Det stora sovrummet, pĂ„ andra vĂ„ningen, har en dubbelsĂ€ng. Det andra sovrummet # 2 har 1 full storlek och en dubbelsĂ€ng totalt för 3 personer. sovrum 3 har 2 tvillingar. DagsljuskĂ€llaren har 1 sovrum med dubbelsĂ€ng samt extra king size-sĂ€ng och 1 enkelsĂ€ng bredvid en bĂ€ddsoffa av typen bĂ€ddsoffa. Det finns en slitbanan i familjerummet i kĂ€llaren. In real estate location is everything

Location was great. The neighborhood is friendly and relaxing. Rented the house because it was said to have a gourmet kitchen. The pots and pans needed a good cleaning before using -- burnt on food and grease. The utensils were lacking to say the least. Example -- no spatula. Thankfully we travel with kitchen equipment. Not sure the last time that the owner stayed in the house and attempted to use the kitchen.

Family wedding

Well, I thought the house was cute overall had a lot of good space kind. The majority of our guests were adults and we had one baby with us so it was nice to have the high chair but the bunk bedroom where the twin bedroom really didn’t fit adults very well other than that it was very nice we had a lovely time. We went to Capone‘s and walked home, so thank you for offering your house on rental. We will return.

Great property, fantastic location

Responsive hosts, great house! We enjoyed this rental and the walkability to great shops, beaches, hiking, restaurants, groceries, coffee and live entertainment. We had a large group and the house provided beds and comfortable seating for all to relax. It was a short drive to Silverwood and Hayden Lake (must see/do)!

Taking the Family to Couer d'Alane

All in all, we had a wonderful time at the home. A little confusing on the front door, but very quickly contacted and we were good to go. Could use a few more spices and a large frying pan for family meals, but plenty of space for our family and nice privacy with the 2 levels being separated by the main floor. The location is perfect for shopping and beach and park access. Easily walkable or bike rideable. Thank you!

Great location - Run down house

The location of this property is perfect, if you want to be within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. The outside of the house is cute and street very quaint. The inside of the house other than the kitchen is all very old and in need of repair. The bottom basement was very hard to stay in and the bathroom felt a bit creepy. I don't think they should be renting out that space as it did not feel like an appropriate area to be in. The floor boards creaked with every step and the house seemed to have many cracks and structural issues. Our party was a bit uneasy with the sounds, but didn't think the house was going to come crashing down while we were there. Overall, it makes sense that this property was listed well below the other properties in the area, but be aware that the bathrooms and structural issues might make you want to think twice.

Quiet location and short walk to downtown

Exceptional communicstion with owner. Stayed 3 nights with our 5 kids (age 5-17). Home has plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Quiet neighbors from what we experienced. Would definitely stay again. Could easily work for two small families.

Great Downtown Coeur D’Alene Location

We had a great stay thanks to the responsive host, location to downtown and the Lake, and roomy home. The mud room and yard was convenient as well. Definitely a recommend for those looking for close access to downtown, parks and bike paths. We hope to return!

Good location

Good location. Easy walk into town, lake and parks. A supermarket is just 3 blocks away. Very convenient location. Kitchen and dining area was nice. The street is pretty busy with traffic and there is no bathroom on the main floor. For our active family it work out well.

Beautiful character home, perfect location

This home is large with multiple rooms and sleeping locations. The kitchen is newly renovated. Central AC a big plus in the summer. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, groceries, entertainment, the beach park and fabulous lake area. The original hardwood floors creak with every step, which is the only negative, but also add to the charter of this lovely home. Plenty of parking space, large treed yard, and separate spaces for the kids to hang out - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great rental house

The house was perfect for us, walking distance downtown to the lake and eateries. It is in a great neighborhood. Older home with beautiful upgrades, and lots of room. I would definitely rent this home again.

Adorable home in a great location of older homes with character!

This home offers many amenities for a group gathering. Very comfortable home with space for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen was fabulous! We will be returning. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome in Coeur d'Alene.
