Perfect beach house

Amazing property & experience....again!!

This was our 2nd time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed it again. It had all the same benefits of our stay last year - close proximity to the ocean, Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara, plenty of space to eat, sleep, and spread out, great TV room setup, excellent WiFi and fun activities like the hot tub and ping pong. But felt like the property was even more first class this year with a recent paint work inside, etc. We loved it and will be back!

Absolutely Amazing!

The house was perfect, well stocked and very clean. My family and our dog had a wonderful stay - getting to take in all that Rincon has to offer. Very short walk to the beach where we could take early morning walks looking for shells, afternoon swims and night walks to watch the sunset. At the house we enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and poker table. The owners made everything very easy and accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Adorable Cottage with all of the Amenities!

This beach cottage was just what our little family needed. Amidst Covid-19, the protests & riots, it was just so nice to get away for my birthday and be with family in this slice of paradise. House was awesome and the beach weather did not disappoint. Katie & Steve were very quick to respond to any questions that we had and took action right away. I would definitely rent this little gem again in a heartbeat! :-)

Perfect COVID Getaway

We had not gone anywhere as a family in 2020 and decided to take a road trip to Rincon from North County San Diego. Katie and Scott's property was perfect for my husband and myself, our teen boys and my mom. The house had everything we needed and Katie and Scott were responsive to every question we had. The community was friendly and secure, surfing was excellent, and the Wifi worked great. I would be very happy to rent this home again.

Amazing property & experience!

Beautiful property right off the ocean. Convenient 3 minute walk to the ocean at multiple entry points. Quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Property is spacious and in great shape - fun great room / hangout area with good TV set-up. Nice dining room off kitchen for a large group meal and plenty of bedrooms. Hot tub, outdoor ping pong, and proximity to beach leave plenty of options for fun. Convenient location - 5 mins from Carpinteria and 15 mins from Santa Barbara. We had a group of 8 ranging in ages from 17 to 80 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to returning!!

A lovely beachside oasis for a family

Katie and the ‘Queen of the Coast’ literally saved our family vacation. We had family and friends from Virginia, Florida, Texas, California, Germany and Australia coming to my wedding. After a disaster at another rental, we were left without a place to go and Katie was welcoming and kind. Filled with beautiful artwork, the house was perfect for our group. Fabulous kitchen, cathedral ceilings, cozy bedrooms, plus the fire pit and hot tub
there was plenty of space to be together - or alone. A community gate to the beach was just steps away and we all loved watching the surfers and collecting shells. I cannot imagine a better experience for our family. Thank you, Katie! We are so grateful!

Perfect Family Vacay

This is our 3rd time staying here. We had such a wonderful time with our family at the Rincon beach house! Two families (with teenagers) with grandma stayed together for 5 days in this glorious property. It had everything you could ask for and super close to the beach. We had perfect weather and a perfect family vacation! We made homemade dinners every night in the lovely kitchen, made good use of the new game table and loved the hot tub! Thank you Katie, for providing such a fabulous spot for our family vacation! We’ll be back!

Beautiful spot

Took a week off from work to spend time with my family in California. This spot was perfect for just relaxing and walking the beach. House is very comfy. Neighborhood is amazing and very private. We really enjoyed taking walks through the neighborhood and associated beaches to watch the surfers. Hot tub is a nice touch especially after a surf session. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

A good time was had by all.

We all had a wonderful time. The house was well appointed. Something for everyone. Loved the ping pong table and do did everyone else. So close to the beach which made it easy to take the little ones back to the house for a nap. Great hot tub. Can't wait until next summer to do it again!

Loved the house/location short/beautiful walk to the beach enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We spent 4 nights there and we’re so comfortable that we cooked in every night in a beautiful well equipped kitchen. Scott and Katy were awesome when we arrived Scott was emptying/cleaning the hot tub for us and hoseing down the deck Katy was so helpful with checking in and lunch/food recommendations. Would definitely come back again thanks so much

Great location very exclusive. Beautiful house with lots of amenities. Hot tub was well maintained and fun to use. The beach was private and good for kids and dogs.

My wife Katie is in the photo, and the property manager. I am Scott Teter financial advisor for thirty years. A resident of Santa Barbara for over thirty years.

I moved to Santa Barbara in 1981 to go to school at UCSB and fell in love with the unique beauty that Santa Barbara has to offer. Few places in the world have south-facing beaches with 4000-foot mountains less than 10 miles away. You won't find better weather anywhere in the world.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Rincon Point is a magical place and has been for hundreds of years as the Chumash Indians made this there home. I feel in love with the private gated community with it's ocean breeze and salty air. The surf is some of the best in the world.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Once inside the gated enclave of Rincon Point the rest of the world just melts away with the fridge full of food and beverages you will not want to leave this little paradise. It has everything you need to just relax and unwind. If you want to go out you have the lovely beach town of Carpinteria with unique family-run shops and restaurants. Need to go shopping, or to the theater, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are just ten and thirteen miles up the coast.
