One of the best views of the Provincetown bay in this charming 3rd floor one bedroom loft right on the water! Located in the peaceful East End gallery district of town. This 3rd floor walkup is located on Commercial Stâs bay side. Featuring a beach access, a large private waterfront deck, a shared beach deck, and lounge chairs. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! There are other units available in this house as well. See property IDs below.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor walkup of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a big main space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table where four people can eat comfortably, and a living room space with smart TV and a pull out full sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, small work desk and a window AC unit. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the summer, open the sliding deck doors, turn on the fans and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will be blown away by the captivating views of the water at all hours of the day while sipping a cocktail or an ice tea on the deck!
There is a comfortable full sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space for additional guests. Linens will be provided upon request. Thereâs nothing like waking up to the sound of the lapping waves and bay views!

The house is situated on the bay side of the popular, pedestrian and bike friendly Commercial St, yet away from the busy & fun downtown (5mins away by foot). The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!

This house has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand.
