Villor av River Road ligger på Guadalupe River, 20 minuter från centrala New Braunfels på River Road mellan den andra och tredje korsningar. Njuta av den vackra bergväggen och vackra 100 plus fötter av direkt floden tillgång rätt ut din ytterdörr! Tube hyra och transfer tillhandahålls intill. Du kan ange floden här och avsluta på en mängd olika platser upp och ner längs floden och återlämnas till fastigheten. Detta läge är perfekt för att spela i floden eller bara koppla av som du titta på andra flyter i floden nedanför. Även om du njuta av levande musik, är fastigheten kort bilresa till River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. Om du är en älskare av antikviteter, är hem mindre än 10 minuter från städerna New Braunfels och Gruene, som ger antikaffärer liksom många unika butiker där hantverkare säljer sina varor. Great Place for a Family Gathering

We had a great time staying at this house. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front deck in the evenings watching the sunset. The private river entrance is just a short walk past 3-4 other units. The kids had a great time playing in the river. We drove 20-30 minutes to spend a day at Schlitterbahn one day and visited Landa Park and the Snake Zoo and Farm another day. I definitely would recommend this place for a weekend get away or family vacation!

Really enjoyed the location. Right next door to a tube rental site, has a nice beach area, and not far from some night life if you enjoy. Mark was very easy and great to deal with. would definitely stay here again.

Never knew that a Smoky Mountain ish , place ever existed in Texas so close to us . We drove from Houston. Simply loved it the location to Guadalupe River is merely 30 feet from our house.

Bachlorette Party

We had a party of 11 ladies for a Bachelorette party. Enough space for us all and was a beautiful and safe environment. Beds were comfy, showers were amazing. Very peaceful. We had a wonderful time. Just to be clear-it's not a riverfront view, however we could see every star shining bright at night.

Repeat stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we would definitely book again. It is a beautiful home and the property manager responds quickly to any questions you have. On a side note,, when we stayed in May, there was river access through a gate that led to a tube rental with transportation that drops you off up the river. You float back and end up right by the house. It is very convenient and that was the reason we booked the house for my daughter’s bachelorette party in September. When the girls went down to float, the gate was locked and when they called, the tube rental was closed for the season and they could not get in to access the river. It required us to locate a different rental place and to drive to cars to transport people which was exactly what we were trying to avoid.

Awesome Property and Location

This house was perfect for our group's annual river trip, and the private entrance to the river was perfect! The house was very spacious and clean and the patio was great for hanging out outside.

We enjoyed the house. It was very clean and adequately furnished. The advertisement led me to believe we were right on the river with a private path. The nights were rather loud with music and loud talking several hours past 11:00. Very difficult to sleep with the noise. All considered I would rent it again.

4th of July weekend!

River Villa #8 was awesome! The house was clean upon arrival and the location was great! The rooms were a good size and plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back next year!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Villas of River Road is one of the newest properties on the Guadalupe River. Tucked between 2nd and 3rd crossing, our property has a short 100yd walk to the river with gorgeous views of the 400ft towering cliffs. The moment we set foot on the property, we fell in love with it and knew we found a special place that would be our home away from home. And with the bonus of live music in the area on any given day, we knew it was meant to be.
