WATERFRONT CONDO ~ SPECTACULAR VIEWS!

Welcome to the website for our waterfront home in Provincetown’s eastside gallery district – close to Angel Foods and PAAM, the art museum. For over five years we looked for a special place to buy; we found it and are pleased to make our home available to guests when we’re not in residence (including your under 25 lb. dog). Please note this unit is part of a smoke-free community.

Our home is spotless and we try to ensure it has what you need to relax and enjoy your time in Ptown. We are close to the town’s shops, galleries, clubs and outdoor activities.

Up one flight of private outside stairs into the second story of Bayshore Condominiums, is a year-round home, with a fully equipped cook’s kitchen and spectacular 180° views of the harbor and lighthouse from the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and one of the bedrooms.

The gas fireplace takes the chill off during cool summer evenings and is especially nice to enjoy with morning coffee in winter. There is a large private furnished outdoor deck and in-season direct beach access through the Bayshore gardens.

Our home has two bedrooms; the one on the main level has a queen bed. The other is in the loft up a spiral staircase, with two twin beds and a sitting area overlooking the living room and views of the harbor. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers. There is a separate office off the upstairs bedroom. There is a parking space and in-unit washer and dryer.

Our stay was terrific. Can’t beat the deck and the view. Easy walk into town. Very good kitchen set up. Condo was clean and well appointed. Host was responsive when we had a minor issue. Most amazing unexpected feature: heated bathroom floor! Only wish they would allow a grill on the deck (but made do with electric grill inside).

The property was beautiful and very clean. Views of the bay were lovely. The outside deck was expansive and welcoming. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Provincetown, which was wonderful. Pet friendly as well.

Beautiful condo, incredibly well appointed, clean clean clean, and comfortable, great location in Provincetown's east end, near restaurants and shops. Awesome to have a parking spot. Lovely kitchen, just a very easy and pleasant space. Our favorite P-Town spot! Oh, and we can bring our dog, win win!

Great Property, Great Location

Loved the space. The East End is really convenient, without the craziness. The property is bright and airy, with a perfect view and access to the beach and harbor. Will definitely stay there again.

Next to a large under construction building with all day hammering and sawing, very annoying! And men yelling at each other in a different language. We had our door closed most of the day.If there wasn’t the building next door it would have been a more pleasant experience.

Exceeded expectations

This place ticked all the boxes. The location (east end near Angel foods), the killer view, well appointed - it was a dream. We’d still be there if it wouldn’t make for some awkward encounters with the next renters. Seriously this place was amazing.

Beautiful spot!

Beautiful unit on the water, lovely accommodations, beautiful little touches throughout. We were there in late December in the rain, and we sat by the fire in the chairs looking out over the deck and the water; the summer must be sublime! The unit was clean, and incredibly well appointed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry..very comfortable master suite. We couldn't have been happier and can't wait to return, especially being able to bring our dog and have a parking spot! Great hosts, helpful, communicative.

Spectacular

The property was perfect, and the view was indeed spectacular. In all of our years of staying in VRBO houses this was the best start and cared for. It’s location was perfect. Our only problem was that the second bedroom was essentially a loft with a high to enter it, and my wife was afraid of heights and couldn’t use it so our friends who are tall used it and it wasn’t ideal for them in terms of height. Nevertheless, this property is as good as it gets and we appreciated our stay.

The property was right next door to major construction going on, which would wake us up in the morning and make sitting out on the deck overlooking the water unpalatable during the day due to the loud noise. This went on during the week of our entire stay. This at a cost of 1k/night, and no alternative but to endure it. Owners/property mgmt knew about this but failed to alert their customers. Be aware.

Emplacement et qualité optimal pour des vacances au bord de la mer, pieds dans l’eau.Maison super - bien équipé. La cuisine était extra. Tout était fourni. L’agence nous à cacher qu’il y’avait des travaux juste à côté. Un énorme bâtiment/habitation en rénovation totale. Heureusement qu’il n’y avait rien de méchant comme bruit, mais le visuel n’était pas idéale. Il y avait une matinée très bruitante au jardin partagé à cause des travaux. Pas idéale. En gros on a passé un très bon moment.
