Loft stil öppen bostadsyta, backslag från gatan för privatliv och tyst. Badrummen har fartyg sänkor, mästaren har jacuzzi badkar. Befälhavaren svit har också en andra privata däck med utsikt över Pilgrim Monument. Vardagsrummet är bekvämt med extra sittplatser. Sängarna har premium sängkläder och badkar har lyxiga handdukar.
Bästa komplimangen vi ofta får är "ditt bara ett stenkast från de dyraste pensionat i stan men din enhet är som en större lyxigare privat svit med 3 gånger utrymme plus parkering och otroligt stort privat uteplats i hjärtat av Ptown, men ändå lugn och världar borta ".

Court St

5 night stay for my partner, dog and I. Great stay. Excellent communication with host, Richard. Condo has a good location and very quiet with a quick 5 minute walk to town. The condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and beautiful artwork. The deck was amazing and private. Pleasant neighbors below. Easy parking. Looking forward to staying again.

Amazing place

Richard and Julian are the perfect hosts. The house has everything that you need plus it’s beautiful and super comfortable. Waking to Commercial street is about 10 mins or less. It’s quite perfect and I can wait to stay there again.

Perfect Ptown getaway

This home was so great for so many reasons. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to Commercial Street and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood—we had the best of both worlds. We spent two weeks in this space and felt right at home. It’s also very close to the main grocery store in town. Richard was super communicative and responded very quickly to any questions that we had; he was great in every way. We even rented bikes from him and never needed or used a car. The condo was very clean, nicely designed and the huge deck was a great bonus. We spent a lot time just lounging and reading in the sun. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is perfection and the owner was too.

Great location in a spacious unit, quiet yet convenient to town.

We enjoyed our week in this is bright and spacious upper floor condo in a 2 unit building. There is a large sunny deck with plenty of seating, lounge chairs and a grill. Commercial st is a short walk as is the grocery store. Close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet location. Stocked with all amenities we needed, including beach towels which we did not expect so had brought our own. There are window AC units throughout which we utilized during a warm week. Having a few fans to keep the air moving would have been nice to have on hand. Communication with Richard was easy and he was very responsive and timely despite being out of the country for a portion of our stay. Overall a great week!

Modern amenities in a prime location!

The property was a close walk to the main part of town and very convenient walking distance to the grocery store. The condo was bright, clean and comfortable. Richard was friendly and kept me informed on everything I needed to know. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great hideaway

This is a great property with an expansive deck. Proximity to the center of town is great, but because it's down a side road, the property is very quiet and restful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked out

We loved the location and house. Everything was clean and spacious. The beds were great. Had some issues with internet and water but Richard was right there and everything worked out The outside area is awesome and location to commercial street was great

Winter on the Cape

This home is a solid 4-star. The 5th star? It's all for Richard, the owner. Choosing to go to P-town in March is not a popular choice and I think Richard was a little afraid for us - especially with snow and a Nor'easter on its way. We hardy New Englanders weren't afraid, however! We arrived to see a Neko kitty waving "hello" in the front window. Outside, a quiet neighborhood, close enough (in good weather) to hike to Commercial Street. Inside, we found a cosy, homey place with all the comforts we might need. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room super relaxing for enjoying movie watching, puzzle making, and reading. Both beds were very comfy and roomy. The deck looks like it would be a fantastic place to hang in nice weather. We had a wee issue with the internet when we arrived. Richard was a phone call away, and got the problem fixed within a half hour! Did I mention that he did all of this from the other side of the country? The consensus in the family is that we will certainly be calling on Richard the next time we feel the urge to go to the Cape!

great little place, tucked away but close to everything

We stayed for a weekend while checking on renovations on our house in Truro. The place was comfortable and the local neighbours were friendly. Here during off-season, I didn't know what expect. It was a peaceful pleasant surprise. We and the dogs were quite comfortable. Parking was fantastic. I will want to stay here again.

Warm, Cozy & Great Deck!

This was a wonderful stay with my group of friends. Loved the location being centered to the local grocery store and a few blocks to Commercial St. The layout offered a really nice flow for all of us to enjoy and have company over with their beautiful deck over 1200 sq. ft.! Loved the optional Cabana in the rear as we had a 5th person and it never felt cramped in the house. Richard was always sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again, truly a hidden gem!

Hidden Paradise

I have rented many places in PTown and this one is the one I will hopefully return to again and again. When we walked in we were super impressed at how artfully decorated and how open, airy and spotless the home was. We met the owner Richard (great guy) when we arrived and he gave us a tour around the home. The bedrooms were very comfortable and our master had a terrific en suite bathroom along with a deck of it's own. The other bathroom had a cool tile shower. We loved the open floor plan; kitchen/living room/dining room along with the super comfy living room couches. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make yummy meals. We loved hanging out on the lovely larger deck off the dining room. It was super fun eating breakfast out there in the AM and also sipping a cocktail and lounging about after a day at the beach. The deck was surrounded by trees and was super private and quiet; our own oasis. We had our little dog with us and he loved sunning himself on the deck. The house is in a great location. Super close to the Stop & Shop and about a 3 min. walk to Commercial St. We found our "home away from home" and you can bet, we'll be as soon as next summer rolls around.

A Great Vacation!!!!

My husband, I and our yellow lab stayed at the property in 6/2011. The property was exactly as described in the listing and the owner arranged the property so that it was comfortable, spacious and acommodating.The property was clean, well-maintained and offered enough parking for everyone. The condo was located near many of the activities that we were interested in and only a few minutes away from Commerical St., the grocery store, Dog Park and beach. We chose P-town due to the pet friendly locale and many of the residents were nice and more than willing to answer any questions just as the owners were. We had an excellent vacation and hope to return next year!

Great Location, Great Apartment!

We found this property to be exactly as advertised - moderrn, stylish, and centrally located. Four of us were extremely comfortable with ample room. The outdoor areas were a huge plus! Our hosts were excellent - friendly and welcoming. They also have landscaped beautifully. We were able to easily walk everywhere - into town, the supermarket, the gym - without an automobile. We rented bikes to get to the beach, and had a great ride through the Dunes at the National Seashore. The apartment was also very well furnished with all amenities and everything we needed. I am happy to recommend this apartment to anyone. Our only regret is that our vacation was too short!
