Vacker utsikt från detta vackra och moderna havsranchhem! Rummen är alla rymliga och de flesta har utsikt över vatten. Denna stora, bekväma, split-level design erbjuder slutet på cul-de-sac integritet samt tillgång till bekvämligheter som en gemensam pool.

Möblerna är smakfullt samordnade och mycket bekväma. Massor av fönster gör detta till ett mycket ljust, glad hem. Krulla upp med din favoritbok framför fönstren eller framför de tre eldstäderna.

Köket är välutrustat och rymligt. Middagen har en fantastisk havsutsikt, precis som de flesta av resten av huset.

Funktionerna i det separata vardagsrummet i detta hem inkluderar satellit-TV, DVD, stereo med FM-radio och CD-spelare. Bubbelbadet ligger på ett havsdäck med gott skydd mot vinden.

Det stora sovrummet har en egen öppen spis (det finns tre eldst��der här) och en egen vitvatten havsutsikt. Detta Sea Ranch-hem kan rymma upp till sex gäster.

Parkeringsanmärkningar: Bokningar med 1-2 gäster får 1 parkeringspass (om inget annat anges), 3+ gäster får 2 parkeringspass. Sea Ranch Association tillåter endast 2 pass per bokning. Parkeringskort är för bilar parkerade inom Sea Ranch (vid rec centra, vandringsleder etc.) och måste vara synliga i fordonen. De flesta men inte alla våra hus rymmer mer än 2 bilar. Breathtaking views, easy access to coastal trails but with construction zone next to the house

Gorgeous property with easy access to coastal trails that are dog friendly. Hopefully the construction gets completed quickly so the room with two single beds can also have nice views.

Bluffside retreat with great views

Very well maintained property with great views and room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Interior is more traditional finish (not so much exposed wood) with great natural light and interesting colors and angles.

Levy Retreat

His house has a great view and I have rented it for many, many years. Now the lot nextdoor is being newly developed which reduces the view and privacy dramatically . Our stay was interrupted continually by the sound of loud construction equipment. It was a very unexpected and disruptive surprise.

Levi retreat

We received a call on our way to Sea Ranch that the home we'd rented wasn't available because a downed tree has ruptured the water line. Vacasa had 3 alternative homes available for us when we arrived and we had a seamless transition. We selected the Levi Retreat and had a wonderful time in this home with its beautiful view, wonderful hot tub and well stocked amenities. We'll return.

Great location--maintenance needed

Lovely home. Especially liked the layout which allowed small groups to each be in their own area. Routine maintenance needed: light bulbs out, missing smoke detector, broken handle on shower door. Broiler in oven didnt' work. When Maintenance called, they came out for oven, but part was not available. Hope this house doesn't fall into dis-repair as so many Sea Ranch rentals have.

Stunning

This was my first visit to Sea Ranch, and I am so happy we chose this home. The location was perfect, the views stunning. We loved being able to step out outside and immediately be on the bluff trail. The comfy couches pointed toward the view were perfect, and the kitchen was well supplied. We had ample extra blankets, and the kids loved their room at the end of the hall. The only negative experience we had was that we realized we hadn't received any parking permits or recreational facility passes on our second day, right before we were going to take the kids over to Del Mar pool. We called the management contact and they weren't sure what had happened and where the passes were; they promised to send someone over with new ones right away, but no one ever came. It ended up okay because the kids surprisingly accepted the consolation prize of a walk to Walk-On Beach followed by a dip in the hot tub, but it would have been fun to take them to the pool.

Amazing Views, Bummer Construction

We are return guests to the Levy retreat. We visited in July 2020. Unfortunately, this time was sub-par. The construction was not noted in the listing during the time of booking. I noticed the negative reviews as we approached but it was too late to cancel. The construction is very very close to the house and it’s a big eye-sore. The deck that we loved sitting on before had a large piece of equipment parked right in front of it. For this reason, we will not be returning. The views in the upstairs living area are beautiful. I could sit for days and stare out of them. The furnishings are very very dated and the home needs some general maintenance done. The hot tub was gross, the carpets desperately need stretching, fireplaces out of order, etc. Our trip was unfortunately timed with a big storm and we were out of power for final 24 hours. I was unable to get in contact with anyone and the house had no candles, flashlights, etc. Additionally, the fireplaces were out of order so we had no way to keep the family warm. We were traveling with 2 children 4 and under. We would have left early but the conditions were so poor. This trip was a Christmas gift for family and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We will be finding a new home to rent next time.

Beautiful Home

The views from the residence were stunning. The house is very roomy and quite cozy even though it is very large. We all loved taking walks along the trails and watching the sunset from the beautiful deck.

Great time

House was comfortable and cozy. View was magnificent. Kitchen had all we needed. Love the scent free detergent and cleaning products used. The location can’t be beat—right on the walking trail along the bluff. Go for the location and the view…the furnishings themselves are very rental-esque (just fine but not inspiring).

Great hole in great location.

We had a wonderful time at the Levy retreat. The kitchen is well appointed. We saw whales swim by from the dining room table. It was a nice walk to Walk-On beach for tide pool exploring. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Getaway Perfection

The Levy Retreat was the ideal location for our four-day Sea Ranch vacation. We traveled with three kids under 4yrs and 3 adults. The home is cozy and the open layout with carpeted stairs is family-friendly. The location and the view are spectacular. We enjoyed Shell Beach, walking on the path, flying kites, visiting the playground, and breakfast in town.

Paradise

This house was spectacular. Very spacious. Great location on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The bluff trail is just outside the back door. We were lucky enough to get to see the sheep mowing the grass in the field next to the house while drinking our morning coffee. There was a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook. If you forget anything Gualala is only a 5 minute drive away. It was delightful to wake up every morning with a view of the ocean from the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful view

This property has a gorgeous ocean view and is close to the recreational facility as well as beautiful beaches and hiking trails. On a clear night when the house lights are turned off, the hot tub on the deck has a spectacular view of the Milky Way!
