Lupal for vacation and we will definitely come back!

Petit paradis tranquille au milieu de Sollér

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Can Lupal. La maison est spacieuse et offre assez de place pour une famille nombreuse ou deux familles amies. La chambre séparée à l'entre-sol peut parfaitement convenir pour une fille au-pair ou pour des ados cherchant du calme. La maison offre de très belles prestations, le jardin est vaste et bien entretenu, la piscine en eau-salée est fantastique , la poolhouse très bien faite et très pratique. Le centre-ville est à deux pas, la mer à 10 minutes avec le petit train, et les alentours offrent milles possibilités . Des vacances de rêves pour toute la famille.
