Om boendet

Bora Bora Condo totalrenoverades efter orkanen Irma. Allt är nytt. Det ligger på stranden, mellan palmer, havsutsikt, 30 meter från Karibiska havet vid Nettlé Beach Beach Club. Alla enheter är utrustade med luftkonditionering och takfläktar. Dessa lägenheter är utrustade med en elektrisk markis och elektriska fönsterluckor. Nära till enheten kan du hitta några restauranger. En pizzeria, en fransk traiteur (där du kan äta eller beställa måltider) och ett annat snabbköp ligger några hundra meter från ingången. En annan stormarknad (större) på 1,5 mil (bättre med en bil, ingen trottoar).
Du kan parkera din bil i bostaden gratis - viktigt för biluthyrning. Poolen är inte fast vid denna tidpunkt och kommer att vara fixerad i slutet av augusti

Wonderful Place

This was our second stay and even better than the first. Bora Bora is spotless and very luxuriously equipped. Rachel is a friendly and attentive host and readily accessible. The location is great with Marigot, shopping and beaches all nearby. We'll be back!

Nettlé Baie

Everything was perfect. Rachel met us upon arrival and went over everything. The location was great and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. I highly suggest eating at the lolos in Marigot which is just a few minutes drive from the property. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking about it.

Beautiful Property

Trip was for a birthday and my partner loved it. The property is beautiful, clean and had everything!!! The hosts were amazing and was available the moment we had, even the smallest inquiry. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it. The only thing that would make this place the best ever, would be better beach, but nothing they control. Expect to travel to go to a beach you will feel more comfortable swimming in. There are several beaches close by and many shops, should you need anything. It was an easy find from the airport and only a 20 min drive. We will for sure stay here again and I surely suggest you book, you won't be disappointed.

Summer SXM 2024

We enjoyed everything about our stay at BoraBora. For us it was the perfect location away from the more crowded areas. We loved coming back in the evenings from a full day and relaxing on the quiet patio. It was stocked with everything you could ever need! We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Experience

Rachel and Fabrice were so accommodating. He met us at check in and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment is exactly as pictured and has everything and anything you would need. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was peaceful. The location was great for us because we tried out a different beach everyday. The beach at the complex is beautiful but not as swimmable as others. The pool was large and very clean. Thank you Rachel and Fabrice for a fantastic experience.

Modern, well furnished beach side cottage. Modern appliances and well stocked kitchen. Patio looks out on the beach and ocean. Restaurants and local market within walking distance. Great owners!

An exceptional time

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Bora Bora. Rachel was a wonderful host and helped us several times when needed. The condo was spotless and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the BBQ. The outdoor space was right on the beach and by the pool. Lots of places nearby to visit on the island. We will return. Thank you Rachel.

Everything was better than expected. The townhouse is even nicer and clean in person. Restaurants and grocery all walking distance from the main unit. No need to even leave the property as you have everything you need there. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The Perfect Condo and Best Host!

The Condo's location is perfect, and there are restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, and even a gas station very close. This is a gated community with a lot of security, although not needed based on our wonderful experience. Pictures or videos don't do justice to such a beautiful and modern Condo with stunning views. It's newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable, great kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great pools and an outdoor deck area with an awning. The place is spotless and the internet connection is great. Rachel is the best host anyone could ask for, and we felt she treated us like family. We visited many places during our stay in the island, and will not consider staying anywhere else on our next trip. We cannot wait to return and look forward to our stay again on this Perfect Condo!!

If I could give this condo higher than a 5-star rating, I would! This place is amazing. The location is wonderful and the condo is beautiful. It is stocked with everything you need and things you didn't even know you needed, but did! Rachel is an incredible manager. She was always available and checked in regularly to see how we were doing. We really appreciated this! Merci, Rachel! We can't wait to go back soon!

Wonderful week!

Nous avions une super semaine chez Rachel! We had a wonderful time. The condo was just as pictured. All newly renovated. Amazing location and very quiet. We enjoyed the pools and beach access on the property. Rachel was very responsive. Condo was a perfect size for a family of three. Sofa bed worked well for our 6 year old. Nous esperons a retourner un jour tot!

The Perfect Remote Work Location

The place was beautiful and exactly as represented. We stayed here for two months...remote working (and playing). Solid internet. Great location on the island...wonderful bakery and grocery store almost next door, several restaurants within a couple blocks. The place was perfectly set up for remote work. Actually, while there...I produced a series of short videos on remote work and put them on YouTube...search "remote work Caribbean-technical and cybersecurity Issues" You'll see them and see some more video on this property. Cannot recommend it enough. Every day sitting in my office on the deck under the retractable awning...working and enjoying the view and the clean Caribbean air in a beautifully redecorated unit. It just doesn't get any better.

Beautiful House with a View

We enjoyed our seven-night stay at the Bora Bora condo. The place was spotless and everything looked brand new. The view of the palm trees and water was breathtaking. Awesome outdoor deck area. Everything was as advertised. Jean-Pierre was very kind, responsive and knowledgeable. We loved our first trip to St. Martin!

NBBC bora bora

L'unite Bora Bora est simplement superbe. Nous avons séjourné dans 4 autres unites au NBBC par le passe et celle-ci est de loin la plus belle et moderne et la mieux équipée. De plus, Jean-Pierre est exceptionnel et dédie a la satisfaction des locataires, de par ses judicieux conseils sur l'ile, ou aller manger, les meilleurs endroits a visiter. Il nous a meme apporte des bougies anti moustiques pour le soir sur le patio, attention que très peu d'hôtes auraient fait. En bref, nous reviendrons prochainement et nous recommandons sans hesitation cette unite.
