Lyxen vid havet från alla rum! Webb House at Sea Ranch har ett vackert och välfylld kokkök med underbara bänkskivor i marmor och ett bekvämt vardagsrum med vedeldad spis. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar satellit-TV, radio och fantastiskt stereoanläggning samt tillgång till delad pool.

På övervåningen finns det ett vardagsrum / kontorsområde på andra våningen och spektakulär utsikt från nästan överallt i huset. Detta rymliga hem är en fantastisk tillflyktsort för flera par. Av säkerhetsskäl rekommenderas att gäster som bor i detta hem är 16 år eller äldre.

Master-sviten har en king size-säng, öppen spis och ett däck. Det bifogade badrummet är stort och innehåller en jacuzzi-badkar samt en separat dusch. På motsatt sida av huset finns två andra stora rum, en två tvillingar och den andra med en queen size-säng, som delar ett stort badrum som inkluderar en jacuzzi och separat dusch. Det finns ett sovrum nere med en Kalifornien kung, vacker havsutsikt och ett angränsande badrum. Upp till sex gäster kan bo här bekvämt.

Nedervåningen är vardagsrummet / matsalen öppet mot ett expansivt däck med en fri utsikt över vågorna kraschar mot Black Point.

Parkeringsanmärkningar: Bokningar med 1-2 gäster får 1 parkeringspass (om inget annat anges), 3+ gäster får 2 parkeringspass. Sea Ranch Association tillåter endast 2 pass per bokning. Parkeringskort är för bilar parkerade inom Sea Ranch (vid rec centra, vandringsleder etc.) och måste vara synliga i fordonen. De flesta men inte alla våra hus rymmer mer än 2 bilar. För gäster med mer än 2 bilar kan alla ytterligare bilar användas för att åka till och från huset utan pass men måste förbli på körvägen på annat sätt. Parkering på gatan är inte tillåten. Beautiful home in Seattle Ranch!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at the Webb House in Sea Ranch, California! The home was incredibly spacious, featuring a large, well-equipped kitchen, and open dining and living area, and a fantastic outdoor deck with a hot tub. The ocean views were breathtaking and location perfect. The house was stocked with so many thoughtful extras -- plenty of dinnerware, cookware, spices, and everything you'd need for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home for relaxing and a memorable stay!

Great 2 story home!

With a parent with mobility issues, having a full bedroom and bath downstairs is absolutely essential. Bedroom is the great size with a wonderful view and downstairs bath has room for a walker and an easy turnaround! Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are nice too with jacuzzi tubs in both upstairs baths. Kitchen is well stocked, new bbq for outside grilling, marvelous views from deck with 6 comfortable chairs.

The BEST Sea Ranch home!

We've been going to Sea Ranch for over 40 years! And this is truly the best home! The view, deck, architectural layout are wonderful. A short walk to the bluff trail and only 1.2 miles north of the Lodge should anyone want to go for a meal or cocktail! The house is well equipped, unlike many others. You need nothing! The kitchen has EVERYTHING imaginable! Plenty of towels, bathroom products + TP, paper towels, clothes detergent, and dishwasher soap and beach towels for hot tub (or pool). Over 4 full days we ran out of nothing! Beds are very comfortable and each of the 3 bedrooms have a view of the ocean! Every morning we were greeted in the private meadow off the back deck by 2 mama deer and their 2 little babies! Thank you for sharing your home with us! One suggestion since we had 75-degree weather - it would be nice to have screens on the windows and sliding doors so we could keep them open at night! Again! A terrific home!

Ultimate Comfort

I’ve been to many vacation homes over the years. The Webb house was by far the most well thought out design and equipped with endless kitchen equipment, dishes etc as well as an incredible cupboard of seasonings and other unique cooking essentials. The view was spectacular, and the meadow and privacy of the home invited numerous wildlife that entertained us. I’ll be back for sure!

Webb House June 2024

This was our first visit to Sea Ranch although we had heard it about it for years. We came to California to visit with our Aunt in Nevada County and whenever we're here we doa road trip. A friend from L.A, who happens to be related to the next door neighbors of Webb House also joined us. As former guest house owners, we were happy that the house was so well maintained, and had everything you need. The kitchen dining area was amazing, and the homeowners' had everything you needed from a simple cup of tea or a gourmet meal. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms well appointed and up-to-date. The hottub looked like it would provide great relaxation, but we just didn't have enough time. I highly recommend this property for friend reunions or family getaways.

Wonderful retreat

I booked this home to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. Her sister came up with us and we had the most incredible, transformative time imaginable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house was private, quiet and had all the comforts of home. Bring CDs because they have an amazing sound system if you want to listen to some music while relaxing on the deck. I cannot wait to go back. I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time! Loved the drawer full of wine corks in the kitchen, too. It made us smile to think of all the memories that have been made with friends and family over the years in this house. Such a great property! The only issue was the #7 on the keypad wasn't working upon arrival. Vacasa's staff was not helpful via their texting system so I highly recommend calling instead of using their texting option. It took a little while, but they were much more helpful and able to get us access with a new access code.

Exquisite getaway right on the beach

This house is perfect, drier was broken so some of our towels were moist but we had good communication with the property manager. House is spacious, views are unbeatable, great hot tub and deck.

Wonderful large home with views!

Just like home, if you live on the beach in a big hoouse...

Spent a great week at the Webb house, even with three days of (at times heavy) rain. The beds are very comfortable, there are two Jacuzzis and a Sauna, and the view is unbeatable. Got a lot of rest and a little recreation after the rain cleared. Four thumbs up (our whole family)!

Wonderful Sea Ranch home

There are many superb features at the Webb House. First, as so many have mentioned, it is ideal for 3 couples, with 3 separate bed/bath combos, all with ocean views. I've been staying at Sea Ranch for years, and this is the only house that has such a good arrangement. The house is not fancy but is extremely comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, and easy for several people to work in at once. Gorgeous ocean views, but set back a bit from the front row and hence with a lovely private feeling. The leather couches in the living room could use a good cleaning, but that is the only problem we uncovered.

My favorite house at Sea Ranch

This house is perfectly situated for walks along the bluff or a drive into town. Everything you need is provided for you from baggies to beach towels, and the kitchen is also well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, but my main reason for it being my favorite house is that each of the three bedrooms has an ocean view, so it is perfect for 3 couples or for a family or two. We’ve stayed here four or five times and hope to be back next summer.

Wonderful!

We loved the Webb House. It was perfect for our three couple family gathering. Beautiful, well-maintained and well-provisioned home, sweet location with good privacy, spacious deck and awesome hot tub. Dark skies at night allowed for amazing star-gazing. Great house

Awesome house. easy walk to cliff. Would definitely go back and recommend. My biggest problem was very small. Instructions are to pick up parking passes (within 24 hours after arriving) from office which is 12 min drive. I'm not clear why they couldn't have just left passes in the house for us.

Perfect retreat!

Well appointed, spacious home with clean and unobstructed views. Daily visits from the deer outside, the morning fog and ocean views were all so very special. The hiking by the bluffs and kids frolicking at the beach, it all made for a magical holiday getaway.
