Denna välutrustade, charmiga 1-BR-lägenhet har ett mycket tyst sovrum med en queen size-säng, premium 400-threadcount linne, ett separat vardagsrum / vardagsrum med utfällbar soffa, fullt kök med matplats för fyra och en badrum.
Beläget i en av Decatts bästa stadsdelar (Winnona Park) ligger det 1/4 mil från Agnes Scott College och 15 minuters promenad från centrala Decatur Square. Downtown Atlanta är ca 15-20 minuter med bil, och det är enkelt att nå kollektivtrafik: en buss lämnar bokstavligen 100 hektar från fastigheten och tar 2 minuter (2 hållplatser) till downtown Decatur MARTA tågstation.
Lägenheten är i en separat struktur från huvudbyggnaden, ovanpå ett 2-bil garage på baksidan av ett stort parti. Det har också ett stort däck med gasgrill för grill och uteservering för fyra, mitt i träd och mycket grönt. Mycket tyst, mycket privat och lämplig för singlar, romantiska utflykter, resor med barn (ett välfyllt bibliotek har över 100 böcker, liksom dussintals barntitlar) eller långsiktiga hyror. Det fulla köket har en full gasspis och ugn, stort kylskåp, kaffebryggare (com, mentalt Starbucks kaffe och ekologisk te) och alla redskap, tallrikar, silver- och glasvaror för fyra personer.

Lovely location, great for solo traveler

Daniel was a great host and his property is a perfect place for a solo traveler or couple to call home base while exploring Atlanta. Walking distance to lovely trails and downtown Decatur, tons of amenities in the apartment and a super simple check in/out process. Didn’t have to change sheets or run laundry or take out the trash, just got to enjoy my stay and watch the cardinals and robins sing each morning.

Safe clean landing spot

Host good communicator! Clean and comfy. Somewhat dates above garage apartment but perfect for our needs -safe, comfortable, easy access to Decatur. Great for low key couples and short stay!

Amazing!

Daniel was very accomodating of us and our 3 cats! The apartment was clean and cozy and felt like home! We had a multi-day long trip traveling to Atlanta from overseas and this was exactly what we needed upon arrival! A kind a considerate host and a cozy home. Thank you Dan!

Weekend Staycation

“Communication is key”, and Dan did so very well. This cute little one bedroom apartment, in hip Decatur, was close enough to everything to be convenient and far enough to be immune from any late night bar patrons and their boisterous closing-time noise. You can try to find better food than Decatur can offer but it won’t be easy; and plenty of venues for music and arts and the bedroom feel just a few blocks from its city center make this a great place to visit!

Wonderful Little Place

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy little spot. The property is just lovely and it was equipped with everything we needed. Dan was so accommodating and welcoming - we met one of his sons as well, and he was also super friendly and nice. If we ever need somewhere to stay in the area we will surely return. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Good spot

Close to everything in town. Driveway is a bit narrow, though my dually did fit it was s tight squeeze. Host was excellent, and his adult son's were also very pleasant and polite. A good place to stay.

All you need

Cute little very clean, very quiet apartment. Queen bed was super comfortable. Location was good while visiting Agnes Scott College and very convenient to downtown Decatur. Had a great stay!! Thanks.

Nice and Quiet

Nice apartment above the owners separate garage. Really homey and well taken care of. Everything you could need for a small 1 bedroom setup. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Owner is also great with communication.

Private & Cozy

Had a very nice stay, all was as advertised, accommodations were entirely satisfactory. A bit tricky locating driveway entrance at night, but we got the hang of it. Our host made himself available for any needs, but this was never necessary.

Enjoyable stay!

We had a fabulous stay. Dan and his son were great. We had a small wrinkle when we arrived. It was late at night and they all jumped to our aid. Decatur is an adorable area. His son gave us tips of local events and places to checkout. We were I. Town for a music festival in Atlanta. This was a perfect local. We definitely stay again.

Perfect small apartment for your Decatur stay!

I wish I’d had a place like this when I was in college. Small, one-bedroom with a sitting room and a spacious full kitchen. It’s right on the main drag, walkable to Downtown Decatur (if you like walking like I do!) but drivable to I-20. It’s older and is in the process of getting upgraded, but it has what you need for a cozy home away from home. We rented for the parent orientation at Agnes Scott...perfect home base for the 2 of us while getting our Scottie settled in. I slept so well those 2 days! Don’t be scared of the one window AC unit...it’s enough to keep it comfortable in the dog days of August. Got to meet the owner as he popped by to make sure we were getting settled all right. Next time I need to visit Decatur for a couple of days I would definitely rent again!

Good location

Interior was clean and totally functional with 4 month old and 8 year old. My daughter and I felt very safe. I like sitting outside, but the deck needed cleaning and some furniture you could sit on. Other than that, the owner/family were very nice and professional. Great place for even just one person (ladies of age).
