Detta två sovrum, har två badrum helt uppdaterad och renoverade. Befälhavaren har en kung säng, 2: a sovrummet har en hel säng och två våningssängar. Befälhavaren Badrummet har ett step-in dusch och gästtoalett har ett badkar / dusch. Soffan är en drottning bäddsoffa. Gulf-framifrån är häpnadsväckande. Enheten ligger också nära hissen. Köket är uppdaterat med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror.

Great host & great beachfront condo

We love staying at the condo, which was clean and right on the beach, without losing privacy, because of its small size. Plenty of parking, great instructions by the host- we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week. The beaches are beautiful. Not sure all guests are following condo rules. You might consider having more security present on the premises during busy times.

Personally, I love Orange Beach. We have been staying at the Harbour Place for the last 6 years that we have been coming to Orange Beach. This is our third time in 212, which I can say it has been overall our favorite room! Looking forward to many more years coming to Harbour Place! 😍

Great place, great space

Thankful to find such a beautiful condo to stay in for our visit to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Great views, facilities. Christy very responsive for our needs. I agree with the reviewer who talked about limited places for dry foods but the rest of the condo’s value far outweighed that. Access to beach was RIGHT THERE. So pleased!

Great Family Rental

We had a great family vacation at this property. Because of COVID-19, we ordered food for take out for dinner and cooked our own meals for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The bedrooms were very comfortable. There was some minor wear and tear in the condo, but it was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the oceanfront view, and the pool and hot tub downstairs. I would stay here again!

Great condo in quiet building!

We had a great time and would rent this condo again. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived. The building is smaller and on a quieter part of Orange Beach, but you can still get to stores and restaurants in 5 to 10 min. My girls enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool. I enjoyed not having to haul everything for the day to the beach, because it was so easy to run back to the condo for anything we needed. We rented beach chairs, which was convenient, but I didn't like not being able to pick my spot. As for the condo, the king bed was super comfy, and we spent lots of time on the balcony. I cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. As with any vacation rental, I always pack one good chef's knife and a non-stick pan. I used the dishwasher every night so clean up was easy. The building was quiet and other guests seemed to be mostly families. I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun OB getaway!

The building was smaller than the huge Phoenix complexes nearby and we liked that aspect. The location was great. This unit was 2nd floor oceanfront with balcony. The condo had all the things needed - coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, towels, vacuum. We would definitely come back. Not condo related but We rented beach chairs and umbrella from Haley on the beach and she was incredible.

Beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great and condo had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful and not very crowded. We did find that the condo wasn’t very clean upon our arrival which was frustrating. Had to clean floors, counters, rewash sheets, and even found a full load of dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. Also the issue with the bed slanting on one side mentioned in a previous review still hadn’t been corrected.

Location location location

The location is just fantastic. It right on the beach. The indoor / outdoor pool was perfect for the kids and hot tub was an added bonus. It was not as clean as expected based on reviews. The refrigerator seal on the bottom wouldn't keep fridge cold because door wouldn't seal. After putting a case of bottled water against door, that was solved. My kids were not happy that the Wi-Fi was not working most of the trip. Yes, I know we were on vacation, but the evenings would have been more enjoyable for us parents if the Wi-Fi worked for the kiddos...lol! The balcony had seating for four that was prefect. It was wonderful to sit outside on the balcony and hear and see the ocean. Overall, I would stay again.

Perfect Spot

Wonderful beachfront property. Right on the beach, beautiful views. Overall was clean, rooms are spacious. Pots and pans available as well as extra blankets! The pull out couch probably needs to be upgraded, as it has stains and not the most comfortable. The beds in the rooms are so nice. My kids loved the bunk beds! Owner is very responsive! If you have more than 1 vehicle, I suggest you order a parking pass for each, ahead of time, made things so much easier and was a relief! Property is clean, every morning they were cleaning! Umbrellas and chairs are available to rent I would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed

We were very suprised to have a bad experience here after seeing so many good reviews. One of the big reasons we picked this place was because of the view and balcony. We ended up not being able to use the balcony because the door is jammed and almost impossible to open. Any time we wanted to sit outside it took two people to open the door and thats with FULL strength. It ended up being a huge pain. The biggest thing that was upsetting was the cleanliness. The top bunk bed had crumbs and dirt in the sheets. I opened a fresh towel after a shower and had chunks of hair fall on me. The bathroom door had built up hair all along the bottom that would streak across the floor when wet. The kitchen cabinet handles had crusty built up gunk. The bed comforter and pillow shams could use a good wash they felt dirty and smelled dirty. This was also the first place we have stayed in that didn't have basic things like salt & pepper, foil for cooking, coffee filters (we had to use paper towels the first morning to have coffee) and also no extra trash bags. We had 3 adults and 3 children and stayed for 3 nights, so one small trash bag was certainly not enough. Overall just very disappointed, cleanliness and useless balcony.

Great Located ok condo

The location of this condo ans the view from the living, and masterbedroom are fantastic. That took some attention away from the overall condition of the condo. We did find a couple of insects in the floor when we arrived. Several dishes were not clean in the cabinets. The vent fans in the bathroom are not properly installed. installed and the hole in the xeil39

Nice clean condo, building needs some work

Varför värden valde detta boende

Harbour Place is a quaint, 65-unit smaller complex. Our condo is on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and the staircase. It's an easy walk to the pool and boardwalk. Harbour Place offers covered parking, as well as a large parking lot in front of the complex.

Harbour Place is located on the west side of Orange Beach close to the Gulf State park. You are close to shopping and restaurants in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Outdoor pool with swim-under to the Indoor pool. There is also a hottub.

It's a smaller, family-friendly complex. And, the boardwalk to get to the beach is short. That is a huge plus ++

I like that the hallways are interior.

It's also nice to have indoor and outdoor options to swim in the pool/
