Denna svit är helt inne. Allt du behöver göra är att komma och njuta. Den historiska Phelps Mansion är full av historisk karaktär från de ursprungliga köksskåp till trägolv i hela enheten. Det har gjorts många uppdateringar genom rehabiliteringsprocessen och erbjuder många moderna bekvämligheter. Denna enhet är ett sovrum med en ny Amish-säng och en mycket bekväm drottningsmadrass. I vardagsrummet finns två soffor. Den ena är en ovanligt bekväm drottning med drottning, den extra soffan kan användas för att sova den femte gästen. Köket är utrustat med alla köksvaror; porslin, bestick, tallrikar, skålar, kastruller, kokkärl, bageri, kaffekanna, brödrost och mikrovågsugn. (Serverar för 6) Kylskåp och gasspis i full storlek. Quaint, Cozy, and Clean

Unit was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. Owners were very responsive to a couple questions we had. Bathroom is small, but has been updated while leaving original cabinets. 2 week stay.

Great location, quiet get-away

This home is located just a few blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, an easy walk on quiet streets. Off-street parking was a bonus. The suite is very roomy and extremely clean, durnished with the necessities. We were surprised how quiet the evenings and nights were, very peaceful. In all, a great stay and highly recommended.

Great property !

The suite is in a historic building and has been nicely updated (kitchen, bath, etc.) while maintaining its historic feel. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Walking distance to a grocery store and the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends heading to Decorah.

Stay for Luther Family weekend…AWESOME!

This property, as well as the owners were both fabulous! Off street parking, nice amenities, comfortable HVAC, reliable WiFi, and close to downtown all make this a great option. We’ve been coming to Luther events for the past 5 years as our girls attended Luther and this VRBO location was the absolute best we have stayed at… highly recommended!!!

Perfect Size and Location

Cozy and charming place

We loved the apartment! A very charming, cute and cozy place. Two large comfortable couches in the living room and very comfortable bed. The location is very close to the downtown area and Fareway grocery store. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Our hosts were very responsive to messages and inquiries. We will definitely be be back and we look forward to our next visit!

Visiting my Mom's home town

We returned to Decorah for my 50th high school reunion and found this historic VRBO to be a wonderful property. It is within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and Phelps Park. The unit is comfy and well furnished and the WiFi is strong. Our hosts were easy to reach and were helpful when our travel plans changed. We'll visit Decorah again and hope to rebook this great apartment.

My 50th High School Reunion

This is a wonderfully updated historic home situated within walking distance of central Decorah, Phelps Park and other attractions. The unit is comfortable and well-furnished (good WiFi and good coffee!) and the neighborhood is quiet. When we had to make significant adjustments to our travel plans, hosts Bruce and Kaleen were easy to reach and very helpful. We'll certainly be back to Decorah and hope to book this wonderful property for our next visit.
