Perfect get away!

We loved this apartment so much. I loved waking up to the sight and sound of the waves and stunning beach. We loved the privacy we got. Felt like the entire beach was our own. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

Beautiful, clean studio with everything you need. Loved our stay, beach just steps away, close walk to everything. Owner very responsive and property manager Julia was great! Will definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, I felt safe, the beach was quiet, the food from area restaurants was amazing and Julia was a huge helps!

Our own little piece of paradise

Third time back, I guess that says it all! Dominique and Martine are the best of hosts, quick to respond and going out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Amazing view. Go down a flight of stairs and your toes are in the sand. Short 10 min walk by the beach (no sidewalks and a little iffy street side) to all the the great restaurants of Grand Case, mini markets, boutiques.

Perfect space for a couple

Owner (in town during our stay) and property manager were very nice. Our room was well equipped with necessities and extras (instant kettle, bags for groceries, bluetooth speaker, beach chairs & towels, etc.). The view from this property was so beautiful and the favorite part of our stay. We didn't want to leave to sightsee!!

Perfect place to get away

My wife and I spent a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment was just as described and the view of the ocean was amazing. The beach is literally steps away and everything you would need is available including beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The location is perfect. Just far enough away from the restaurants and bars so the noise doesn’t disturb you but close enough to easily walk to them. Julia was a great host. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier and she always replied very quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely return.

Very enjoyable time in Grand Case.

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment for a week in Grand Case. Dominique and Julia were excellent hosts who gave us a very warm welcome and provided lots of useful information on the neighborhood and also set us up with a great Taxi contact, Tony, who took us on a very enjoyable 3hr tour of the Island. The condo is very well located right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and a local supermarket within easy walking distance. It was a perfect vacation, it was like being on a private beach! Highly recommended.

beautiful view

i owner was awesome and very helpful wanting our stay to be enjoyable as were the other occupants at the complet. The view was awesome from the deck area and there are chairs and coolers to take to enjoy other beaches. The bed, chairs and sitting area all could use more cushion as not very comfortable. the complex ran out of water three times which seems to happen on the French side.

A High Five!!!

My wife and I loved Dominique’s unit in Grand Case. Right on the beach. Simple, super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the best restaurants. The best part of our stay was meeting Julia, the property manager. Julia gave us a tour of the unit and helped with the particulars and suggestions that made us feel comfortable. In addition, when we left we forgot our passports in the safe. Julia retrieved them and brought them to the airport. Really above-and-beyond service. Saved our butts - a truly remarkable lady!!!

Wonderful Grand Case Beach VRBO

The apartment is exactly as described! It had everything we needed, and more for the two of us. All the kitchen ware, big frig, coffee makers, blenders, beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and a parking space. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able take the short walk to Grand Case for shopping, and a great variety of dining. If you wanted to party at the beach clubs down the beach you have that option, but it was quiet at our place. We loved being able to walk to Happy Bay and Friars Bay- nice beaches. It is a small 3 story building - this apartment is on the 2nd floor which we really liked- great view and feels very safe. As stated in the ad, there are limited tv options, and the Wi-Fi may not be what many are used to. The best for last; THE BEACH! It is nice and clean and easy for us to swim. I looked at a lot of places, and are so happy we stayed here. We hope to come again soon!

Joyful stay at "ON THE BEACH CONDO WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON GRAND CASE BEACH"

ON THE BEACH CONDO WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON GRAND CASE BEACH became our favorite place. My husband even said that this is his dreamed retirement place. We enjoyed the location that is right on the beach, the place is quiet, the apartment is small but was enough for two of us, well maintained. The host Dominique was very friendly, helpful, nice person who we had a pleasure to meet and express our concerns and appreciation. He was very responsive to all our needs. Also, there was an agent who met us on the day of arrival, answered all our questions in advance by messaging. The apartment was fully equipped; therefore, we were satisfied with everything in it. If you are a couple and like quiet place, sea swimming next to your stay, then this is what you need. The village with small grocery stores, French and local restaurants and boutique stores is in 10 minutes walking distance. We were lucky with the weather in January and the apartment with all stuff that I described above. Thank you to the host Dominique and agent Julia for making our vacation so memorable.

Superb!

This studio was the perfect place for us to spend a week in Grand Case. It’s in a fantastic location on a beautiful beach. No car is necessary, as it’s very easy to walk to restaurants and shops while dipping one’s toes in the Caribbean. The reservation and check-in processes were easy and straightforward thanks to Dominique and Julia. Martine and Dominique were extremely kind and welcoming and generously shared tips about what to do and where to eat. We truly felt at home. The unit is clean and very comfortable. It has a terrific sitting/kitchen/dining area where we enjoyed the breathtaking view throughout the day. Getting a swim in could not be easier! Martine and Dominique provided great towels, comfortable chairs, an umbrella, and masks for snorkeling. The kitchen is well stocked (including a large refrigerator). I’d intended to cook, but the nearby eateries were too tempting! Another fantastic feature is the washing machine, which really made life easier. Also important- there is a safe in which to store valuables and travel documents- that was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we didn’t want to come home! Great Location on A Beautiful Beach

This property is perfect for traveling alone or as a couple. It is located right on the beach and very close (walking distance) to the bars and restaurants in Grand Case. L'express by Bucchus is a fantastic French bakery and it's only about 5 min by cars. The windows facing the ocean open all the way across, so you feel the ocean breeze and hear ocean waves even indoor. I enjoyed my morning yoga in the kitchen/balcony area. We spent most of our days outside the room, but we often come back for the sunset at the beach with beverages or pastries before going out for dinner or nightlife. We came to St. Martin every year for the past 3-4 years and this is the first time we stayed at the French side. Dominique only speaks French but he tried to communicate via messages in English and Dominique is great to work with. Julia is the property manager and she speaks English well. When we checked in, Julia came to show us the property and where everything is kept. They pretty much prepared everything you would need at the house. We enjoy our stay at Dominique's property so much that we are planning to stay here again next year.

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours dans le logement de Dominique Ă  Grand-Case et nous nous sommes chaque jour fĂ©licitĂ© de notre choix. La situation de l’appartement sur la plage est idĂ©ale. La vue depuis le balcon est idyllique. La dĂ©co est faite avec goĂ»t et l’appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et propre. L’appartement ne donne pas sur la rue. Il est donc prĂ©servĂ© des nuisances de la circulation. Il y a Ă  disposition transats et parasols pour les journĂ©es plage. Dominique a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif en amont pour toutes les questions posĂ©es et l’accueil de Julia a Ă©tĂ© au top. Grand-Case est un village authentique avec ses lolos. Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Nous avions louĂ© un vĂ©hicule ce qui nous a permis de visiter l’üle mais il existe, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate faciles d’accĂšs Ă  pieds, de nombreux restaurants pour tous les budgets, des petites Ă©piceries, des boutiques de souvenirs
Les 300m qui sĂ©parent le logement des cafĂ©s festifs permettent de ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s par la musique. La proximitĂ© de l’aĂ©roport de Grand-Case crĂ©e l’animation grĂące aux atterrissages d’avion (rares en basse saison). En conclusion, nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter !

Julia was kind and helpful in getting us oriented to the place. Dominique was also very thoughtful and checked in on us when he saw us around the property.The property was beautiful and had everything we needed including chairs, umbrellas, etc. We could walk beach or street side to many places in Grand Case, including plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores. There was always enough parking in the lot for us when we did take our rental car out.We would definitely stay here again!

Loved This Place

We could not have made a better choice than to stay at Grand Case and in this condo. If you are looking for a small-town beach vibe, then this is the place. There are so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Dominique and Julia are the best trying to make sure you have everything you need. We especially liked the nice beach towels and the outlet power adapters they provided and the view was better than the pictures. We also loved that Happy Bay Beach and Friars Bay Beach are a walkable distance (less than a mile) from condo.
